Good thing Canadian's have lots of choice, low switching costs and pro-consumer mobile contracts otherwise @rogers nation-wide mobile network outage would be really inconvenient. /s #rogersoutage Who really needs 911? Rely on SMS to confirm your vaccine appt? Meh.
