I bought Entire season of #TheChallenge38 at Amazon. It does not automatically make the next episode available. Customer service said other people are having same problem. They refunded me. I Have to buy episodes separately until fixed @PrimeVideo @mtv @paramountplus

@askparamount I do not know if there is a fix on my end for the Xbox app being bad. It is slow, it does things I am not asking it to do, it opens shows and movies that we have not watched 1/2 or 3/4 into them, and the amount of ads on my "No Commercial" plan is ridiculous.

So far, after multiple reports to @paramountplus they are still suggesting that I lack understanding how to access them or my device is making the problem. makes no sense since it is just Oct 6th epi

@paramountplus Started watching again for first time in a while only to have the same regular and intermittent buffering as before. Don’t get it with any other streaming service. Luckily we get it free with Sky as it’s not worth paying for the poor quality.

Just had to cancel @paramountplus because of technical issues. After several attempts to re-watch a Strange New Worlds episode, I gave up and dropped my automatic renew. I’ll miss @StarTrekOnPPlus, but if I can’t rewatch what I paid for….

@paramountplus I have what seems like 100 apps to load and track because you idiots werent happy with a bundling option that made consumers satisfied, but the WORST app by far is Paranount+. Please hire Real programmers! Don't know if I can put up with this amateur app anymore.

@askparamount Yeah. This is clearly not the issue. The issue is on your end. We have no issues with any other streaming services but paramount+, which is disappointing because there are a lot of shows I'd love to watch.

@paramountplus Get your house in order. Your app doesn’t work half the time. I’ve had to call your customer service 3x just this week, 2x they “reset” and got it working again but the 3rd the woman was rude and fully unhelpful. I just want to watch Star Trek! Shouldn’t be so hard
