@playnewworld yo can u fix ur game people with 3000 series gpus cant play the game properly because we keep freezing randomly and sometimes because of that we crash and have to relog and sit in queue. This happened ever since u guys had the maintenance for the AU servers.

I'll be honest. I'm addicted to @playnewworld Two biggest things to fix imo: 1) Movement is beyond clunky, maybe it's the attempt at making the armor choices and dodge system apart of core game play for PvE and PvP, but damn does it feel so slow. 2) Faction Imbalance.

@ThumperBoyAD @playnewworld Yeah it is a really odd situation overall I hope it gets resolved fast though if it is the dev's fault overall they need to Address this issue same with the Graphics Card manufacturer as well because both could be at fault here in general

@Games4Kickz @playnewworld I think im gonna wait for some patches/improvements before i jump in. The main reason though is the 3080/3090 issues. They aren't overwhelmingly reported problems but enough for me to wait for a guaranteed fix to the problem.

@playnewworld Yeah as if that is possible.. What a joke. The game has constant crash-to-desktop issues and no disconnect forgiveness. Meaning IF you get through the 6+ hour queues you will very likely crash and end up right back at the end of the line. At least implement some DC forgiveness.

@playnewworld I've been queuing since 11am at position 1200 it's now 3PM im now at 410 at this rate I've still got another 2hrs wait. 6Hrs waiting time? that is if I've dont get kicked. I am level 30 in game and dont want to redo a new character. How can this be acceptable service?

Work with your customers - you're AWS. 20+ yrs customer service and gaming QA engineer here. Yall need help?
