@MoffatZach Between the name on the building, at centre ice, on the scoreboard, in every camera transition on replays, the boards, I was going at least 4 seconds without seeing it before. This change gets that down to zero though. Way to go @Rogers @Canucks

@RogersHelps my ignite box was defective therefore a replacement box was needed... I was unaware and not told that all services on the current box would be deactivated until the new box arrived; which is approximately 3 days. Left without a service which is payed for, for 3 days!

@RogersHelps what would my next step be to get my internet latency issues fixed after a month of talking to a number of tier one techs, a teir two tech, 2 in home techs and still have issues? 90% of why we have the internet in our home is for online gaming that we can't us.

@rogers has the poorest customer service. On hold for 1 hour now because I mentioned I (might) wanna cancel my service. I selected the (sales) button on the phone and someone answered in 2 seconds. #canadian service providers are by far most expensive and poorest in the world.

@RogersBiz I think I have the issue resolved. Still on the line for 3.5 hours just today. Lost the whole day speaking to Rogers. Lots of fun. Would you be able to look into giving me a one month credit for the issue?

Geez Louise @RogersHelps what a disaster. I have spoken with Kyle, Crystal, some guy that put me back into the queue instead of hold, Susan, and now I am calling back as you have messed it up again. 3 weeks & your team can’t get a damn internal phone port completed properly?
