@playnewworld A huge fix would be restarting the servers every night at like 4am so it boots all the afks. It would make the queues go down a good bit. Boost the servers to at least 3000-3500 for now and everyone would be happy.

@madmidder @JimmieSan_001 @playnewworld I was on a full server in the beta and never crashed once and did not have any problems at all with insane lags. You must have just been on a ****** up server. The only problem I had in the beta was a sound bug which was ez to fix.

New World Experience: Queue up around 4pm. 2.400 people queue Have disconnect errors from servers pop up ever 30-90 minutes so you need to requeue Place in Queue 3.5 hours later: 2.754 **** you @playnewworld , I'm going back to quality games.

@playnewworld you need to let us transfer characters now.. NO one is gonna want to play on a new server because they have spent hours on the last server... my lvl 23 character is on a server with 3000 queue.. I have not even got in today after getting error coded during Queue...

@playnewworld I'd mention after the error I sent, pressing okay leaves me with no character showing up for 25 seconds, then my character is showing for exactly one minute, and the same error popup shows. Are you telling me I'm still in the queue and have to press this every minute till I'm in?

@Dankryles @t_izzy0513 @playnewworld The issue is, it takes them too long to fix and they can lose a big part of playerbase for that, So far they only released new servers no fixes to the issues, Just because you got in today you might not get in the next few weeks

@playnewworld Also, you're probably sick of this particular type of feedback. But the errors that actually just throw you out of the queue (failed to join queue) is basically like a kick to the groin. I have several people in my company having waited 4-5 hours just to get that one. It sucks.

@playnewworld I now keep getting errors that tell me "connection to the login server failed" or sth like that. And I don't get back in my old queue position. From 1700 down to 11 and now I'm back at 2,380

@KojiroSilva @playnewworld If you click away the error message and wait, you get put at your previous position in the queue if you just wait a few minutes. (Don't click play, just wait)

The problem with the @playnewworld launch are not the q times. You will have those at every launch. The issue is getting kicked OUT of said q every hour or so. That’s a No-Go and a legit cause to be disappointed considering the backing behind this game.
