    @RogersHelps Do you have any idea how long the wait time is for customer service or technical assistance. Hire more staff and train them fully.

    What is happening with @Rogers right now? Havent been able to get through to the help desk for 10 days and log-in authentication is on a loop. Insane.

    Now. how ******** I have a confirmed email and a shipped email, and the order doesn't exist? @rogers Cool. I call now and finally get someone on the phone. He says the order never happened, let him redo it for me. OK
