    @Rogers nice to know that you hold grudges against those that make complaints. Was told I am eligible to get a device, then I'm told I'm not and I can only buy the phone outright. All within the same conversation. Bad form, bad form

    @RogersHelps Essentially, if I put in a random port it’ll work. But as soon as I put in the actual ports I need, it says there’s a problem. Wtf

    Here we go again @Rogers After THIRTY ONE YEARS OF BEING LOYAL BILL PAYING (ON TIME AND IN FULL) CUSTOMERS we cancel because it was TOO HIGH. We paid our last bill. I can't help if you guys can't get your act together. Get people who know how to do their job to do their job!!!!

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps @Rogers I called to request a credit for the days I was without power and without service. I was denied this because I did not call to advise of an outage. Seriously 100K+ people in Ottawa without power after a widely publicized storm - and I am denied a credit
