@paramountplus How about the feeling a customer gets when they can actually reach a human at customer service for #ParamountPlus Spent 3 weeks on hold on the phone, & the chat, a year. Are you going to help??? Or do you only care about lining your pockets with our $$$ & not the customer??

@paramountplus @PrimeVideo Not happy that Star Trek is leaving Amazon Prime; I'm not subbing to Paramount Plus either. Maybe work out a deal like Britbox? But way too many subbing models folks. You need to work out something so customers can get what they want.

Let's put our differences aside and really bond. Then it was right back to arguing about monopolizing the phone. Classic REAL WORLD.

@queenofuniverse @AdaVox @paramountplus Won’t deny that she can sing. There is talent there but her drag is terrible. There was nothing “bad girl” this week. Her looks are repetitive and she’s in over her head but yes she can sing but so can the others and their looks are slaying.

@askparamount So i was on hold for 50 mins yesterday then had a 5 min convo with your employee who said it would be 3-4 days before your tech team would send me an email. Tried calling again tonight but the hold was long. Not really worth 100 bucks a year with crappy quality and service.

hey @paramountplus why did i just give you guys $100 bucks for the year if a couple days later you're not going to let me access anything? I log in, it accepts everything, shows me the last thing i watched, shows my list but when i click on something it loops me back to sign in.
