Just waited 800 positions in queue for 4 HOURS only to have some login issue and get booted right back to position 3140, what is going on @playnewworld ?? Already sunk hours into this character so I'm not prepared to just start a new one on a different server to migrate...

@playnewworld have something wrong with SA server alatyr, a lot of players dont get damage in PvP pra PvE and the dungeon from lvl25 have a lot of lag, making Impossible to complete. So all the server are stuck on this Quest, should we Just send the character to another server ir will b fixed?

@playnewworld We need some servers closer to Africa please. Don't exclude the africa gaming peeps like the rest of the world. Playing your action game with these mechanics on a 220+ ping. With lag and rubber banding is horrible. We can bearly play your pve content. How are we going to play pvp

@playnewworld This doesn't even qualify as a band-aid fix unless you happen to be someone just firing up the game for the first time. Whose idea was it to limit the number of available servers to this low of a total, when your concurrent player cap was 2000?

Don't worry guys, @playnewworld will help us, they've added 16 more AMERICAN (now 75) servers. Don't even think about HALF OF THE WORLDS POPULATION sharing 19 servers. I don't see any issue here whatsoever. This is how you make sure ya game fails @amazongames #QueWorld

@playnewworld Seriously need a cap increase on the more populated servers...The queues are still absolutely abysmal, even outside of peak times. Double them. It will at least alleviate some of the issue.

@playnewworld I really hope a function is added to allow characters to change worlds. Because otherwise the sitting in queues for half an hour is going to get really old really fast. Also people will just stay logged in even when not playing, which is an issue

@geoffkeighley @playnewworld Please define "concurrent player". Does it include people waiting hours in the login queue, and then asking for a refund, because they were unable to see the game? Seriously - how you could launch an MMO in 2021 without capacity scaling working in runtime? With Amazon logo on it.

@playnewworld More worlds for NA West when? I chose a world with no queue this morning, when the most popular NA West worlds had 8-10k queues, and trying to login tonight I got in a queue of 400+. Been queued 20 minutes and I'm only at 160.

@wibblesniff01 @playnewworld One big issue with the launch was that all players flooded EU servers to get name saves because we opened first so ultimately we kinda suffered the most :( I did queue for 5+ hours and got in to play for an hour, which kinda sucked but I'm hoping it'll all even out in a few days

@playnewworld The Amrine Excavation is completely broken on Hanan Pacha, unplayable due to the enemies, and their hitboxes not lining up, you are literally fighting Ghosts. Looking for guidance on that fix and how is another Tuning Orb Acquired after the one was spent?

So is the twitch integration for @playnewworld not working yet? I couldn't get it working or even see it in the menu. I also haven't gotten any of the claimed drops or my prime skin in my inventory. Must have to wait for the servers to catch up?

Im in love with your game and have had hours of fun playing. But I have one problem. My internet disconnects a lot as I live rural so I have to wait in a queue again multiple times a session. Surely consider adding a grace period if you are kicked for bad internet? @playnewworld

@playnewworld Respectfully, I didn't wait 2 years to wait 3 hours to play a game with thousands of people waiting in queue. You did so many tests and betas you have no excuse, fix your ****** servers, you're better than this. Extremely disappointed.

Great day grinding once finally got into server on @playnewworld Thankfully @AnthonyKongphan and everyone was kinda able to get in pretty quick this time and #covenant got dune land baby lol. Much better then beta. Just don't log or crash. Hit almost lvl 19 and had to call it.

@D3XT3R_DOG @playnewworld imo the problem yesterday was, that due to the sequential opening other regions were joining the already open plus the asian have no server for their region which causes them to flood in the other servers. The amount and capacity may be enough, if they all had their own server

Probably 9 hours in @playnewworld so far. 12 total but probably 3-4 in queue. But I will say once I'm in game I'm having zero issues with server stability and the like. Musket is a blast. Trying to figure out what to pair it with. #NewWorldMMO

@playnewworld More servers will not fix the problem. People want to play on Utopia because thats where their companies from BETA are. They've agreed that is where they'd start the whole process. Increase the server cap... ?!
