@RogersHelps I have a communication disorder. Trying to get help on twitter is frustrating as answers take a length of time incompatible with reality. I don't think you gave a single second of thought to what replacing chat based services with an inane chatbot would do to the disabled.

@RogersHelps I have spent 3 and a half years trying to access a disability discount. Incredibly when my phone was stolen I put money down which should have meant 20 months of payments. You changed the way phones were paid for I was told it would then be another 4. I am still paying.

@RogersHelps I lost $600 for the two days your network was down and now you are offering 5 days bill credit. That’s disgrace. I guess, it’s time to switch to another carrier and I hope many people do the same.

Dear @rogershelps, receiving a bill that is $100 higher than last month (for no apparent reason) immediately after last week's outage was, after 29 years together, the last straw. I am breaking up with you.

@stitchlady @AboutRogers @Rogers Nope, the Terms of Service are pretty clear about this. Maybe don't sign contracts if you don't don'tunderstand them.

@BaoDeQiang @Rogers I worked 24 hours straight because of that outage. And somehow it was the least bad thing that happened. And all we could do was wait on Rogers to tell us something... anything while we tried to finagle a workaround with chewing gum and rubber bands.

@RogersHelps Then a different person changed this to it was not something that could be decided locally. How freaking dare your obnoxiously overpriced Big 3 monopoly too big for the law, ethics or customer service, I paid money towards and 8 when 9 was out Still I thought 4 more months.

@RogersHelps I am well aware of what the CRTC says phone providers are required to provide. I got 0 of those. If you have a communication disorder the energy to keep trying even though I did say that due to having to pay for a new phone I would be without a service that was fairly needed
