@ParamountPlus @StarTrekOnPPlus The app on FireTV is currently telling me that "The Ready Room" isn't available because it's content restricted from children's profiles. I don't have a children's profile. I have only one profile, which cannot be a child's profile. Help?

The nice thing about everyone having their own streaming service and app is that none of them work. Shouts out to loading up @Shudder for the first time in months and neither the Xbox app nor the Samsung app work. Somehow still a better experience than @paramountplus

@paramountplus Could you PLEASE fix the app so that is doesn’t crash while loading commercials? No amount of power cycling and uninstall/reinstall fixes this issue. I would just expect, at a minimum… for the product to work on a regular basis. All my Love, -bear

@askparamount When trying to watch the Ready Room on Android TV I am getting "Age restricted content not available in kids profiles". I don't have kid profiles so what's going on? Also, when accessing from computer there's no such error.

@paramountplus this morning every time I get to a commercial your app stalls and then crashes. Each day a different issue with this crummy service. And yes, does not matter which device I use. Comcast vox, Google chromecast, Roku. Keeps happening. But you'll make excuses

@lebibe @paramountplus The only one with a compelling backstory is the Dr. Every other person is a bland caricature. Uhura is inoffensive but typical "newbie" crew member. Security woman? Awful. Nurse? I feel like they're trying to write her as funny and it's not working.

@ravenlily @MamaTazzy13 @paramountplus I don't believe you can. The Paramount Network app is where you can sign in with a TV provider, but the movie is a Paramount Plus Exclusive, which is subscription based and means it can only be watched on Plus and not the Network.

@paramountplus: app needs fixes. 1) I download a TV episode for a hospital visit. When I get to the hospital the download episode says "fatal error" & it will not play. 2) Episodes are loaded in, but then when I get to a non-WiFi area, the exclamation mark & won't play. 1/2

@askparamount are y’all having some major issues? I’ve tried getting ahold of y’all. Chat button is disabled and the phone number on the website is disconnected. Your missing some of the episodes and even whole seasons from shows.
