@playnewworld Call @GuildWars2 and ask them how small patches SHOULD be implemented. Minor patches like this shouldn't take 6hours. Is it because the game doesnt have its own launcher that you have to put the servers down instead of implementing an update that would only require a gamerestart?

@playnewworld To be honest, this maintenance delay is worst than any type of bugs/exploited/lag/queues we ever experience. Would rather having all the bugs but we can still run ingame than trying to fix few things for 6hours+ XD

@playnewworld I am intrigued by the company and customer loyalty system you use. You give the worst service to the largest population. And last but not least, the worst time for the European population. If it were badly thought out, I would think that respect for European people does not exist

@playnewworld I suggest you fix this issue, it's not reasonable to have the game be down for half a day of the week. People have jobs and struggle to handle time when playing games. I'd suggest you structure a nighttime team that helps out once a week with updates during the night.

@playnewworld You're kiding right? Make maintenance at night when EU players are sleeping -_- It's the second time we cant play because of issues during update or maintenance, you need to sort this kind of problem.

@playnewworld Guys, they know that EU ppl are pissed. You dont have to repeat it over and over. Yes it sucks, but I am sure they are already working on a solution about the Mid-day Patch problem. Dont waste your energy on writing toxic comments. The game is amazing and I just appreciate it.

@Xeirus @TimTr13 @playnewworld clearly that's why i'm a network engineer, you fix where the demand is first, seen as its currently EU Prime and only 9am on the west coast you fix EU first and west coast later to keep the most impacted customer base at that time somewhat placated

@playnewworld So no fix for the last Faction rank's max tokens being 25k, when Chest and Weapons cost up to 50k? This has been reported for about 2 weeks now. But we have plenty of other endgame. RIGHT? Like portals? But Azoth staff is broken. Like Outpost Rush? Disabled because it's broken...

@playnewworld can you please start doing EU maintenance at 3AM GMT please it would make everyone happy and maybe do the US maintenance the day before so your not overwhelmed and can fix any problems that happen

@DaraVelour @paytonVW @playnewworld EU has more servers, yes, but 0 servers are currently available in EU, so your logic is flawed. They either have an issue with all of EU, or they actually started the update process on EU last. If it's the later, they are idiots.
