    @Rogers Some clarity and transparency as to why it's been 18 hours without any service for millions of customers. There must be some major infrastructure issue or cyber attack and or hacked. At this point I've lost all trust in Rogers. I'll be leaving after some sort compensation

    I’m still trying to figure out how ******** @Rogers phone line is still down from last night 11pm and it’s now 6pm like nuh everyone’s bill should be free a couple hours we get **** happen but almost 24 hours n my phone saying Noo ******* service 😡😡😡

    @Rogers @AroraDanny This is not an INCONVENIENCE it is a major outage of a vital service. Roger's, get your act together. You will be losing a lot of customers as a result of this very serious and lengthy outage.

    @RogersHelps So are you actually going to reveal the cause of this issue to regular customers? I know why this happened now and the processes/decisions that led to it as well. It's a common IT approach that many big businesses wanting to reduce costs are using now but the risks are too high.
