@askparamount Requesting help from customer service, so far I’ve received NO HELP! Having subscription issues even though the subscription was cancelled, my account is locked to my Apple account and won’t allow me to use another subscription!!!!

@paramountplus I can't stream thru Xbox, worked for two weeks, then stopped. Can't reach support by phone to help fix. Uninstalled app, hard boot Xbox, rebooted router, reinstalled app, can't sign in w/o paying again...

Every time I try and watch #StarTrekProdigy on #ParamountPlus it gets to the second commercial break, freezes, and crashes. I’ve restarted the app and had to watch those ads 17 times now. Is anyone else having trouble? Are they just trying to get me to upgrade?

@paramountplus I'm sorry to say that the Paramount+ app is buggy to the point of being unusable. I don't want to have my programs conveniently error out before and after ads, so that I have to watch them over and over again. I can't continue my subscription like this.
