I was so happy using the NHL app after the horrible Rogers’ service and now we’re back with your crap. I will not purchase SN Now until you provide a better experience.

    @RogersHelps My service issues are regarding the @sportsnet premium app/sub. Can you help with this, because the 4 people I spoke to last week couldn't help. Apparently there is no department for customer service, for snnow premium.

    @RogersHelps It seems to keep playing. Thanks for your help. But that should be looked at.. disconnecting everytime a game is to be watched from the beginning is not very user friendly..

    @RogersHelps I'm not using an apple product. Try it with Android, connect to a Chromecast. Try to restart the game. Doesn't work. And yes, all is up to date
