@playnewworld It seems that the month you took after the closed beta in order ti fix this kind of problems was in reality to induce a bigger hype and try to sell more games. This is the kind of message you are sending to the community.

@playnewworld The main issue I see with limiting people to a single server is, anyone who is a big time streamer, if/when they join said server, the queue times are going to jump up every time. Most of the streaming platforms have selected a "home" but with them comes thousands of supporters.

@playnewworld My game has crashed twice now close to Fisherman's Bend and I've been put in 2k+ queue twice, any way to reserve a spot for a few minutes after a crash? :(

@playnewworld This will not solve the main issues, which is streamers are a big attraction for players, most players are never going to want to move, the ques will constantly be a problem. Please find an alternative solution, thanks guys.

@playnewworld Unlike many, I have had a great experience with both Beta and Launch. No errors/exceptions at all. I was 256 in queue at 9am EST and 634 in queue when I came back to log in at 4:30pm. It's worth waiting for. The game is solid, beautiful and enjoyable for me. 👍

@playnewworld Though a 2 hour queue time after a crash sucks, this has been a much smoother launch than many other MMO I have played. Seriously need to get these queue times down tho, 2 hours... hopefully it doesn't crash before I get there.

@playnewworld Whats up with server queues that last hours? From a company that literally runs a cloud service you would think you could accommodate more players for launch day than what we are seeing. I understand a queue but HOURS???

My @playnewworld Day 1 experience: Get online at 8 AM into a 2500 ppl queue. Get to play at 11 AM, have a disconnect at 11:30 AM, then sit in various queues for the next half a day. I just got kicked out of position 140 and am now back in position 1500. Tomorrow is another day!

@playnewworld just waited in an 800+ mutli hr queue to get back in after eu restart and just got the connection error and im now in that same queue but 1310+ i've given all these error my positivity in the fact you are aware and fixing but at this point it takes the piss 2k server limit rly

@playnewworld Has anyone said anything about possibly coming up with a command to reset the UI, have so many issues with the unlocking banner sticking to the top of the screen, cant see the other costumes because that bugged out too

hey @playnewworld instead server pop cap so low maybe increase it instead of spinning up new servers. if they crash then revert changes. would be nothing new to me for an mmo launch. people have friends they want to play with and not wait on a transfer to do so.

ok so at 9:30am I jumped in queue to hop on the server with my friends in @playnewworld and was 5300 in queue.... I waited and finally at 4:37pm got to 1 in queue.... then instead of loading me in it said "connection error unable to connect to server" and kicked me back to the MM
