    @RogersHelps That's all be done twice! I've had tech support here twice and it was escalated because its a recurring problem. I just wish Rogers could fix this problem.

    @RogersHelps Your response pretty much sums up how Rogers wants to deal with customer complaints. I will pay my outstanding and port my number out. It’s extremely sad to see such customer service even for sub standard service and connectivity.

    I don't like nor trust Keith Pelley. He's a corporate yes man, MLSE and ownership is more worried about the bottom line than winning a Cup. When the company I worked for 18+ years was bought out by @Rogers it was never the same afterwards, happy I got bought out. #leafs

    @Canucks @Rogers If you guys hire Dorion I'm done with this team forever. I've supported this team all my life, even during the bad times like 2011 and 2016, but I still supported the team. If you hire Dorion I'm done. I wont buy tickets, I won't buy merch, I will stop being a fan period

    @RogersHelps I was all night. It was still on SOS this morning but after a restart it finally connected. I have data and calling functions restored. Not sure why it wouldn’t connect last night even thought repeatedly going through the suggested trouble shooting from the AI chatbot.
