@RogersHelps you say you have restored services, yet some text messages aren't working, verification codes aren't working at all. Wtf is going on here, this is ridiculous. Costing lots of people money and opportunities.

@RogersHelps Have intermittent internet. When I go on-line to check if there is an outage in my area after I log in, the system tell me there are no reported issues. Then I wait for 2 hours to speak to agent by chat and then at the 2 hour mark it hangs up.

@LovesGreatMusic @footy_prime @Rogers TekSavvy....get their internet and then they have their own internet TV...no cable...TV is about $60 a month and internet is the same. And you choose what channels you want. Basic TV is $20, sports Pack (5 TSN/5Sportsnet plus others) $20 and a pick 10 pack is $20. Never an issue

@Rogers how are you going to reimburse non-clients that were impacted and inconvienced due to your lack of service? As a non-rogers client I am enquiring. You can't reimburse us via contracts so what's your plan. Non-recognizition of this impact will not go unnoticed

@vote4robgill @daphatves @Rogers What do you want? It was down for 2 days, you don't have to pay for those days. Your home internet/ phone has no guaranteed up time. Same with the small biz lines. If you want a guaranteed service up time you can get it but there is a lot more to it than 50$ a month will get you.

@RogersHelps data is still down, your online “assistant” insists everything is working normally. Get your act together and stop lying to everyone that it’s fixed, it isn’t.

@RogersHelps Too many outages. This is my notice. I bud sling and moving cell to another carrier. Should never have put all my eggs in the same unreliable basket.

@RogersHelps Too many outages for too long. Don’t see other networks having these problems. Too much money going to the board and not in service. Prices are outrageous. $420 for 2 cells and internet when I paid less for home phone, cell, cable and internet just 10 years ago.
