My @paramountplus app started showing me endless commercials tonight, though I have an ad free account. When I wrote for help I was given a long list of tasks to complete to troubleshoot. At some point, I guess I paid $10 a month to become a beta tester for bad software.

9-25 and still no response. According to some forum posts, @paramountplus knows about it but doesn't want to fix it. Paramount is way more expendable than my PS4, i won't get rid of PS+ & P+ means very little, but still leaves egg on the face of @SonySupportUSA

@paramountplus This is another day that I tried to watch something and this is not solved yet. It has been 2 weeks with the app for Samsung not working. I cancelled my service but it seems that the 3 weeks I still have access to the service will be completely useless.

.@paramountplus there's a glitch in your app. Two titles are played at once with one video and two audios. Here's the fun part, the audios play in the background even when I quit the app. The same goes for Live TV.

@askparamount This is not a personal issue that can be resolved through personal support. The Paramount+ app is of low quality—poorly designed and developed. If you want to help solve its problems, bring them to the attention of those responsible for app design, development, testing, etc.

Okay but why is @paramountplus the most obnoxious, slow, glitchy, streaming platform I’ve ever used? Like I’m paying to watch and re-watch ads over and over cause the site is glitching and keeps knocking my episode back 10 mins but making me rewatch ads. It’s ridiculous. Fix it.

Every time a @paramountplus app fails with a false 6100 error message a Paramount+ designer, developer, tester, manager, or executive should have their compensation reduced by $6,100. That might get someone to actually fix the problem. #ParamountPlus #ParamountPlusFail
