    @RogersHelps Finally got through to customer service again. Sending a technician out tomorrow evening. Hoping this issue can be resolved

    @Rogers Worst experience with Rogers wireless in years. Outstanding billing issue for close to two months, after 6 calls and over 8 hours spent on calls. Cases closed without resolution. Waited for a Retention Manager for close to 2 hours, got Matt who could not care less.

    Rogers internet outage in the Baseline and Merivale area of Ottawa. Last Rogers outage was 36 days ago as a result of a major storm. There doesn’t seem to be a storm this time. Please fix this ASAP as I cannot work without an internet connection. @Rogers @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps (2/2) but 5 minutes after getting off the phone with them the problem is much worse. Have not been able to watch tv for about 4 hours now today. Really frustrating as we were told this would be better than the Rogers boxes we had. Not impressed.

    @Rogers is there a known outage or maintenance if internet in newmarket? I've had my service drop twice in the last hour. Have not been able to reconnect.

    Hey @RogersHelps is there an internet outage in Miramichi, NB? Modem is offline, rebooted and checked connections, still won’t connect.
