Lasted 7 uninterrupted minutes. Now blank screen. Did @Rogers not pay the full ransom amount? Or, is what they are calling this a fix and return to service.

Anyone else in midtown Toronto just lose most of their Rogers digital cable service? Mine was barely back for 24 hours. No explanation. @Rogers sucks.

Hey @RogersHelps. What percentage of your customers classifies as a “vast majority”. Because everyone I know from Oshawa to London still doesn’t have stable TV service! Channels go in and out and you can’t get through to support via live chat or phone.
