@RogersHelps was on hold for 15 min finally got an agent, 20 mins with her trying to figured out why my tv is not working and the call drops, so the agent has my number Why did she not call me back, now on hold again (35 min and counting) not impressed at the moment

@PrimusHelps @RogersHelps my friend was on hold for 3 hours waiting to get the modem working only to find out @rogers didn't get the ticket. Was told will take an 1hr to be contacted and nothing yet & it's been HOURS. Going on a week w/ no internet! Unacceptable service.

@Rogers @RogersBiz stop hiring customer service representatives who don’t know anything about your business. We aren’t supposed to be educating them. Maybe allocate some more money into training rather than filling ur own pockets!
