    @askparamount um, when are you imbeciles going to fix the app on firestick? Literally hasn’t been working for over a month but works just fine on Roku. Paying for an unusable service is asinine. Definitely will be canceling if it’s not fixed this week.

    @paramountplus @XfinitySupport What on earth is wrong with your systems? I have been having nothing but freezing all through every episode of Tulsa King since last night and it’s extremely annoying and frankly exhausting! Error code 04036 just came up - please please please fix this non stop picture and audio freezing .

    Hey @paramountplus.....how does a $12 billion company; one that is buying Warner Brothers, have the WORST streaming app of all? Its the slowest and the buggiest. It doesn't matter what device or platform, that it is on. Only thing I can think of, is you don't care. Do better

    Who else is tired of @AskParamount providing ****** service? We pay for a service that provides no help when you need it. The service glitches, freezes and there is nobody to talk to get resolution. Streaming services are the biggest scam other the fraud in CA/MN!
