@paramountplus Chromecast doesn't work. Again. (this one has been recurring problem since you took over cbsallaccess) Your customer service # is a nightmare. Choices don't work. Wait time is infinite. Still waiting. 22 minutes. And the recording voice sounds demonic.

I was complaining that @paramountplus didn’t have a PS5 app so I played it on my computer. It works for 15 min, freezes up and I have to restart. I then found P+ app on my TV. It spins its wheels saying I don’t have a connection. 🤬 I just want to watch Star Trek while I work.

@paramountplus I let my subscription lapse today primarily because the Apple TV app is the worst of all the streamers. Second show quality is declining. My family has given feedback that has been ignored. So we will move on for now.

@wu7chamber @paramountplus @HaloTheSeries Co-sign. It's been sucky since they took over CBSAllAccess. Chromecast just stops working randomly and it's a recurring issue that they just don't know how to fix. CBSAllAccess had no problems. Been on hold now for 30 minutes.

@paramountplus I wish I could actually watch something on @paramountplus Each time I try to watch, it gets stuck on 1st ad and sits there until an error pops up that says try again later. I've been trying again later for 5 weeks. Worst streaming service EVER!
