If @Rogers and @ShawInfo ever merge…it’s going to be baaaaaaaad. Outages all day in my neighbourhood and now outage for the next 4 hours for “maintenance”. Such bs.

@RogersHelps Still correcting things from the outage? Ignite still freezing frequently, modem has dropped connection a couple of times since the outage.

@Rogers @RtvLondon @RogersHelps Still no service and Rogers are still unable to switch a modem on a simple residential service. I feel sorry for those that rely on Rogers for business. Embarrassing to say the least

@RogersHelps I'm not a riggers customer but i am an interac user, and i needed to make 3 different etransfers. What is Rogers gonna compensate me??? I rely on Telus, i have never had this experience with them, but they also don't make guarantees that they have the "most reliable service"

My @FidoSolutions home #internet seems to have stopped working again just now! Not to mention, I got a message a few minutes ago from 89000 saying there was an internet problem in my area (thought it was spam). Is there something we should know about?! @Rogers @RogersHelps
