@paramountplus Your app is terrible! Constant buffering and extremely slow response. If you expect people to pay for your service, then we expected it to work properly. Constant buffering, slow response and closing automatically. This is why I will probably cancel!

@paramountplus Since there’s no way to get help through your website, I thought I’d try here. I have an active subscription, yet whenever I try to log in it just defaults back to the sign in screen. I have tried changing my password but still no luck.

@MTVteenwolf @paramountplus This looks awesome. No idea how I’m going to be able to watch the movie as I don’t have Paramount Plus. I hope that it can come onto Netflix or Disneyplus for those who don’t have Paramount Plus. How can I watch it! asking for help please, also I’m from the UK.

@paramountplus I just signed up for annual subscription. My accounted was deducted the amount however when I sign in, it asks me to select a plan again! I’ve tried on web, app, Apple TV!
