@c_h_e_m @playnewworld @AmazonHelp The so called 'tech support' is non existent for this game. Essentially they just talk to you, then tell you they can't do anything and that it can't be escalated to the next highest level. I've had bad customer service treatment before but this is hands down the WORST I've seen

@IxTwisTeDxI @playnewworld Tactics and siege play were awful he says. I don’t think you understand how awful the lag is for defenders, disappearing cannon fire, repeaters unable to hit anything because of the slide show. We’ve plenty of evidence this was pre-ordained now thanks to random members

@playnewworld Ive sent World Name, Character Name, screenshots of the issue and NO ONE knows what they are doing! I just need my quests reset. Yellow triangles all over my map but NOTHING in my Journal. Your 'tech support" is a joke. They keep opening tickets. JUST FIX IT!

@playnewworld Please share an update on region transfers - if it's something you'll reconsider. Many players put 50-100 hours of game in the other regions based on your promise of region transfers. It's hard to justify this broken promise and bin the lost time in a wrong region.

@playnewworld It's 3rd maintenance and still there is a visual bug on Polish version with 0% stats on perks like luck, etc. That was broken after 1st maintenance.

@__Rudeus @playnewworld this happened to us on almost every run. Are you trying to skip killing the pillars? Because once we started killing at least one pillar, the crashing seemed to be a non issue.

@playnewworld HELP.... since the patch I'm suddenly unable to fight with sword, the left mouse click just do not work... strangely I can still shoot with the bow.... As I got 2 mice, and they both work well, it's not a hw problem! This patch makes me the game unplayable :( same on recycling

@playnewworld Dude… i woke up saw the tweets saying, all servers were all back online, proceeded to cancel all my market sells, left the company i was in, just to know the “world transfers” are not working still, now i have my chest full and my character overcumbred :frowning:

So been trying to get New world To work from the update went live and all I am getting now is Error 3005. Create File 32 has failed?? everything before this patch worked. @playnewworld I have fresh installed the game ran it as admin etc and Helpful notes on how to fix Don't'Work

@playnewworld Get your "tech support" together! They have "opened a ticket" several times (for the same 2 issues) and they keep giving me the runaround (2 weeks now) because no one knows what they are doing! Why not just fix the issue?! I cant move on (no quests) RESET THEM!

@VIPLeadbetter @playnewworld I know it might not be the best for you Cass but it does make sense the way it is. With that said Outpost Rush will eventually be enabled once they fix it, so you will have a chance of Mini-War PvP without needing a company for it :)

@playnewworld Hey can you guys shed any light on this I've updated graphics driver windows the lot fired up new world jump into the game them boom 5.6 FPS even dropped graphics to low same problem... I've tried the fixes They have said from online and don't work GPU is RTX 2060

@Anundir @playnewworld Software is never that simple. Knowing what weapon, or even which move, isn't necessary going to lead to a fix. New World is a complex system. They probably just added logging to try to follow the rabbit trail of what specific line of code causes this issue.

@playnewworld The control of zones needs to be reset like every so often. My server the green beans own everything and no one else is willing to try. The war mechanic is broken.
