    @JMBcafe @Rogers @Bell_Aliant I had rogers best internet package and my stream kept crashing due to unstable bitrate. They could not find anything wrong with my connection when I called. Switched to Bell's best package and haven't had an issue

    The first couple months with @rogers internet was okay, but the last couple months have been utter garbage. The service has been flaky as ****, & now they’re trying to up our bill almost 500 ******* percent! They better fix this AND the banks NSF charge! I am so fkn PISSED🤬🤬

    @Rogers waited over 40 minutes for a technical support. Couldn't help me. Transferred me. Waited 30 minutes. They transfered me to the wrong department. Transfered me again to the right department. 1 hour 40 minutes counting.....

    @RogersHelps internet at Bayview and Eglinton is intermittent! Up for 10 mins, down for 10 mins...what's going on?

    @Rogers my account is messed up. Still being charged for cable TV, the wrong internet and then another TV charge. Home phone is gone. Although I have a new service agreement dated Oct 12. Been at this for over a year!

    @JMBcafe @Rogers @Bell_Aliant I’m interested in this. Rogers has been upgrading its network all over St. John’s. My old roomate now has Rogers and he was the head of local IT where we worked. (Ironically at one point it was a contact centre FOR Rogers) He couldn’t get over the difference.

    @Rogers wtf. I changed my plan from legacy tv and internet to ignite. I kept my home phone as a legacy. Got a price quote. Accepted. Parents have been a rogers customer for over 30 years...Same phone # for over 40 years. You disconnected my phone home....
