@playnewworld Hey, are you guys aware of the issue that the game client stops responding (freeze) since at least OpenBeta (minimum specs are no issue) its really frustrating due to the already long queue times to have to queue again several times per day due to random crashes.

@playnewworld gotta be honest, your launch day went better than expected gratz, I was able to play almost all day, but since I logged off to take a break it's impossible to get back, even leaving the queue open several hours. This can be a big problem, I hope you can fix it soon.

@playnewworld Yeah would really like to do that.BUT.a Server Cap of 2k players for an MMO is just a joke. If you have 5 streamers on a server with their community it's just their server. Login impossible from that moment on. Waiting 8h to rejoin after disconnect. Queue 45 since 3 hours! Nice!!

@playnewworld Do you have any idea how annoying it is, to sit in a queue for 5 hours, only to get thrown out of it by an error message, have to re-queue and now the number is bigger than the previous number? DO BETTER.

@playnewworld Why my GPU is working at 50% while waiting a lot of hours ok a queue? All this proceses wasted maybe mining this time. Change de login system to a web if the waiting time to start the Game is going to be off hours magnitude. An awful pass to production. Bad work

@DiamondRanger1 @nemestrinus44 @playnewworld Decreasing a cap that you first increased is an even bigger issue than adding new servers and merging the lower pop ones (The ones that haven't reached 2k cap) with others. Imagine the backlash when they decide that their 5k servers have to go down to 3k to keep it playable?

@playnewworld @playnewworld Once again, very broken hearted and disappointed. Hours after deleting my character that I thought I made in YAMA and clicked YAMA and I was put in ERIDU due to bug or something. You've announced relocation hours too late. This should have been anticipated.

@playnewworld More than two hours waiting in queue, i had an electric failure on my PC and when i come back to the game i should start the queue on the beggining again... please fix this.. we paid for the game.

@playnewworld Was up early, sat with my guild/friends and counted down. Hit Play when they did, they got queue numbers 100-400, I got queue 1989. 2hrs later, my queue hit 1, d/c due to error. 6hrs later, d/c due to internal login error.

@playnewworld Hello @playnewworld 2k servers are not working! Minimum server capacity needs to be at least 3-4k going off the people waiting in que. Server merging can be done at a later time. As for the PVP server I don’t know what those 24k players in que think is going to happen?

@playnewworld AS part of these fixes, can we add a double confirmation of exiting the queue? I accidentally hit both enter and escape and went from <20 to over 1K in the queue. Also a reservation or current spot in line if there is an issue?
