    @paramountplus Your AppleTV app sucks. I was watching the Season 16 Episode 2 of Criminal Minds and with 5 minutes left, it went to an episode of NCIS. I have never even watched NCIS. When I went back to Criminal Minds, I was forced to watch a minute of ads. Fix your stuff.

    @Starfleetdad @paramountplus @StarTrek There have been instances where a single episode of a tv show was omitted by a provider simply due to rights issues. you have to have all the ducks in a row, which is nontrivial.

    @Spotify it’s extremely disturbing to be listening to a kids music playlist or Christmas playlist with my babies and have this awful scary @paramountplus ad play in the middle of it. “Serial killers” are NOT family friendly or child friendly at all.

    @TrekkingDaily @askparamount So I canceled, and then it wouldn’t let me switch plans until I hit “resume subscription.” So I switched plans to annual and then it let me put in the code. The issue I see is that when I switched to annual, the pending charge was automatically for the full amount instead of half

    @Starfleetdad @paramountplus @StarTrek They had previous contractual obligations to other networks for the films. Paramount could have bought them out, but then they would be down revenue and the cost of the buyout. Obviously the numbers didn’t work out.

    @jesshawthorn @paramountplus @SamsungHelpUK Anything Samsung is ****, for god sale don’t buy one of there dishwashers…second engineer call out booked and still not cleaning dishes, 3 days off work and self employed, would have been cheaper to throw the box of crap metal on the skip and buy a decent brand..

    @askparamount @paramountplus Your people FINALLY answered the phone and fixed the situation. The guy's name was Miguel. You also need to tell your IT people to fix the website so it applies the promo for people switching to Annual from Monthly.

    You know @askparamount if your service was more reliable you wouldn’t have 45+ minute hold times to talk to a rep about your overpriced, poor quality service just to be told you’re the only one with the issue when we ALL know good & well that’s a lie (which is called fraud btw).
