Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps It’s fine to empower your customers, but it’s extremely poor Customer Service when they cannot reach anyone on the phone without being on hold for an hour. There is no excuse for that. We are paying very high prices for the services you provide in Canada.

Procrumpets03 (@Procrumpets031) reported@VTuberASMRFan @Rogers sign her, so we never have to watch Lennyn Sosa take an AB again
-
Zesty Italian (@twoopmasta) reported@vladdystepdaddy @Sportsnet Thank god I’m not the only one experiencing this, literally been happening FOR MONTHS you’d think the way @Rogers is gouging people for these services they’d fix an issue like game having no sound. Genuinely pathetic excuse of a company.

Martin (@O_Grech_kin) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers Had connection issues for months now. I have contacted you in the past regarding this. I was told to contact your bundle team who never answers. I just did online chat and your agent gave me the run around. I just need a modem upgrade. Can someone help me?

Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@_RanjanSoni @Rogers Everyone has the same issue. I was told by Rogers that they basically want you to do everything yourself online on their website!
-
Sanka Jayasundera (@Zenblime) reported@RogersHelps Its on both. I tried doing on the phone and through online and I am not getting feedback on either. I shouldn't be in a situation where a phone with 100% charge dies before I can connect with rogers. My issue is I got a new watch but its not connecting to the plan.

SueCanada 🐧🐧 (@ONTLLs) reported@dhewlett @Rogers Oh oh... if Hewlett yells for Zelenka, you guys are in big trouble! Good luck @Rogers
-
Emmett McEachern (@EmmettMcEachern) reported@RogersHelps my internet (home wifi) is down again
-
BrianM (@briangm11) reported@RogersHelps Thanks, but the @Rogers tech support dept has been so decimated by profit-enhancing layoffs that the task seems insurmountable. We "upgraded" to Xfinity last Aug., but the modem quit twice this week. Each phone call takes 60+ min, and last night we had to quit.

Chiranjeevi Nagiredd (@chirutweet) reported@RogersHelps This was as part of the call with the customer care. When they reviewed my account they mentioned that it was wrongly done. Hence I reached out to the store multiple times. This was mentioned against the notes too. I can provide my account no and other details if you need.
