    @RogersHelps Went into a Rogers location yesterday- no help could be given so I am filing with CRTC and canceling my contract. Support with Roger's has become abysmal.

    @Rogers Who do I call when my webmail is not working? Every number does not give an option for that and eventually hangs up on me. Beyond frustrated with the lack of service.

    @RogersHelps - No phone, email or internet service since 3:01am this morning in SE Calgary. What a lousy start to a Monday. I’m sure you’ll be pro-rating everyone’s bill the eta for services being restored is 10pm? Right?

    @Lidsville @Rogers 🚨 PSA:March 2026, Telus, Roger’s, and Freedom all had data leaks. As a result, bad actors are calling clients as if from a major provider and HAVE enough client details to make people believe it’s a legit call. Nobody in Canada should be providing anything on a cold call now. 🚨
