@Rogers @RogersHelps Please confirm that Rogers is crediting for 5 days for cellular & internet services due to the outage. If so, my bill is incorrect and my credit is short by almost half of what’s owed.

@RogersBiz This movie was already written. Demolition man. They introduced technology to make things better yet we have more problems then ever. Cars, fridges and most appliances that don’t last very long anymore.

  • arakafafian Ara Kafafian (@arakafafian) reported

@RogersHelps Yet you were able to invoice me data surcharges right away dated after your July 8th outage on the July invoice? How are you able to charge data overages but not credits in the same month?

  • coraliew Coralie Waschkowski (@coraliew) reported

@RogersHelps It is… but why is it $12/day and no other options? 16 days is like $250 - that is crazy! How about some compensation for my disaster today? And helping @Rogers with another one of their big errors? I am pretty close to changing to Bell at this point! Poor choices & service.
