Is MyRogers EVER really working, @RogersHelps? Every time I sign in, there's an issue. Today I can't change any of the Flex channels in the package you forced me into. Again, I rant into the void about paying extortionate amounts for decreasing service + reliability. @CRTCeng

@RogersHelps More than 96 hours later after my first contact with Rogers, I still don't have the credit. I was told 48 hours is all it would take. Seriously frustrating poor non-existent service. I W will soon be switching to another provider

@RogersHelps @MohitManocha15 I also am in L7A and was told it was an outage for my area. The communication here is really bad and makes me want to switch.
