    @RogersHelps NHL Live app is the lowest quality streaming service I've ever seen. YEAR AFTER YEAR problems working with various devices, problems with Chromecast, problems with casting, blackouts of half of all Canadian games in some locations, etc.

    How can I get in touch with a @Rogers executive regarding a ticket not well taken care of? The way #Rogers has handled the problem is NOT what one would expect from a serious company. Talking with first line representatives DO NOT help matters. @RogersHelps

    @JeanneB19096625 @Rogers This has happened to me for months. So annoying. Internet has never been this inconsistent before. I get increased demand and all but we pay @RogersHelps too bux for what I call less than ideal service.

    @RogersHelps NHL Live is broken tonight. All games are blacked out. Really disappointing considering the price of this product... When will this be resolved and what are you doing about it???
