Hey @paramountplus - PLEASE PLEASE FIX YOUR SERVERS!! I don’t give a rip about Sunday afternoon football. I DO care about being able to watch @StarTrekOnPPlus without it glitching every 30 seconds. And yes we have done a force quit and restarted the TV. This is a YOU issue

@cptkrusher @nerdy4history @paramountplus it doesn't work on any of my TVs or my PC. my phone is works "okay" but sometimes it will crash or start the whole episode again. I wanted to watch it on my PC while i worked but can't now! 😩

@alina_hagan @paramountplus @inkmaster I’ve been having the same issues streaming NCIS! Contacted them about it many times over various outlets & no response. I stupidly paid for a year up front & already cancelled the renewal. Was gonna switch to their plan that includes showtime but not if this doesn’t get fixed

No way @paramountplus really replied to me like this after I just sent them an email about an issue I’ve run into… they deadass said “ we read every email sent to us, and we won’t respond cuz there’s too many emails sent to us” Then why advice us to contact you this way???
