    @paramountplus extraordinarily awful customer "service" continues. A week into not being able to stream anything and I am still having to call everyday and fight my way thru "have you tried turning it off and back on again?". I'm not feeling very "premium".

    @paramountplus is there some reason Star Trek Lower Decks isn’t working on your app for PlayStation 4? I literally got the service to watch this show and I’ve been trying for 2 days and it refuses to load and just continually skips to the next episode. All other shows work fine

    @rebeccaleigh423 @paramountplus @askparamount I had a similar problem and my solution was to unsubscribe. So, I deleted the app and, after reinstalling it, I made a new subscription directly from the app, using another email. I believe you're on the free trial, so there won't be any charges.

    It's unbelievable that a streaming service and its customer support could be so bad in 2021. The error message is "Please Complete Your Registration." Now I cannot watch anything at all despite paying $100 to sign up for their annual service. What a joke. @askparamount

    I don't understand how @paramountplus is this bad. They've had a known problem where people's names don't get saved during registration which has been documented online for 9 months! The only way to fix it is to get their support to do it. And that phone number is out of service!

    @survivorcbs @paramountplus They spent so much time 'educating' us at tribal that the twist seemed an afterthought & production is SO focused on Liana, Shan, Deshawn & Danny that it was never actually focused on game play or fact that Xander used his extra vote. Worst season for fans of the GAME Survivor!

    @askparamount I’ve seen others tweet about having similar issues so I’m not alone here. I don’t complain about things of my choosing (like sitting through ads bc I’m not paying for premium service). I complain when I have to sit through ad breaks TWICE bc your app freezes up.

    @bruce_69420 @paramountplus I think their help article is slightly out-dated because they say to go into the Xbox Settings and select "Ease of Access," but it's actually "Accessibility." Hope that helps.

    @askparamount Hi! I don’t mind ads. My issue is that at least one ad break during EVERY episode I watched froze and required that I exit out of the episode and return to it. My progress in the episode wasn’t saved so I had to scan to find my place again.

    @paramountplus Hey guys… I just paid $50 for your yearly subscription and it’s going to take me at least that long just to fast forward through the first half of an episode… Any fix in the works? There’s a cool feature called scene skip, I hear even DVD’s have this option…

    I hate your app or I'd pay for your service. Commercials come on and the screen goes black or striped or some other crap... And the video never comes back. I leave the show to fix my blank screen and I'm at a random point in the show upon my return. It's horrible. @paramountplus

    @askparamount the “manage profiles” feature isn’t available to me when i hover over my name it doesn’t drop down as an option and when i open paramount+ on both the app and web it has never asked “who’s watching?” how do i fix this??
