@paramountplus What’s error code 3004? I can’t find a list anywhere, the chat bot doesn’t help, and the link it gives me to email for support doesn’t do anything. Any why use error codes in 2021? And why isn’t there a key, or anybody to ask? Why are you showing me a secret, unbreakable code?

.@paramountplus it has been weeks of getting an error message (6300) on my firestick trying to watch any show. I’ve logged out & back in, restarted my router, uninstalled/reinstalled the app all to no avail. I then try to watch on my phone only to get a 5408 error. Please advise.

Irritated at @paramountplus yet again. If it even works at all it will continually buffer literally every minute or so & it will last anywhere from 2 seconds to full lock up of the app. Can’t watch the finale of #CSI Vegas because it won’t stop buffering. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
