@paramountplus AWFUL 1st impression of this service. Signed up to watch Bills-Chiefs game.Have spent the whole time rebooting the Roku,Channel,router,modem...they can't seem to maintain a feed that's not out of synch and then drops completely for more than 20 seconds at a time.

@paramountplus one of the worst apps that I’ve ever used. Frozen twice and signed me out within one hour of watching football. At this point, don’t show the games on the app if it’s going to be terrible

Getting really annoyed with @paramountplus . I have a paid subscription and the NFL games keep having issues. I watch it on one tv and it works. The next time is doesn’t, so I use our other tv and it works there. One time it didn’t work on either tv, but worked on my computer

Streaming non-live content is great quality but having to watch a game on mute because it’s soo crappy. And I know it’s your servers specifically, seeing as no issues with NBC/NFL/Prime…only CBS/paramount+ @askparamount
