    @askparamount when watching the local cbs channel there is so much buffering that it is unwatchable. I’d hate to cancel because of this issue

    @askparamount I have your service I can not get any of the soccer gams now for over a week. I am using Roku and get error messages. Yesterday I was able to watch one of the games on my Ipad but can nopt ever get that today. I have sent emails but response time is pretty poor

    @RealWorldMTV @paramountplus There was only one side really in this latest episode. And until both sides can speak there will never be any progress. Anger activism without listening doesn't work and makes you look bad. It's a bigger conversation with other nuances and others feelings too.

    @paramountplus I've been a CBS all access subscriber since it started(Trek nerd). I can't view my Paramount account or reset the password with the reset emails. I'm sent right back to the subscription screen. It says I'm signed in but I can't view anything! Help🤔🥴

    @askparamount WORST ******* STREAMING SERVICE. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE APP ON FIRE STICK IS INCONSISTENT. PLAY AN EPISODE, BLACK SCREEN FOR NEXT EPISODE. SKIP AHEAD TWO EPIS, PLAYS. GO BACK TO MISSED EPIS, BLANK SCREEN. CAN I GET MY $100 BACK FOR PAYING AHEAD 1 YR?

    I pay for @paramountplus through @Roku but I can’t access anything. I have done the whole switchover from CBS All Access. I had not problem until a couple of days ago. Guess I’ll try canceling the Roku subscription and trying direct with paramount+.

    @jasonsansbury Paramountplus did the same thing to me. Calls, emails Twitter. After days I got the over bill refunded. The problem is P+ has a no refund policy, they simply extend your subscription. So they over bill. But I nagged so much I think they just wanted me to shut up

    @TheMarkLong @WeWantOGs @paramountplus I mean paramount + really needs to rally and fix their app. I haven’t been able to get anything to play for like a week now. All my other streaming services are working fine so I don’t think it’s my internet. It’s a bummer I’m trying to rewatch all the seasons! 😕

    i just complained to mark about how terrible the @paramountplus app is compared to the 5 other streaming service apps i use. i gave examples and explained that the browser version is even better than the app. he said, “i’m sorry, but this sounds like first world problems.” 😑

    Got a new email from @askparamount about my subscription for @paramountplus not working. They said to fix it they need info I gave them over a week ago! Not inspiring much confidence. 15 days without being able to watch anything.
