@paramountplus Your website is an absolute embarrassment. All of a sudden there are no markings on the episodes I have watched. It is the worst online experience. It is second class compared to the competition. It's pathetic.

Update: @paramountplus remains the very worst of streaming services. So laggy it’s almost unwatchable. Then plays 90 seconds of commercials no problem. Upgrade your servers, such garbage

@YapNational @paramountplus I know!! We have the same problem. We can stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, and when we move over to P+, nothing but spinning icons and error message: try later. It's not our internet, it's Paramount. I expect them to be better than this.

Okay, @paramountplus is the 3rd streaming app I've had issues with the subtitles, this time it's the timing. Often 5-10 second early & sometimes just doesn't exist for some scenes, & no way to customize font or color. This accessibility aid might not seem important but it is.

@paramountplus Loving the Star Trek TNG but I have noticed a problem. Not sure if you can fix this or not but the ads are starting a second or 2 late causing us to get mid sentence into the return scene before the break and returning mid sentence. Breaks the immersion sometimes.

@paramountplus Your Apple TV app is messing up. Once I finish a show, the menu button doesn't work, I have to use the tv button to close & reopen the app to get it working again. Might be a problem between the app & the new tvOS 16.3 update, might need an app update to fix it.

Decided to give Paramount+ a go via the Amazon Prime Video app so that I could watch the Teen Wolf movie on my 4K TV but the image quality was so bad that it looked like I was watching an old VHS tape. Wasn’t even DVD quality. Actual static. @paramountplus @PrimeVideoAUNZ
