    @RogersHelps Problem is the Rogers team on phone didn't know there was outage even though it apparently was reported hrs earlier. Was suggested I PAY for a tech to come out Sunday AM (in 3 days) even tho I told them 100s have no service it isn't just me. Supervisor refused to listen to logic.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Hello Rogers, Two days ago your installation staff/contractor came to my neighbour’s house and installed a cable from your junction box and ran it over my tree on my front yard! That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. Please fix it immediately!!

    @RogersHelps @CCTS_CPRST How does one connect to this mythical Tech Support. 3 hours yesterday and 1.5 hours today. I was dropped both times by Rogers.
