@REWoman @One_Percent1 @Rogers Left #Rogers after their big internet outage last year. I am getting much better and more reliable internet service at Bell. The only regret is I should have done it sooner.

@RogersHelps was on hold for 1.5 hours then tried the chat. Another 45min. I have tried talking to someone for days and nothing. Another reason I'm changing cell service! Enough is enough!

@RogersHelps is it customary to drop a client while changing his TV package?? your support team changed my package and then left me hanging ....
