On top of all this happening I just got an email saying my internet bill is going up in price. They didn’t warn me the first 2 times but now?? We got this internet 1.5 years ago and it’s gone up 30$ already. Wtf @rogers

i did service request for my lost device from @Brightstar @Rogers 45 days back. Till now they did not provide me the device even though i paid the replacement charges. Everytime I call their Customer service, evry agent gives wrong info and misguided me.
