@paramountplus your interface is still being obnoxious and what happened to being able to skip recaps or intros? Yeah …not feeling this is worth $15+ per month. Maybe fix one things and get back to me. Or like a 3 month free pass because the app is just becoming quite tiresome.

@askparamount terrible experience signed up and then canceled. Suppose to receive a promo with T-Mobile, customer service on the phone was not good. My free subscription turned into paying $4.99. Waste of time.

Can I just say how TERRIBLE #ParamountPlus is? It’s literally the worst app with the BEST catalog! It’s not user-friendly, I see more of the error screen than the actual show. WHERE ARE THE SUBTITLES?! Why am I watching 2021 South Park with no CC!?

@paramountplus is THE WORST streaming app out there today. CONSTANTLY crashing and shooting back errors and when you try to approach customer service you're on hold for an hour, you get no response, or THEY BLAME THE END USER. So I'm paying $12/month or so to NOT watch Star Trek.
