@askparamount is there an issue with streaming on FireTV? I cannot get any shows to load and I have tried all the ways suggested online to fix this issue with no luck. It’s not my internet, as all my other apps will work with no problem.

@paramountplus I just signed up for CBS All-access/Paramount+. I downloaded the App. I have IOS 14.6. I am on the same wifi network as my chromecast. Your help page says that this app will cast to other devices. This app does not have a CAST button. I cannot cast. Help?

@paramountplus i had to restart this episode like 6 times to get past one chunk of ads, and four times to get past the next. which means i watched the same ads 10 times without going back to the show :-) fix it. you seem to know it’s an issue because your website says to restart
