@askparamount I'm trying to watch shows on Paramount+ on my @Roku and I'm getting a black screen. I get the warnings and everything, but the actual video of the show won't play. I tried all of the troubleshooting on your site - is there a bigger issue?

@paramountplus I am streaming Paramount+ through a ROKU Ultra. Yesterday I began to notice that I started receiving a Green Screen when trying to watch episodes of the following CBS shows: Ghosts, So Help Me Todd, and Fire Country.

@JessicaBerman1 @NWSL draft day was on my calendar for months. Commitments called during the broadcast segment so I tried to watch the rest on @paramountplus. After trying five times, watching 6 or 7 commercials each time and getting an error screen each time, I gave up. Pathetic

@paramountplus your service won't competently stream any show right now. Ads neither. I'm canceling if the situation does not radically improve in the next few days. It's not acceptable. The very basics are not working. Trek is worthless if I can't see it
