@wolfsoul4 @paramountplus we tried for af least 30min to watch any of the star trek shows, or tbh ANYTHING on there and it just wasn’t loading… it kept like randomly deleting shows & episodes, tried it on my iphone, xbox, etc and nothing was working. i checked twitter and apparently it was a global issue

@psuedofolio @paramountplus It's not working on Xbox, either. I had to get the 7 day trial to Paramount+ on Amazon Prime to watch ever since yesterday afternoon. I hoped it would've gotten better this evening, but nope.

@askparamount I am REAL upset that a Supervisor at P+ wouldn't call me to give kudos to the CSR I spoke with. His, 'response' was an email stating what was done on the call and did NOT help any more. SO frustrating! Why dont y'all value CSR's more or WANT to hear GOOD feedback?

@sbwitte2 @askparamount Been DM’ing them since the beginning of June. Their app doesn’t work at all on 3 different Roku devices. The ONLY thing that streams is their new South Park episodes. Nothing. Not TV, not Movies. and believe me, I think I’ve tried everything on there. Still no resolution.

@paramountplus Having probs. On the homepage an error pops up "due to licensing restrictions..." Before I've even clicked on anything. 2nd: my list is empty? I have about 12 titles on there now they're gone? What is happening! All possible glitches seem to be occurring. HELP

@adam13648254 @channel5_tv @paramountplus Lost a lot of love for this channel especially MY5 that simply doesn't work. I have things l would like to watch on demand and it does not load. Having to reload the channel every week is not on demand. I rated it a 1star and they dumped neighbours.

@askparamount The other issue that I have is that I sometimes download episodes on my IPad because the gym doesn’t have Wi-Fi and the episodes disappear when I try to play them. Is that an app or I pod issue ?

@askparamount I went to the article regarding today's outage and it says the problem has been resolved. That can't be true, since I and several others in this thread are still having issues. Kind of feel like the article should be updated to reflect that the issue is not completely fixed.

Hey @paramountplus fix your UX. Trying to watch @StarTrekOnPPlus. No episode guide. No way to select next episode. Instead of auto-playing next ep after one ends, it starts whatever promoted show comes up on the credit screen!?! About to lose a subscriber! @askparamount

@AskParamount UK Customer. Cancelled Sky Cinema/Paramount bundle two days ago and I'm now getting Error Code 9999 when I try to stream anything on Paramount. I setup a new account with Credit Card billing but I'm still getting the same issue.
