First world problem, I know, but of all the streaming apps we have, @paramountplus rarely works efficiently. Netflix, Hulu and Prime Video are fine, @peacock is a good solid OK, but @paramountplus SUCKS. Is it just me?

@paramountplus The layout of your streaming service is terrible. Can not find recently watched without scrolling forever, can’t skip opening credits, just badly laid out. Should take note of how @netflix do it! £6.99, won’t be a subscriber for long!

@paramountplus can you tell me why my TV app takes one hour before you can see a new episode of Yellowstone. Frustrated and slightly confused, I had to sign off and sign in 4 times just to get the new episode to appear.

@askparamount Walmart+ members supposedly get Paramount+ included with membership. But link from Walmart+ only results in free trial offer. Bot is of no help for this

@CCMooreCO @askparamount It’s an error in their end. Keep pushing on their customer service. Their front-line team didn’t have the knowledge to resolve the issue but once I pushed for a higher tier it got resolved.

@askparamount vizio smart tv ad issues. Every time an ad plays, it freezes and makes me exit the stream/ restart the program. When i go back in, it plays to the second ad and does the same thing, etc etc till the program resumes. Please fix, thanks.

@paramountplus while you have great entertainment, you are supposed to be a premium service. You charge a fee for this service. I would then expect not to have to watch commercials ever ten minutes! I have other services like yours and I don’t have watch commercials. Please fix!
