    @paramountplus your app doesn’t work on Samsung tvs?? The screen stays black. How do you fix this? I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes… I’ve u plugged the tv, etc. Everything else works. What is the issue?

    @paramountplus Signed up for the free trial, then saw there was a birthday promo. Switched to the premium version and...nothing. Coupon code doesn't work. Emailed support and they sent me an advert for the promo and ignored my issue. Would love some help.

    @BMCDOUG @paramountplus I love Discovery Plus, which we have again for now anyways, but their User Interface is probably the worst of them all (but for me I deal with it because their programming is worth it).

    @paramountplus Any plans to fix the issues with your app not working with @Samsung TV's? This has been going on for months, customer service is useless, Samsung equally so. Let's get it together, yeah? #pissed

    @askparamount What would fix the problem that I and thousands of others are having with the TV app not working, is allow your app to Mirror or Cast to a smart TV from other devices, iPhone, iPad.

    @Jenkneefuurr @paramountplus Yes. It won't stream to my roku tv regardless of it being on the compatible list. They've ignored my trouble ticket for 32 days.

    Trying to watch the last few episodes of Mayor of Kingstown, and only getting fatal error messages on both Insignia TV app & iPhone. @paramountplus any suggestions? Was running fine last night. Ughh!!

    @askparamount My digital download isn’t showing up on any device. I put the code in, said it was successfully sent to my iTunes and is not showing up. Spent an hour on the phone with @Apple and they were no help. It’s my son’s bday present!

    @JMunozActor @paramountplus She didn't knew what the movie was about. I send her all the info, because, to be fair, sometimes we watch terrible movies. She instantly knew why I was so invested in it and she did apologize for not knowing about it.

    @paramountplus Hi. I need some help with a subscription plan, please. I started a membership for $1 for 3 months but I accidentally cancelled the membership and restarted it for $5 a month, can you please only charge me $1 a month for the first 3 months like I wanted? Thanks.

    @GhostsCBS @paramountplus None of my fellow Ghosties at work watched this week’s episode yet! Most of them worked the evening shift and didn’t get home until it was over, or were already in bed! I had no one to squee with yesterday and it was a damn crime! 😭

    @paramountplus still waiting on hold - no one answers the phone. Literally over an hour. Your app doesn’t work on a Samsung tv. Wtf? How do I get a refund? I haven’t been able to watch anything since signing up.

    Dear @paramountplus, I pay you so I can stream shows. You are the only one that has serious glitches. On Chromecast. On Fire TV. On my sons PS4. And now even just the browser. 3 min left on a suspenseful show and... errors out. -Annoyed customer

    I think @paramountplus has one of the worst apps. Love the shows on it but the app’s functionality sucks.

    Signed up to watch Picard last night, and I see that @paramountplus is still struggling with QC issues. The show buffered several times, and I know it’s not my connection, which is very fast. (1)

    @paramountplus The worst app support out there. You can NOT talk with anyone. Their bot SUCKS ***. Submitting a work order SUCKS. Will cancel my subscription if my PAID subscription continues to not allow me to steam. Disgusted.

    @askparamount and @paramountplus it has been over 8 weeks of me trying to resolve an issue with your service. My emails go unanswered, my dms are replied to weeks later with no actual help. Horrible service.

    If @CBSSports is gonna force people to pay for a @paramountplus subscription to watch college basketball games the least they can do is have an app that doesn’t freeze every 5 seconds. One of the worst paid apps available right now.
