@RogersHelps @Kbartlett09 Where is the problem? Glen Carnin now has power, but the modem says no RF signal over the cable. Almost all of the areas around us have power so where ever the signal comes from should have power.

@Rogers @JudyAnjowski Its frustrating being directly to pages that knowingly do not have the information people are looking for and then the cur and paste empathy. Ottawa West is a mess and the outage some what understand able but cant keep telling us to stand by with no details for 3 days.

@RogersHelps ok it’s now 5 days and your system is still not working properly WTF why am I paying such a large amount for no service ,,no imessage ,no Instagram,most calls won’t go through and it’s not my phone cause these all work when I have wifi ,,
