    @askparamount What else is new? Perhaps if your customer service team would actually listen to what a customer's issue actually is rather than throw random troubleshooting steps back at them, your customers would not have to keep calling back!

    I thought @RuPaulsDragRace was gonna be streaming on @paramountplus but apparently it’s only on VH1 and that app won’t let me sign in with my tv provider soooooo… im upset.

    Hey @paramountplus your stupid service still isn’t working. And now we’ve been on hold for over an hour on the phone trying to contact your ‘customer service.’ Super shady company…paid up front for a year for it not to work…

    @paramountplus Is there an outage in the Southeast (Atlanta specifically)? No shows were loading for me so I uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall and now I can’t even get the app back onto my AppleTV.

    Trying to watch anything on @paramountplus is a NIGHTMARE. It’s slow/buggy and don’t get me started on trying to fast forward/rewind a movie. Been trying to play “The Wolf Of Wall Street” and it gives me an error message! Pls do better!

    @askparamount Since when? We’ve been trying to get ahold of someone since Dec 20. Then again on Dec 27. Spent an hour on hold today. To be ignored. This service is terrible. We pay for it not to work…cool. And get ignored….

    Hey @askparamount your streaming service stopped working on Dec 27 and nothing we’ve done has worked. Uninstalled, reset, rebooted, unplugged, cleared cashe and cookies. Currently on hold for over an hour for customer service that will never answer. Why won’t the service work?

    @paramountplus you guys gonna fix the apps issues? It cuts off my episode half way through and tries to switch to the next one and then it takes forever to browse because it’s always buffering. I love this app but the mechanics make it hard to watch!

    @askparamount Other people who need help, message them on Instagram. I got a response and they fixed my problem in 30 minutes. The phone number didn’t work, I was on hold for an hour and gave up.

    @BandB_CBS @paramountplus Admitting you have a problem is the first step to solving it! No one is perfect and I think Brooke is being too hard on herself (a trait she seems to have passed on)!

    @askparamount Interesting.Has this been going on for a month?!Because I paid for an entire year a month ago and since my payment went through my service doesn't work AT ALL.Your customer service asked me a question weeks ago and NEVER replied. Paramount is a joke! @askparamount @paramountplus

    @askparamount your support service is terrible! Cannot get a live person to respond to a issue. Gone on 3 days of sending emails, tweets and instant messaging / direct messaging. Terrible service

    @iPilko @paramountplus I did and no issues. I did it when there was a loophole of 5.99 for 12 months. Will finish watching Dexter but think that will be about it.
