@RogersHelps Don't need to. @Rogers was the problem. Our deal ended. You didn't tell us. Money piled up. Still didn't tell us. Then you kill the service making it almost impossible to talk to you to fix it. Brilliant that.

@RogersHelps I don't know if it's just me, but I feel like the internet has been really slow in Vaughan..in my area at least. The TV is fine and so is the connection on the laptop for the most part. But on consoles its showing up 3 mps..not fun for a gamer. A little help?

@RogersHelps Jump through my hoops, Rogers says. Provide several pieces of ID just for basic uptime, Rogers says. Give you an actual answer? Rogers won't say when you'll be back up. Spend all your cellular data and minutes chasing us when we should push you info, Rogers says. NO HELP.

@RogersHelps @Rogers So now I need a new deal. And I'm coming out of this with either the best damn deal @rogers has given me in the almost thirty years I've been a customer or I'm going to be a new customer of Bell's. Because I've been a hell of a lot more loyal to Roger's than they've been to me.

Thanks for nothing @Rogers. Yesterday I was on hold for literally AN HOUR trying to fix a problem you created. Now I have no flicking internet at all. For this crap, you extort several hundreds of $$$ every month. Meantime, I can't work.
