    @paramountplus Yesterday afternoon, you had a login issue for a while. No one was able to login/connect. It would have been excellent customer service to have tweeted about it to let customers know you were working on it. ("would have been" being the operative words)

    I tried upgrading @paramountplus to a premium plan, but every time I did, I was given an error code saying it didn't go through. A while later, I checked my bank account only to see that paramount plus charged me SIX TIMES for the upgrade. Absolutely no help on the site for this.

    @Raven56529027 @sho_help @askparamount Yeah I don’t think they care. They messaged me but it still hasn’t been addressed or resolved. My bank account is about to stop the payment. I think I’ll just go through the banks fraud department to ensure they’re aware of the issue paramount is refusing to resolve.

    Canceling my @paramountplus subscription even though I love the content because their customer service is the worst. Trying to upgrade my account but every time I try get an error message yet I get charged every time I try. E-mail support suggested I try again. Phone was worse.

    Looking for some service @paramountplus Tried to upgrade and extend service Account timed out but my C C was charged No upgrade or extension Your help desk referred it to tier 2 which requires a 24 hour turn around. That has not happened Not a step forward 4u

    @simonintheCV @paramountplus Yeah, it seems everyone thinks they are innovating and they aren't. P+ is a horrible subscription service. The app is nightmare, constant tech problems. It has Star Trek is the only thing it had going for it. I think it folds in a few years.

    @paramountplus They're all such terrible people now, Riker and Troi let their son die needlessly, Beverly hid Picard's son from him, Janeway refused to help Seven get in to Starfleet, can't wait to find out who else is a monster now.
