@paramountplus has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had a case open since the 18th with no feedback about how I’ve been getting charged for over a year for a subscription I’ve canceled. So do not recommend

I’ve had @paramountplus on my PS4 for about 5 months and it’s still awful. It’s crashes, buffers and skips 90% of the time. I gave it the “it’s a new app” excuse but that goes out the window when @disneyplus was fully functioning when it first launched. Do better Paramount!

The whole reason I subscribed to @paramountplus was to watch #RuPaulsDragRaceAllStars6. Every week, the streaming does not work. I've cleared my browsing data, deleted and reopened the app, and done everything, but it just doesn't work. Every week the episode is spoiled.

Holy cow, the @paramountplus app is not awesome. I tried to submit feedback about a playback issue, and instead of letting me fill out a field, it opened a text message to my wife. In text, my wife expects the following: Work complaints, stupid memes, and filth.

@paramountplus is absolutely terrible. Everything is always pixelated, not to mention the non stop errors and having to back out and reload. I love some of the content but I want my money back! Waaaaaay too many bugs for the last several months

@paramountplus fix and optimize your tv apps. The PS4/5 one is terrible constantly crashes, the fast forward and rewind are clunky, ads will make the show restart or will only continue with audio. App runs very slow in all categories. Only good thing is the IPs. Fix these issues.

@paramountplus getting really ticked off I’m getting kicked every time I try to watch something and the voice, after it finally plays I have to restart because the lips don’t match the voice! I have very nice internet and it’s definitely not the issue!
