@askparamount I bought this for Christmas and keep getting a black screen and then an error message with no code. Happens every time there’s a commercial break. It loads and commercials play and then goes to black screen with error message. Help fix this for good. #ParamountPlus

@paramountplus fix ur app! The fast forward function is way too slow and it glitches out the whole episode back to the menu, and when an episode ends it doesn’t auto play the next one…

Hey @paramountplus it's a bad move taking my Star Trek off of Amazon Prime. Amazon's is a better viewing experience altogether. Your way is unviewable. I know I tried. Horrible quality(like VHS quality), no skip intro, audio is desynced on some episodes. Please leave it be.

.@paramountplus your Xbox app is barely usable, but I keep watching because I love the shows. Today marks the second time in a week I couldn’t watch a show because the playback froze with error code 3205. Fix this please before I lose my patience and quit you.

@paramountplus @kingstown Do you guys even realize that your app does not function at all on Firesticks or Fire TV?…. I know atleast 10 people that have canceled their subscription(me included) bc of this, every time you load a video you just get the 6320 error code after the blue wheel stops spinning

@paramountplus has got to be the most unreliable, buggy streaming platform I have ever used. Constant error messages, multiple main profiles that I can't even delete, freezes, lag, and that's in multiple devices. 😭

@paramountplus I'm sorry to be cranky but my ParamountPlus keeps having a loading issue on my SmartTV (works on my iMac and iPhone). All my other apps are working fine. My provider is @Xfinity I need help. I've restarted. I've unplugged my box. Neither have worked.

@paramountplus holy cow when will you fix your streaming service? This is like a dial up modem speed … it takes 3x as long to watch anything. Programming is great. Fix your technology!!!
