Barrie Carrie (@BarrieCarrie4) reported@RogersHelps Flaw was caused by POOR testing. I have worked in IT for 35 years. Rogers probably applied a Microsoft "patch" which wasn't compatible with another vendor's software. Rogers is totally culpable, as it should have been tested first.

Scott A. Johnston (@ScottAJohnston) reported@RogersHelps Saturday night one day after at 10:07pm and Ignite TV is dead, internet is still very spotty with some webites timing out, apps timing out, online banking still timing out. It is awful. Definitely not fully restored.
