    @askparamount Any update about not being able to login? I subscribed to PP + Showtime (Premium) 2 days ago and it was fine until this morning. My son has an Essential plan and his login is just fine.

    @askparamount I would also like to clarify this is a non hacking issue. Just typed in the wrong email when registered and my family and I would like to have this issue resolved asap since it was signing up for a annual plan. Even if it means the account has to be deleted.

    @askparamount Hello! For help here; on tele is says 1.sign up 2. Watch free episodes 3. Sign out But no access menu for channels. App is same. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue. Have done all fixes given to try before. Any idea what's wrong?

    @askparamount Not good to have this issue with a new customer(s) who paid for the whole year a day before. Is this what we can expect to happen??? If so, forget it. Secondly done get credit for the amount of time subscribers cannot log in?
