    @RogersHelps Been there, done that. It’s easy to solve - reset the router several times a day which is of course unacceptable. Funny thing is that I never had an issue before Rogers took over Shaw.

    @RogersHelps Talk to the AI is the only advice you can give me? How about fixing this?! Have your tech guys target my building and fix it. I’ve done all the level one tech-support stuff, now it’s on you guys. Why do you always put the onus on the customer to figure it out?

    @RogersHelps @StephenColley18 No offence, but I’d rather watch an episode of Corner Gas than stick around for a second OT. If no one can grab first OT, it’s been a **** game, and they should just have the mascots play Rock, Paper, Scissors.

    @RogersHelps Could be but sounds like you are saying that is considered acceptable service for the #1 network in Canada for which we pay very high monthly fees for.

    @RogersHelps System was giving some kind of error of declined identification. She called the customer service of store may be or not sure where but they told her to email some department and then she asked me to come back later without any specifics when
