I have the xfinity Flex streaming box connected through HDMI to my TV. For a month everything worked fine but for the last three days the paramount+ app will not play programs. All other Flex apps, ie, Netflix, Hulu, etc. work just fine. @paramountplus @askparamount

@askparamount @paramountplus App won't play programs. I've reset my Flex streaming device and my modem several times. All other Flex apps work fine. No problem streaming on my iPhone with the Paramount+ app. I'm experiencing this problem ONLY on Paramount+ app on Flex.

Also, @paramountplus. The shows you do have on you service, work 25% percent of the time and reboot my firestick minimum twice a day. Y'all should work on those before i consider returning.

@paramountplus limiting fast forward to 3x on PS4 coupled with not starting where it left off means I need to fast forward for 6 minutes and 48 seconds before I can watch the final four challenge for @survivor season 40! Ridiculously terrible interface

@BandB_CBS @CBS @paramountplus Liam will leave. Come up with some lame reason that it’s for work. I agree with a lot of you, he’s not a big crybaby bad guy. It’s the writers, they can’t seem to write a plot that puts Liam in a whole new story line. Move them out of that damn cabin !! A modern new house!

@askparamount On the @paramountplus app for Flex I can play trailers and extras but when I try to play an actual program or movie I simply get a spinning loading wheel, then eventually the function times out and I get the error message, "Something went wrong. Please try again".
