    @RogersBiz @SunshineVillage I remember Rogers/Fido harassing me for 2 years over a bill that I am not legally responsible for! No customer service training at Fido! They refused to cancel the account for a broken phone! My ex wife’s phone bill to her address! They harassed me to pay for a broken phone!

    @Rogers Internet and phone down since noon today at M6M postal code area. 50-60 minute wait to talk to customer service just to ask of ETA when issues will be fixed. gotta do better.

    @RogersHelps any ETA for the cell outage issues? The chatbot has been telling me they are working hard to fix a wireless network issue in my area but I've been without a connection since 7pm last night. Can't use data at all and calls/texts come through sporadically hours later.

    @Rogers I have been waiting for more than 19 days for the phone i booked. At the time of booking, I was told that it will receive within 1-2 weeks. And there is no way of tracking the order with "NR-60177" number. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. Poor service.

    Is anyone experiencing consistent issues with @Rogers mobile network? I've talked to multiple people having the same issues, texting and data. It's been going on for over a month. Not to mention home internet is garbage.
