    @RogersHelps am in Nepean west (Ottawa) and while Rogers wifi is fine, we've no ignite at all. Been waiting for online chat help for a while now. Have rebooted modem too 😔

    @DianneDuguay @Rogers I am having the same issue! I did the troubleshooting that is recommended restarted the modem and did the System Refresh and that did not work.

    @Rogers @Leafsrock99 A whole $1.61 is all I was credited for 5 people on the account who had no service and couldn’t use our bank account all day! Cannot wait to pay off my contract and move all my stuff to a better company!
