    @Rogers You guys should train your customer support better. Waited on hold just for someone to pick up. Shuffle about a bit and then hang up. Without saying a word

    .@RogersHelps moving and interested in subscribing to your Ignite internet service. What can we do about these limits on the number of connected devices? I want the 150u plan, but 11 devices is limiting. Let's make a deal to increase # of devices and I'm in. Otherwise it's Bell.

    @RogersHelps Rogers sucks. Can’t believe I am@paying a fortune each month for crappy service. There is always something that is not working. They seem to rotate. When internet is fine then HD tv is cutting out or no phone line. I pay for all services not one at a time. What’s Bell number?

    @RogersHelps if the solution were to be found on the website or “Anna” actually solved my problem, I wouldn’t be calling you.

    Hey @RogersHelps I've been trying to buy a new phone + plan from you today. It's been 7 hours chatting with your customer support. SEVEN HOURS. And I still can't buy the phone. I tried online and the website didn't work either. Who is gonna pay me for the wasted time?

  • hms1900 harvey Saunders (@hms1900) reported

    @RogersHelps fix the problem

  • RetroTims TimsRetroSessions (@RetroTims) reported

    @RogersHelps Nah I tried again, Explained what happened to the next person, It sucks but it is known to happen, For all I knew the persons mic might have not been working or their headset, And the person who picked up on the second call didn't even see the first one happened. so... Odd.
