Waited in a server queue for 2 hours trying to get in with my boys on @playnewworld. Got down to 3rd in line, and got an error saying I was disconnected from queue. Now the line is double the size. It's chalked.

@playnewworld welp was gonna play tonight. Sat in queue for an hour. Started at 13 got to 1 then failed to login now at 24. This game going on the shelf til these queues are fixed. Love the game but this is nuts.

i’m in queue for 2.5 hours @playnewworld and that’s not the problem… the problem is, after 2.5 hours of waiting and being about 30-45 minutes away, I GET DISCONNECTED FROM THE QUEUE??? bruh

@playnewworld Quit wasting time on servers you will shut down in a couple months and fix the actual problem: capacity. No one is going to restart their characters they've spent hours on just to play on a dead server.

@playnewworld Highly recommend a system for queue skipping, 3/5 people in my group will continuously lose connection, game crashes, or system crashes. It sucks to sit through a 1500 person queue just to crash and do it again. Maybe a 15-20 minute timer to reconnect??

@playnewworld I really wish you would add soft server reserve to allow players to reconnect within a time frame in case they dc'd from an error and many other reasons... :(. Can't even reset your game to fix things in game. Please...

Update, got down to 34, and it kicked me out the queue with some weird error message saying it couldn’t connect. Back in the queue I go… this time? 1700 plus people. @playnewworld please do something about this… 😭#NewWorld #QueueWorld

@playnewworld you guys really have to do something about these queues, I just waited 3 HOURS in queue, finally got to 50 in line and then GOT BOOTED WITH A LOGIN ERROR. Requeue and now i'm at 1400. This is getting ridiculous

@playnewworld just sat in queue for 3 hrs. Then when it was time to be put into the server it said there was an error joining. Great! Now I'm at 1500 queue again! Won't get to play until like 1-2 am est now!

@TheKoreCow @playnewworld Yeah it's a rare issue, I've seen a few forum posts about it. Sometimes you move down a few spots but it inevitably stalls out and stop moving. I was hoping today's update addressed it, but I guess not 🙃

@playnewworld I was 1 in que…I got fatal errored out and now I’m at 1961. I was waiting 3.5 hours. THIS is not fair! I should not have to go back to the end of the line because of a game issue.

@AddeMoberg @playnewworld For those of you that get this error. Click ok and then do NOT press play again, or you will be sent to the back of the queue. After a couple of minutes it will put you back in the queue where you were!

@playnewworld Man this download corrupted 6.7GB worth of game files. Game crashing with fatal error. After verifying the game files and re-downloading the files it worked. Now 4hrs of queue... ... ...

Finally home after a long day and can’t even play because I’m 1164th queuing into the server fml @playnewworld . Love the game , but the server issues are killing me
