So I haven't had @paramountplus for a couple of months. Have not been charged. Yet I tried to restart the account and it indicates that I am still signed up? Error message when I tried to cancel. No wonder they have low subscription rates.

@askparamount I've done it, but it still shouldn't take over 3 hours to get a response on your actual help platform. The only time I get a response from Paramount is when I come here or Facebook and leave a scathing comment.

@paramountplus please have tech look at your app. All showtime shows and movies are coming up locked. Yes I have the bundle and yea I tried everything on my end. It works on PC not on the app on any of my devices. Anybody else having same issue?

@paramountplus your champions league streams are such low quality it’s embarrassing. I pay my hard earned money to a nearly $15BB company and you seriously can’t get a stream to not pause/lag/buffer every 5-10 seconds? Our internet is the fiber joint too so it’s 100% on your end
