@dddisback9 @SGirardau @Rogers Canada actually has a good record when it comes to providing cell service, problems will always arise things break. Canadians do pay more for service but equipment is purchased in US $ we live in a huge country with large spaces in between major cities.

@RogersHelps 24 hours later, still have not received a call back from Rogers. Was told by several agents they escalated my issue and I'd hear back within 24 hours..

  • RKF Ryan Freeman (@RKF) reported

@RogersHelps we came back from vacation to a full inbox ... and another area outage. July 8th sucked, ya, but we deal with this at least once a week. Typical @Rogers support: "Check if your cables are tight". Canadians deserve better than this.

Rogers, what kind of a customer service do you guys have? Where a representative would recommend to terminate the contract and then levy an Early Cancellation Fee on the customer? And a manager would promise to call back but never ends up doing it in 5 dys?@RogersHelps @RogersBiz

  • Jay27841095 Jay (@Jay27841095) reported

@RogersHelps Hi rogers my line is out and I’m getting no service, currently using bell network at a friends home 😒. This is regularly at this point

  • Jasper39a Jordan (@Jasper39a) reported

@Rogers @SamsungCanada I bought S20 FE in Nov 2021. I constantly have reception issues and @Rogers won't replace the device because I didn't buy their "device protection" insurance. It's under warranty. I need my phone fixed. I keep getting transferred many times with no fix.
