@RogersHelps Telus here I come. Disgusted as well that my internet package is more expensive than it currently is advertised for. Quick to pass on pricing increases. Never adjusting down for existing customers. I feel the love.

Asking @RogersHelps to compensate me for overage data charges that I had with Virgin due to the giant Rogers outage. Instead, "customer service" said "it's our discretion to use other services", and preferred to shame me for using the data to work that day?!?! (1/2)

@RogersHelps Just wondering which bill this will be on? I received my bill for this period and there are no credits to be found. Also will you be covering the roaming fee we were charged the day of the outage? We were charged roaming and my husband had no service while travelling.
