@mrmikeMTL @Rogers lol I get it, my plan was actually twofold because I know accidents happen so I got the new one as my emergency fix when my last phone crapped out, with the intention of also getting a used/refurb phone to buy some time on this plan and reduce the chances I destroy the new one

@Rogers your virtual assistant Anna said at 238 pm there was “an ongoing outage in your area” (Church/Carlton downtown Toronto). 3 hours later it’s still down. Any timeline on the fix?

@Rogers @RogersHelps I’ll be honest. Rogers Ignite I’d absolutely the worst and most unreliable service you have ever rolled out. Just a terrible all-around experience.
