My monthly @RogersHelps outage is still on. Three hours with intermittent connection issues and NOTHING solved. Always the same building/area problem. I schedule a technician visit, they cancel the next day claiming issue is solved. Am THIS CLOSE to cancelling

@cederholm316 @Canucks @Rogers Hard no, only Boeser and Garland and Myers should go. Myers value would be the highest now (I know the NMC), Garland is great value, (too small IMO), Boeser, we cannot afford... plus he's too slow on the back check.

  • Mehdi89850455 Observations (@Mehdi89850455) reported

@Rogers you should feel ashamed for your service! Internet keeps breaking down in the middle of work. Intermittent connection, one week after another! What a rip-off

@RogersHelps after 20 years of loyalty to Rogers for tv, mobile, landline, and internet, Customer Service can’t be bothered to return calls or offer competitive pricing. And so we are off to @Bell. Can’t believe it.

  • julieannedevos Julie De Vos (@julieannedevos) reported

@RogersHelps intermittent internet issues in midtown Toronto. Need to be able to work on a Monday without wifi flickering off and on.
