Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SK8Wireless SK8 Wireless (@SK8Wireless) reported

@RogersHelps Power never went out here downtown near Bronson, yet internet has been down since midnight. Any estimate on when it will be backup. Will you be waving data overages since I need to hotspot my mobile phone?

  • ScottyyB29 Scotty B (@ScottyyB29) reported

@RogersHelps @bmcncautomation The service is completely down in the West Island part of Montreal. We haven’t had service since yesterday afternoon. No cell service or LTE or even 3G. Nothing

  • Tirnanogh James Wilson (@Tirnanogh) reported

@RogersHelps After the last big network outage, you folks talked a big game about network resilience. Why don’t you have generator backups for all of your cell towers? For many folks that’s their 911 access.

@Rogers just talking to @Rogers. 1st was lucking English, 2nd was very "smart" and 3rd (Canadian) resolved my issue w billing. They (@Rogers) do have a problem w billing. I say Hallelujah w billing Rogers & Shaw. It will be a lot of mess and frustration. Maybe a new provider?

  • LarryBarber613 Larry Barber (@LarryBarber613) reported

@RogersHelps @GkMyf14 It’s been a day and still no fix or even at eta? This is ridiculous

  • aielbti Ajay Bishnoi (@aielbti) reported

@RogersHelps I am changing my query now. When I port this number from Rogers to other service provider I would need a code or account number something. Could you help me getting that plz

  • vipercodegames vipercode (@vipercodegames) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers umm.. so why is it every time there's power outage Rogers internet goes down too while Bell internet keeps going. This happened in May and now. Both wireless and home internet goes down. While other houses with Bell keep going with a simple APC battery?! 😡

  • Dream2NFTs Dream2NFTs (@Dream2NFTs) reported

@RogersHelps how does Rogers keep getting away with copy/paste responses, an outage info page that says nothing and the worst customer service on Canada? There should be a class action lawsuit for their constant incompetence

  • GloriaCormier Gloria Cormier, CPACC (@GloriaCormier) reported

@Rogers - any plans to credit Québec customers for data overage due to Videotron outage caused by Wednesdays ice storm?

  • timecollective JoAnn Zuccala (@timecollective) reported

@Jwlss @uarvish @RogersHelps Typical. They have absolutely no trouble communicating about billing or a data limit overage, but they can’t send an alert about an outage?! What a disgrace.
