@Rogers Going outages with out informing clients is totally not acceptable, all our kids are depending on your service and we are paying to get this service on time , unfortunately changing from Rogers to other net provider becomes a potential choice

@Rogers your service is atrocious and as such you should charge a fraction of what other mobile services charge. In the middle of town and my data is nearly always beyond spotty. Absolutely sick of it.

@Bell Your customer service is a joke. I fell for “we will call you back.” But you will still charge me for services you don’t provide. And ironically I want to watch the game that is playing at the Bell Centre. As soon as @Rogers comes to my neighbourhood we are breaking up.

@Rogers why is 5G no faster/better than LTE? I’m in Vancouver and it doesn’t seem the least bit different. Speeds are the same as LTE and reception in many areas still sucks.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Worst customer service ever! Everyone we spoke to had a different story. Hours wasted for nothing. #lostcustomer

@RogersHelps ya know.. if the internet keeps going down like this on a weekly or monthly basis. Maybe the company should work on fixing it instead of just resetting and ignoring the bigger problem. It's not fixed if it continues to happen.
