@Rogers all I’m trying to do is add service at a different address. I’m now on hold with my 4th person today because the previous 3 have screwed it up. I can no longer wait on hold any longer and the modem is being delivered to an address with no one there

@Rogers Rogers sucks as I have been a customer for 20 + years. Trying to update my phone and data. But NO Rogers wants to sell me this huge data package that most people couldn't use if they tried? NO one to speak with Rogers thinks they are to good to actually phone
