@RogersHelps Why would I check your link when I can see the big “no service” on my phone for the last like 8 hours.. seriously @RogersHelps And then telling us to “apply” for a credit so this is even more of a pain in the ***. You guys are definitely representing 2020-2021

@RogersHelps this is ridiculous with no updates. Is there even any progress on finding the cause & resolution? As a former Rogers employee who dealt with corp. accts I know your internal teams are getting updates, why not the public? I fully expect some form of compensation.
