@RogersHelps I think Rogers owes people a credit on their next bills . Many people working from home are relying on cell service to be able to work . In my area I’ve been without a phone since 9:00am and it’s 2:15pm!

Many drivers and couriers could not work last 15 hours in Canada due to the your technical problem. How do you think to compensate it? @RogersHelps if you cannot fix this problem until tomorrow morning, I will transfer my wireless to another company. FYI

@RogersHelps I'm going to say that this a cyber ransom attack and Rogers/Fido is screwed for the next few days. Reasons: countrywide outage, so software based. Normal updates are rolled out in batches, not the whole system at once. Taking longer than 12hrs means they don't know how to fix
