@Gwydion_Wolf @Var1ousGaming @playnewworld The issue isnt about "when" to release a patch, its about making sure that when it is released, downtime is minimal. This patch was clearly not deployment tested enough to make sure it deploys correctly onto their production environment.. Clearly someone ***** up here..

@playnewworld Good work guys. Can we fix pillar of fire next? Trying to max range cast is impossible while looking from a snakes PoV, its so hard to gauge depth. Maybe tilt the camera to a slight birds eye when activating the ability, or re working the reticle animation/add outline target.

@dabszy @playnewworld News flash I'm in na and it's 12pm. Sitting here waiting for the game to open back up just like you. Stop complaining. Rather have a better less buggy game then for them to have to same problems giving everyone issues in the game

@playnewworld Looks like you ran into some issues with your patch? You should have a test server like all other MMO's in the world so that you and the players can fully test your patches first and before 6+ hours of downtime, which is long enough for people to miss their daily play windows.

@playnewworld why add a confirmation of canceling your spot in the queue but no crash protections??? I think crash protections are way more important than confirming that you want to drop from the queue...

Imagine bitching about maintenance for an MMO that has no monthly sub... to fix bugs and make the game better for all of us to enjoy? Apparently none of you have ever played World Of Warcraft and waited half the day for maintenance to finish. @playnewworld

@Kyakarot @playnewworld Jeez you need to get a freaking grip. Maintanence is something that happens to make sure a product KEEPS working. Do you buy a car and then ask the manufacturers to give you money/compensation when it has to have a service?

@ongugp @cursedddddd @playnewworld You think throwing more people/money at an advanced problem such as finding why interrupting fast travel sometimes gets people stuck in a house is going to do any good? The game just came out last week. It's easy to say you should have this fixed from the sidelines.

@playnewworld Love them addressing issues so quickly and such! Amazing launch response I say to get as many people in as they wanted than fix it so it stays like that! The people forcing themselves into servers instead of taking the L and moving somewhere else don’t need to catered to

@playnewworld login wait time was bad, you still haven't fixed that, now done server maintenance in the middle of busiest time of day, it's been extended to nearly double the original time. such a big company you should be ashamed at the way that you are treating your player base

@RobAdabba @ZenHeadshot @playnewworld "entitlement" when server in peak times go down during events (wars,invasions) i get a fix was needed but also unwise choices (the time block this was implemented) will lead to complaints. JFC with people using generic terms for poor planning and under estimation
