Hmm, retention is not a priority I suppose. @bell contacted my partner instantly with better offers.

When I moved to Bell, I had to spend 3 hours at the Skydome location waiting to return my modem because Rogers phones were down. They now send me collection letters of $3,000+ for the equipment I returned. I would love to see them go bankrupt.
