@paramountplus please help! I have a conundrum. TLDR, I live in a rural town where for the longest time the app wouldn’t stream on the WiFi on any device. Now, I can stream it on iPhone, iPad, PS4, and XBOX, but I still can’t stream specifically from Smart TVs. (1/-)

@paramountplus Okay guys. I don't like the way the screen goes very small when you pause a show. Sometimes you have to pause to read something on the screen. Now that just doesn't work.

@paramountplus why does your app keep crashing? I can't even watch a show. It goes to commercial and says there is an error in the middle of commercials. Then I reboot the app and the vicious cycle starts over again. It's been like this for days

@paramountplus This is worst APP I have ever seen. You need to start firing your Software Engineers and hire some that can program. I am in a GB ISP footprint with 10 other apps that stream on SONY 4k. GET IT FIXED!

@AC3ATTORN3Y I have a related problem-my fave streaming service has captions, but they suck. @paramountplus I’m talking to you. There’s no back to the tiny black letters of the captions & no option to increase size. The actors are also usually in dark colors, so the words fully blend in.

@askparamount hey there, I have a UK subscription, and I downloaded content to the Paramount app to use on holiday. Now in Portugal and the app only states Paramount+ is not available here - it gives me no option to view downloaded content. Please fix.
