Your app has many flaws, constant error messages, it skips/jumps/buffers & more times than not, I can’t finish a show w/o it shutting down. Can’t even fast forward to the place I left off at. @askparamount Why is your customer service the worst? Been trying to upgrade to premium plus showtime but keep getting error message. 3 days now. Every time I try though I get charged. What was customer supports answer? Keep trying. Fix this now!

@paramountplus your app or platform sucks hard. Doesn’t store previously viewed episodes, doesn’t dynamic buffer the show, just very cludgy. Not going to keep customers this way. Look at Netflix or Amazon Prime and take notice. Great shows too bad you will lose clients.
