@ComposerPhil @paramountplus Yeah, they downsized the Canadian library last year. They took away literally everything that I had signed up for, and they did it WHILE WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF AN EPISODE, and it choked with that error. Very disappointing.

@askparamount what is the turn around on an email? My account has been hacked and I cannot access it. I emailed as soon as I was alerted to a change to my account. I have had 0 help or response to emails. The online chat is useless. This is very poor service

@paramountplus has a data breach. If you have an account with them, run to change your password and delete your payment info! hundreds of people with the same issue: got an email saying their account email/password was changed.
