@paramountplus my wife and I have been attempting to try your service. We have waited as long as 2 hours to get with a representative. We continue to get error messages with no code and can not watch any programs on your system. We are disappointed.

If you have ever considered signing up for @paramountplus, may I make the strongest caution that they may take your $ but not provide you service you paid for. & you can shake your feeble lil consumer fist at their “help” channels like @askparamount but you prob won’t hear back

@paramountplus So yeah, definitely cancelling after my free trial is up. The mobile app and the app on Xbox are buggy as ****. Can’t even watch something without infinite buffering and error messages. What a pathetic platform, should sell yourself to Disney already.

@nacholibre1974 @paramountplus Smart TV. No issues with any other streaming platform for the entire day, and then I turn on @paramountplus and it disconnects over and over and over again. It’s done it every time we’ve used it.
