@askparamount The streaming app for Roku is horrible. I can watch a show in the same room, using the same WiFi, on my phone without interruption; the Roku app stops to buffer every 5 - 8 sec.

Talk about corporate cheapness. The @ParamountPlus 3 part FBI crossover had #AudioDescription but once the shows went back to airing regularly no AD. So obviously #CBS is aware of AD unless their execs are sadistic this is corporate cheapness at its worst!

@paramountplus extraordinarily awful customer "service" continues. A week into not being able to stream anything and I am still having to call everyday and fight my way thru "have you tried turning it off and back on again?". I'm not feeling very "premium".
