@playnewworld Hi, can you address server problems, just been waiting for 4+hrs in the queue to be kicked out of the queue and put at the very back again. Absolutely ridiculous.

@playnewworld Hours and hours of queue, thousands and thousands of people waiting to be able to enjoy a game that you have paid for and a lot. Servers dropping, queues dropping, you go from being 10 in the queue, the loggin service crashes and 4000 appears in the queue.

@playnewworld @dealer_monkey Just to test, I deleted my character, and started a new one in the same server.. I'm not 490... my old one was 2100. So you are prioritising new players!!! Is that to prevent refunds? Get new people playing.. DEFINITELY passing this game service

@playnewworld I dont mind the queues. What I do mind is qeueing for over 3 hours, getting an error and being put in the back of the queue. At least implement a placeholder so you will be put in the same position if possible. Havent been able to play yet :(

@playnewworld hey, want to fix your queues and stop kicking people out of them after multiple hours? at least put in a grace period to get your spot back in the queue when it disconnects, people paid for this game and scant even play it…

@DrMadOss @playnewworld I just had this trying to join Saba on EU Central. For a company that is pioneering web hosting, it's ironic that the servers are exceptionally unequipped to handle their own game. @playnewworld has had too good of a launch for them to allow this poor service.

@playnewworld Was #871 in the queue this morning; it's been 4 hours and now I'm #3257 in the queue, because I've had a server connection error three times (one at 300ish, one at 500ish, one at 2400ish). This is an absolute joke.

@playnewworld you need to fix your god damn server problems asap. It cant be right that you have to que for 4 hours at 12am, what do you think will happen when the time becomes 4pm and all from eu are getting Home from work? What que times are we talking then?

@playnewworld Amazing job at response time to help resolving server issues, couldnt ask for more day 1. More than I've seen a game do in a LONG time. Over 7m people bought the game, honestly now just raise the server cap to around 5000 and it'll be fine.

@playnewworld seriously are you guys taking the mick. it took over 5 hours to login on a 60 person queue , I finally get in run around for 10mins go make a sandwich get kicked and now I'm back in a 167 person queue guess I wont be on again today.

@playnewworld I love New World and I don't care about the quese, but it's just frustrating when you are on position 4 and get a long time exception error and then land back on position 500. Pls fix that.

please @playnewworld work on fix please i reached level 16 and the game crashed on me and i cant get back all the servers are full and the queue is 5000 come on we love your game can you please fix this ? we really want to play so bad and this is taking alot of our time

Please @playnewworld let me reenter the waiting queue if I get kicked out. Today I‘ve waited for over 8 hours once again and got kicked out with an error message three seperate times. This is so frustrating.
