@paramountplus Guys, periodically, your site on my phone asks me to update it. Most of the time, it doesn't work, and buffers endlessly, with no results. I cannot watch my content at all. Yesterday, it said that there were "technical" difficulties. Please fix this glitch soon!

@paramountplus Absolute BS that you need to sign in through the website to cancel when you sign up through your TV. There's no way to cancel the same way you sign up and that's just underhanded. I'll never pay for your service again.

@MikelSevere @paramountplus Roku plays paramount without issue, I think it’s the device sometimes. Amazon players have troubles with several apps in our house. We pay for the best internet (gf works from home) because Netflix buffered so bad on roku.. not a solution but just our feedback

@oldbeerbrewer @StarTrekOnPPlus @paramountplus Try going onto another device pulling up the episode and manually grabbing the progress bar and pull it back to the beginning of the episode. Worked for me when I had the same prob. I used my iPad for the fix. Now can rewatch on Roku. Alternatively, create a new user profile.

Wow @paramountplus you made that as hard as possible! The app on the TV tells you to log in through the website to cancel but that doesn't work either, does it? You buried a link I had to find like Indiana bloody Jones! @CRTCeng This is shady stuff

@paramountplus is there a known issue with FireTV? The app was working two days ago and now nothing will play, you click on an episode and it just makes the click sound, but thats it. Tried uninstalling and no go?

@paramountplus couldn’t watch the first episode of The Good Fight after my aunt had watched it, keeps loading up episode 2 immediately after we tell it to start episode 1 no matter how many times. A simple “start episode over” option would fix this.
