    @RogersHelps I never thought I'd say this but give the homie Jordan from Vancouver a raise. The guy was on the phone with me for over 2 hours troubleshooting my problem and was super helpful every step of the way. Straight up the best customer service I've ever had!! Gj man👍

    @Rogers : Going door to door in a pandemic trying to sell your internet services is a SERIOUSLY bad move; especially when home owners tell you to leave and you continue your sales pitch. Rethink your approach!

    @RogersHelps I can't even say how much I have spent trying to fix my account. Hours on chat / phone. Just now... the person on chat was doing just fine and then I get ... " Agent has ended the chat."
