@playnewworld Hi, same issue was y-day and every night since release... sigh ... get home 19:30 CEST can't play due to queue, luckly tonight is a bit shorter 412 in line.. been waiting for an hour already i had 2 hours of game time.. passing it on queue.. pach did not fix issue

@gare_bear39 @playnewworld Abusive behaviour again, first one was overturned by there online chat. Now there saying they can’t help there anymore. 3 day ban but the appeal wouldn’t even get a response within 7. Honestly the biggest joke of a customer service team

@playnewworld Good job on sorting out the issues! Is someone working on a writeup for what all will happen/need to be done for those moving servers when that goes live? I.E: will Guild-Leaders retain their Guild names? Will we need to centralize our stashed items? House-ownership? 🤔

@playnewworld Nice Patch, played for 45 min and then get DC. Back in que 850. Well done! Maybe you need to look for a fix so its possible to get back within 5 min if you get a DC. Now I need to wait X hours to get back and who knows maybe I will DC again!? Fix your game!!

@playnewworld Ignore the hate if people actually listened and moved to a quieter server they would have no issues. Other than day 1. Ive made a low population server my home got on everyday and had no issues.

@playnewworld Nice joke, 30 minutes playing, 20 pigs spawns at once, game crash, 2+ hours of waiting in queue because game can't remember I was on the server. Amazon is brilliant at making good game look bad af. This is btw the third time, 2 times because of server lags.

@playnewworld You guys are good! I’m super happy you guys made a MMO thats actually good on launch with no crazy lag and load times and frequent bugs where it takes 2 weeks to fix (except que but that’s every mmo or game) I’m super great full to waste my life on this game lol

@playnewworld 6hrs waiting for 30 mins of playing just to let the game crash because of too many mob spawns. I really hope a other company buys this game because amazon simply can't run this game. Its 8 days out and ******* unplayeble. The queue is taking too long so this was it...

The @playnewworld server outages have certainly helped fix the lag issues with the servers. Chat input is instant right now when before it was lagging behind by a 4-5 seconds #NewWorldMMO
