@RogersHelps I phoned that # and spoke to two Customer service reps, both said that isn't something they offer nor even knew about. Seems no one is equally trained.. idk why every phone call their is a different answer for the same question. Very confusing 😕

2/2 also, is our information safe with workers in countries that don't recognize human rights, our laws, etc.? Why do I speak to people in U.S., Philippines, etc. when I call about problems with my services like @Rogers phone and internet? The phone wait time can be 1 hour+.

  • Spideewoman SamanthaLamb (@Spideewoman) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

@Rogers I did DM and the response I just got was ‘sorry the contact info you are trying and that we don’t answer is the only way to reach us’. Literally your customer service response is ‘we can’t be reached’.

  • AlexNCollins Alex Collins (@AlexNCollins) reported from Portugal Cove-St. Phillip’s, Newfoundland and Labrador

@RogersHelps hi. We’re in Newfoundland. Our internet came back last night but was out again this morning, and the Anna chat function says there are not outages in our area. How can I ensure someone is aware of (and fixing) our new outage?

  • _KumarAmit Amit Kumar (@_KumarAmit) reported

@Rogers Hi Retention Team. My one year promotions is almost up. I called customer care and they said that they can't offer me any further promotion and I have to pay more going forward. Being a loyal customer, can you please have a look into my offers?
