Orange Cone (@CanadianPylon) reported@TELUSsupport @Rogers @Bell Cancel with Telus. Horrific customer support/ understanding. They just cost me 80k on a mortgage renewal. My credit card for autopay had expired, and I missed it. I’ll own that. My account went 30 days over, and when I got that notification I immediately rectified it, paid in full, and put in an updated CC number. They outright refuse to take the late payment off my credit report for the mistake. I am 51 years old. NEVER one late payment ever. This dropped my credit score 86 points, and now on my upcoming mortgage renewal I cannot get the preferred banking rate as a result, and Telus outright refuses to help. I’ve been a loyal Telus customer for a decade paying 350+/month for all their service’s, and hold close to $100k in Telus stock and this is the treatment I am getting for an honest mistake. Use any other provider. I will make it my life’s mission to make sure nobody signs up with Telus going forward. Friends, family members and employees included. I’ve tagged Bell and Rogers on this so they can share it with others to use as marketing to win new customers and show how you don’t treat a long time customer.

@416ash (@416ash) reportedWhat happened to @rogers??? They used to have people you could talk to. Just want to renew my $230/mo+ bundle, and I can't get any help except from a dumb voice agent. They used to have better call response times than Bell, now they may be worse.

sarahpvictoria (@sarahpvictoria) reported@RogersHelps Thanks I will go tomorrow. I’d like know the rationale though for moving to automation-online support but still not being able to email an eSIM QR code. Why are fees going up?

ROCKETMAN (@GenXHockey) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers Rogers is the worst. Swapped to Telus again... much better this time around.

Goug Dilmour (@CanadasLeafs) reported@johnref59 @RogersHelps The government has let Bell and Rogers monopolize the market and these companies treat us like we are a bunch of donkeys.
