Trying to watch the game on @paramountplus and every 2-3mins I keep getting an error message. Totally screwed up watching the game. I kept having to exit out and go back in. Glad I was able to watch an epic game nonetheless

Your service is awful during live nfl games. Was crashing ever 2 minutes. It has done this multiple other games this yr as well. Refunds please #ParamountPlus

@paramountplus game continued to crash all game had to finish watching on my phone (streaming just fine) on yahoo sports app. Tough to pay for a service that doesn’t come through when you need it

@paramountplus where do I send complaints and requests for a refund? Subscribed specifically for football and the best game of the year was interrupted every 5-10 mins with errors and the service crashing

Well so much for using @paramountplus to watch football. Every five minutes there would be an error message. I’ll need a plan B next week. Good thing it wasn’t a big game or anything like that. Not!

@hulu we are done. Once again, "home location has changed" msg happens right when OT starts in the #KCvsBuff game. Switched over to @paramountplus to finish the game. So over these issues. @hulu_support tells me it's my internet, but no other channel does this.

The only good thing about that game ending though is I can close out the Paramount plus app, the worst streaming app by far, for another week. Get your **** together @paramountplus. #NFL
