First @paramountplus double charges for subscription. Then they cancel my annual plan with the extra mthly charges. Finally they tell me it’s @Apple’s issue and they can’t/won’t do anything. Which of these billion$ companies will refund the $99 so I can watch some GD #startrek?

@paramountplus it is incredibly frustrating to try and binge-watch shows on your platform when I have to stop and restart every episode at least once because it won’t stop freezing/buffering. I don’t have this problem on any other streaming service - just yours.

@paramountplus why does paramount+ buffer on the app and fire stick? The advertisements (at least 30-90 seconds) don’t buffer at all, but the tv shows buffer every 3-5 seconds. This is literally the worst. After 2 hours on hold and never getting a live person, I hung up.

@OCjef @StarTrekOnPPlus @paramountplus Secret Hideout is responsible for this crap. So far only Prodigy shows promise. Discovery is the worst Trek I’ve ever seen. It’s pure garbage. Picard is better but still below avg. and Lower Decks is joyless unfunny sh!t.

@paramountplus Why won’t the “keep watching” section update? The last five series I’ve watched thru to the final seconds of the final episode keep sitting in the que as if there’s more to watch. I’ve even tried removing those programs from my watch list, and that doesn’t help.
