    @paramountplus every time I watch twilight zone on your service doesn't matter what source webpage, roku or fire tv at some point in every episode the audio doesn't sync with the video. Usually happens final 10 minutes of episodes. Please fix.

    @paramountplus I can never get your app to work consistently on a device like I can with any other streaming service. Your management team in charge of the app needs to be changed. The inability to watch a show all the way through is embarrassing.

    @paramountplus Fix your app! I have Google stream, Roku, and a Fire Stick. It won’t work on any of them. I’ve reset my router multiple times. I filled out a work order on your website. This is ridiculous. #ParamountPlus

    @rhyannmcdaniel @paramountplus I've checked everything my end that the website says and I sent a message to their help section but no reply and still no SEAL Team S5 Ep11. I now understand a bit of what those who haven't had this Season after Ep 4 are feeling. Just frustrating not knowing what is going on.

    @paramountplus Day 2 I can’t connect on any device. Rebooting router does not work. It isn’t my connection. It isn’t my devices. It’s your app. Your customer service chat box is a robot. You have shows we love. We paid for premium. We are ready to cancel bc app rarely works. #ParamountPlus
