    Every time I have a @RogersHelps outage, the bot Anna tells me there’s no outage and then I connect with a rep who tells me there’s an outage LOL

    @RogersHelps I think everyone needs some assistance - you’ve been getting blasted all over Twitter for 2 weeks about how the latest @Sportsnet app update sucks donkey *****. When’s a new update coming to fix this garbage so many if us are paying you for? I’ll DM you to say thanks when fixed

    @HotWot @RogersHelps @Speedtest 1G down and 30 up sounds like cable modem correct? If so that medium is shared and those speeds are the MAXIMUM you might get

    Please @Sportsnet @Rogers @RogersHelps I’m begging yah…..FIX THE SPORTSNET APP UPDATE ALREADY, pretty please. It’s absolute torture. Non stop buffering and freezing. Raptors game unwatchable, just like the Blue Jays were TWO WEEKS AGO when these issues first surfaced. Help!!

    @soslo_sr @RogersHelps @Speedtest Worst part is I know trees were cut down over there like start of August. Right around the time by internet woes started. So assuming they took the box out when dropping the tree 😞 never even called it in.
