@RogersHelps ignite promise is a sham .. one week old tv and internet installation constantly losing service .. tech refused to arrange service call without charge or refer to supervisor .. refused to give name or employer number and hung up the phone .. great customer service!!

Why in the hell is @Rogers still being a nuisance in terms of internet issues in my area been 3 days up and down lately like can I catch a break this week. And no I don’t want the half assed we can help etc etc. We know better.
