@askparamount Asked for help a month ago with a problem - could not stream any content on FireStick TV from paramount. Got no answer other than "we are busy" I bought a new firestick and fixed the problem myself. Could not even tell me what the error code "6040" meant.

@paramountplus @Showtime I subscribe to Paramount Plus through Amazon prime but don't see any Showtime content. What do I need to get access to it? Also is there a way for me to log into the Paramount Plus app separately? Have tried my Amazon login and it doesn't work.

@Hectorisfunny @askparamount @paramountplus I tried on mine and it works. I’m not sure if it’s an app issue or perhaps something else. If P+ doesn’t work, you might try Prime, they should have the Short Treks accessible there too

Could someone explain to me why @paramountplus is so absolutely terrible at keeping track of where I am in a show? I can start watching @netflix in the car, come home to watch it on the TV, then on the computer, and it always knows where I'm at in the show. PP has no idea.

@askparamount I've been trying to change my current subscription to the bundle package to add Showtime but when I try to enter my credit card info, it keeps saying the expiration date is not accepted. Is this a problem with your payment sight. Can you let me now my next step.

@askparamount Yeah, I do this all the time. Check updates. Force close. Restart my device. I've even completely reinstalled the app. Thing is, it will work for awhile then bam suddenly issues again.
