So glad I pay for @askparamount to get the wrong CBS station!!!! I’m supposed to have CBS 19 and for some reason I’m getting CBS 4!!! When I message the help center they don’t respond!!! Great customer service

I cannot express how awful the @paramountplus app on @roku is. Today's adventure: I'm trying to watch football / @CBSSports . The audio is not synched with the video. Restarting the device did not help. This app is terrible, they know it, and they just don't give a ****.

@paramountplus This app sux. I can't get thru a single episode without it freezing on an ad and sticking me in a loop of freeze, back out, restart, freeze on a new ad, back out, freeze on a longer ad, rinse and repeat for 30 minutes. And no its not my internet or TVs. Fix this!
