What the companies like @Bell @Rogers @TELUS don't understand is that by the time you have to call them, you are ready to cancel the service. They get one or two chances to help you before you will just choose a new service provider who you don't have to phone for a while.

@Rogers whats going on, cell service down again? in Halifax NS this level of incompetence is mind blowing, maybe start hiring competent people rather than filling quotas. I will sent you the bill for my prepaid telus phone card.
