@RogersHelps It took me 3 days and long waits on the phone trying to cancel my service. I finally got a confirmation email on Jan 17 and was promised there would not be another auto payment on my credit card. Guess what? U took another payment on my card 2 days ago!!! Please refund my money!

@Rogers I spent 3 hrs waiting to get a technician in for Sunday morning to fix my cable. Then I get a text msg saying my appointment is cancelled as internet is fixed. I have a cable problem! Another 2 hours later on hold, I have to wait until Monday… #noNFLplayoffs

@Rogers would love to know how my wired home internet can be down, due to local area issues. My network is broadcasting fine and with a strong signal. No internet available on wifi. Yet my phone (also on your network) has no issues. Hotspotting a phone > home network? Fix This!
