@nothe @mec2973 @paramountplus The best experience with Paramount plus (including back when it was CBS All Access), has always been subscribing to it as a channel under either Amazon Prime or Apple TV, so you get the content, but not the terrible interface.

@Roku @paramountplus My moms Roku keeps freezing up when running the app it just keeps getting this content cannot be available in this area. I’ve tried clearing cache, changing HDMI ports (her tv is older) everything under the sun & still not working, what is a viable solution?

I just want to throw a shoutout to @paramountplus for having the absolute worst streaming service I've ever used, your app is a broken mess and barely works and your customer service is a complete joke. I got a free year from T-Mobile and still feel like i deserve a refund

@askparamount All content remains unplayable from the app, the chatbot doesn’t recognize the error code, and the cast button only loads ~1 in 5 times. You should refund everyone who’s been dealing with this for over a week.
