@askparamount So, I am continuing to have all sorts of issues. I can’t playback any content in the Paramount+ app on my Amazon Fire. Fails with a CBS All Access error screen 6300 code. Live TV hasn’t worked in months. I’ve identified a workaround, but isn’t great.

@CaptainPeyote @askparamount And I’ve never gotten offline viewing to work consistently even when I pay extra for it. Normally it tells me discovery isn’t available in my region or the download is corrupt. The app needs A LOT of work.

@askparamount @MryMryYyaBuggin Every damn #UCL week there’s been issues. Either streaming the wrong thing, or crashing, or blacking out the feed, and no one cares. This is not the first time. Stop the cap. You saw the last of my $6.99.

Anyone else have issues streaming live tv on @paramountplus? Works in small increments, then seems to play in slo-mo until I restart the app. Def not my device or WiFi, as I can live stream other apps without incident. #ParamountPlus

If you were thinking of getting @paramountplus to watch the @ChampionsLeague , DON’T! It’s a trash app, the livestreams never work and the replays aren’t available hours later either. Garbage service, absolute screw job.

@askparamount There are many issues which are not addressed yet. Do a search on your hashtag, you will see hundreds of complaints. My issues: 1. The app crashes frequently on Android TV as well as iPhone. 2. It is not supported on PS4 yet. 3. The Live Coverage issue we saw today.

@askparamount I appreciate the response! Sorry to be flipping a ****, I actually remembered after sending this that my friend who works for AWS told me that they had an outage in US-East-1 that then started affecting other regions. By the 2nd half the stream was reliable. Sorry to be fanatic!

@askparamount I called today. The first tech support guy I talked to put me on hold and hung up on me. The second was able to fix my problem (one generated by your company,) but wouldn’t connect me to a supervisor so I could ask for a refund for the two weeks the TV app didn’t work. 1/2

@askparamount It’s a live sporting event. This is a consistent problem with incorrect marking of the matches and matches not loading/redirecting into other matches. Do better, it’s been months if not a year at least these issues have happened!
