@RogersHelps Our services shouldn’t have been impacted in the first place. It’s obvious your infrastructure is crap. No redundancy, no backup power and worse no transparency or visibility on what is going on!!! Quit giving my money to your shareholders and CEO and invest in your network!!

  • London51398735 London (@London51398735) reported

@RogersHelps Bullshit!!! It should no longer be a problem

  • shana30196376 kikicat (@shana30196376) reported

@RogersHelps It’s lengthy and I have been through hours and hours of stress explaining the issue since April. Maybe a manager could call me, if they care.

  • nishpatel Nish Patel (@nishpatel) reported

Poor communication from @RogersHelps to residents of Ottawa is a result of being part of a protected oligopoly. Their merger with Shaw should not be supported @anitavandenbeld

  • TekSavvyCSR TekSavvy Assistance (@TekSavvyCSR) reported

@JFClaudeMSM @RogersHelps We hope the service will be restored soon. There was a lot of damage to the infrastructure. Sorry for the inconvenience. -KF

  • CzarinaRadziwil Czarina (@CzarinaRadziwil) reported

@Rogers Rogers cable, where you cannot get into a store as a customer unless you can prove you are who you say you are even when you have been a lifetime customer. So much for browsing the store or trying to return a modem. Discriminatory and ridiculous.

  • NancyMorris Nancy Morris (@NancyMorris) reported

@RogersHelps Went to local Rogers store re: timeline for service restoration in Ottawa. Two customers were asking about getting Ignite. I wanted to yell "run, do not walk, away from here". Answer to my question? - staff were told 72 hours...maybe...so Saturday. Maybe. #effingjoke

  • Ozzisor Carm (@Ozzisor) reported

@RogersHelps again service interruptions in Thornhill. Two weekends ago we did not have any internet or TV for no explanation for 3 days. This evening again! My neighbour texted me as well. So there is an issue for our area.

  • soconnor55 Shannon Lisa (@soconnor55) reported

@RogersHelps Thanks @rogershelps. Will we be compensated for the time spent without service?

  • tammy_b_m Tammy (@tammy_b_m) reported

@Rogersdonthelp @RogersHelps @Rogers They would have kept me as a customer if their agents were honest and said something other than “we understand how you feel” ummm no you don’t, because you are WORKING with internet. It’s the fact that attempt to pacify adults like children that is beyond frustrating.
