@RogersHelps Still not enough, credit should be 1 month of free service for all services. The Rogers outage did a lot of damage for one single day. Businesses lost millions of dollars because of the debit machines not working, since they were using Rogers connections.

@RogersHelps @ShelleyP25 Bad enough to not have all our services back after 5 days due to ROGERS MISTAKE. Bad to wait over 2 hours to talk to tech support. Insult to injury when you receive a robo call saying your problem is fixed and ticket closed call back if you have problems still. No paper trail?
