    @ParamountPlusAU your billing engine is broken. Charged me $115 on 15 July with zero notice, then sent an email on 13 Aug saying renewal is 10 Oct! Your system offered a discount that doesn't apply until 2027. Manager escalation ghosted. Fix my account. #ParamountPlus #ACCC
