    @RogersHelps What a waste of my time. After an hour of DM with somebody at Rogers of which 30 minutes was waiting for a response, I got the same message from earlier and absolutely NO SOLUTION whatsoever except maybe reinstall Outlook and it'll be ready to work WHEN they find the solution.

    @Rogers ridiculous service!! I booked a installation to upgrade my service at 10am to 12pm and the technician NEVER showed up!! Called the customer service and said they cannot help, just told me keep waiting! That’s really not acceptable!!

    @RogersHelps how can I access episodes of a show that are not my recordings? I’m going to On Demand but the episodes listed are only ones I recorded. Want to watch the April 6th episode of General Hospital as it never recorded due to the 5th being a repeat

    @drellatsun @RogersHelps @Rogers After having to deal with their bullshit for my job I can confirm rogers is one of the worst companies in the world and theyre basically tied with bell

    @RogersHelps I spoke with Anna (Nicole in Moncton) who also had the problem on her personal cell phone and she suggested we use the 1-866-408-5465 line. A Kodo/Telus customer was not having the issue.

    Seriously though @RogersHelps why send me to a store to pick a watch and no one has the right info you post on your website $29 per month and $0 on monthly network fee but this guys have no clues what I was talking about but it’s on site 😒😜
