    @RogersHelps Service is appalling. Been trying for 3 days to cancel Ignite services due to a move away from a Rogers area. Been given the runaround.Dept to Dept. No one knows where to send me. It’s insane.Called ignite directly.Ended up at regular and they “couldn’t “ help.

    Hey @Bell . Funny story! I just hired your offer for internet in my house. Very next day is not working, and you are going to set me a technician on Wednesday (3 days later). It’s faster to call @Rogers and just cancel my cancellation.

    @RogersHelps Tried several times to pay my wireless bill. Keeps failing. Can't use the app, the phone line doesn't give you the option to pay. The website encounters an error and fails to take payment. Wtf is wrong with your payment system?
