@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers are u forgetting that 911 is down? it’s been down for 30 hours as if they’re not doing anything to fix it.. imagine the people who were in serious emergencies and couldn’t contact anyone because of this outage.. they say “majority” of users is back up but they’re not..

At our house we still don’t have internet services and our router provided by Rogers isn’t being recognized. Does anyone else have this problem and know when it will be addressed? @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps You say you will credit all customers..does that include everyone who is NOT with Rogers but still had to suffer and go without? Paying people's groceries back, paying business back their losses...what a shame Rogers. I didn't like you before because of fleecing, this didn't help

Might be time to consider a National Holiday for the yearly event of @rogers going down across #Canada. Unfortunately, would be on a random day each year and with absolutely no notice given. Would truly be a day of NO celebration! #rogersoutage

@RogersHelps @Rogers This is why we can’t have these big telecom companies monopolizing the market. They need to be knocked down a few pegs, and smaller telcos/isp’s in the forefront. One company cripples a nation. Very sad

We require at least 24 hrs notice before any allowed service interruption. @Rogers will be required to pay 1 day’s usage(or more) based on the 30 day billing average. Thank you, that is all.

@itsajadams @Rogers People have a choice of provider and there are others available. Rogers offer cheaper service so I guess in some cases you really do get what you pay for, at least for the first year until the bargain expires and they increase rates once they have you hooked.

@RogersHelps Home internet is back, but I still had to go over on my mobile with Bell order to get anything done. So that’s money I won’t get back. This system sucks.

@greasypanda22 @pollyhfx46 @RogersHelps 1) Frustrating to me is there is no safety net, no backups to these systems if they go down. Imo that is a big problem! If Rogers network goes down or any other of the other networks go down, there needs to be a way they can switch their networks to another for backup.
