@askparamount Everytime I hit watch now on a show, the app crashes and sends me back to the Roku home. I tried uninstalling, restarting, and factory resetting my Roku, and none of it worked, how do I fix this?

@AshUnapologetic @paramountplus Update: I installed a new modem for my broadband since I had some general issues. Everything seems to have been fixed by that. I can also stream @paramountplus on Google TV again. Not sure if it’s related to my other issues or if they coincidentally fixed it on their end, though.

@paramountplus the worst streaming app. Not because it has bad content, the shows are great (despite them not having rights to their best)- but because it’s so laggy and constantly boots you. Netflix, Hulu, Disney.. none of the others give me the issues paramount does.

@paramountplus I heard you still charge people after they cancel. I didn’t believe my friends. But it happened to me. I have email proof and bank statements. & I don’t want to sit on the phone with customer service bc I don’t have the willpower. Help. I want my $12 back.
