@HarnessBlock @paramountplus And it’s not like I haven’t tried reaching customer service on multiple platforms. They just are awful. And from reading about them, it’s sort of the end game. They will soon combine it with showtime and hopefully then fix it.

@paramountplus I'm still having trouble with my app. But I've heard nothing from paramount. Getting my local kwch cbs is sporadic at best. I pay for this service which includes local channel. I've looked in my app and there's no way to contact any one.

@HarnessBlock @paramountplus I’ve used it on iPhone. iPad. Mostly on Samsung TV. All are just awful compared to other apps. You may have a better platform that it was made for. But it should work on all and it doesn’t. And I can dig up lots of threads that document the problems. So it’s not me.

@thehowie @paramountplus How strange! I’ve had that service since it was CBS plus and I’ve never had that issue - with one exception - when I “skip intro” it will sometimes advance the episode 30 seconds too far. Not to be “that guy” but could it be you haven’t updated the app? 1/2
