    @paramountplus Why can’t I get anything to actually play on your app? It’s so slow and keeps telling there’s an error but every other app on my TV works. This isn’t anything new.

    @askparamount 1. Your TV app for Cox device crashes CONSTANTLY. I'm sick of it. For the amount we pay for your app, this is inexcusable. 2. I'm still on hold with your phone support. 3. When I try to submit a request for email support, the button doesn't even work.

    @paramountplus Your loading times are absolutely outrageous. My TV takes like 5-10 minutes to load your app every time, and half the time it just comes up with an error. Whoever told you you'd make a good streaming service lied to you SEVERAL times.

    OK, late to the party but @paramountplus trial done. Verdict? It's awful. No native TV app, horrible phone app with its marquee offering, @aleaguemen buried and needing a search, crap on screen controls. Why do people pay to beta test this garbage?

    All I want to do is watch Lower Decks. But @StarTrekOnPPlus / @paramountplus is SUCH an awful streaming service it's only played the stupid mountain opening for 40 minutes. Stop. Sucking. Pleeeeeeease.

    i don't understand how we pay for #ParamountPlus but have to sit through ads and half the time the app doesn't work and also there's no reachable support. That makes no ******* sense.
