    @Rogers I was told that I need to be close to the pod. I am and not even practising social distancing with the pod. Hopefully, a new modem that will be dropped off today will fix this.

    @RogersHelps your technical support is still crap. I've been on hold on the phone, wait for a live chat agent and still can't get help with setting up a secondary email. And the error in getting is very common. Seems like you might try to fix this issue. #fail

    @Rogers On chat with on of your representative now. First of all she said I had 5 days to cancel this and she can't do anything now. But how I can cancel something I am not aware of?

    @RogersHelps You guys say to use my credit card but I shouldn't have to use my credit card you guys should be actually fixing your bug problem through your app and tell me if its fixed lol if it doesn't work for debit it won't work for credit. Come on ppl

    @RogersHelps “Upgraded” to Ignite TV and Internet and it’s gone down 4 times in 48 hours. Why am I paying for this?

    @35Ayres @Rogers I had to fight with Rogers as I had everything written down, but they had entered wrong information. My word against theirs. I eventually got what I was promised, but had to fight for it. Too much time & energy spent. I now only use the chat so I have everything in writing.
