@askparamount It's not my devices end. It's only on certain shows, and it does it across all my devices, google TV, Android, Windows, Firefox/chrome/edge, and a friend's house. Hawaii five-0 and NCIS LA are what I have found so far. Your server is screwed up. Fix it.

@askparamount I solved the problem myself after not hearing from your ‘support’ team for 2 days after emailing them. Told them of the problem, that no doubt could affect all iOS/Mac users, but judging by their generic reply, I’m pretty sure they ignored what I said so nothing will be fixed.

@askparamount What's error code 6040? Everything plays fine on the computer, but won't play on the tv? Doesn't matter what show we try to play, every single one returns the 6040 error code, but we can't find an explanation of it on the help page on site

The @paramountplus app is buggy af it’s not the internet it’s your app, won’t load on X1 @xfinity can’t update it. Won’t stream on @appletv without fatal error. Will stream on my smart tv, iPhone & laptop but that’s not where I’m trying to watch ep 7 of #TulsaKing

@paramountplus Your website won't let me cancel my subscription (error). Now I'm on the phone trying to reach a rep to cancel and instead I'm hit with ADVERTISEMENTS and a cumbersome interface asking obnoxious questions only to wait over 10min to talk with someone...🚮 Be better

The worst streaming apps: 1. @paramountplus Easy choice. Randomly logs out, sometimes just shows a blue screen. When it does come on, it goes right into the last episode I watched. 2. @hulu logs in with random movie playing. And ends every ep leading into The Resident.

Between @paramountplus and @SkyHelpTeam customer service shocking from cancelling orders from a year ago and now an error code to actually watch something for free they either want you to@jump through hoops or in todays case via Sky just want to wash their hands. VIP means nowt

@paramountplus please fix the app because of issues. I have to watch twice the amount of commercials and a show just went to commercial and came back to a scene already watched. Super inconvenient! App crashes 3times every time before it works.

@paramountplus - today’s issue with this streaming service is that 8 min before the end of @48hours, I’m sent to a show about the FBI. No matter what I do, I can’t watch the end of my show. Uninstalling app from AppleTV doesn’t help.😡 Not the first time with this problem.
