@Fidomobile (@Rogers), this #birthday guy needs you to restore service ASAP. All I want to do today is stuff sooooo much #pizza down my throat and I need the delivery person to be able to let me know when they’re here... #NearEmergency

  • Det9651 Det🇨🇦 (@Det9651) reported

@RogersHelps I'm going to assume with this outage that there will be some sort of compensation for your customers who are paying for a service they presently can't use, correct?

  • awarham Abolish Police (@awarham) reported

It's astounding to me that @Rogers can **** communications for a 3rd of the country and don't have to offer the public any more explanation than, "we are investigating." This is pathetic.

  • Maiingan1305 Dee Ault (@Maiingan1305) reported

@Rogers a little update on the outage would be helpful. Some people NEED their phones!!!

  • DustinMorris13 ░▒▓█ 𝓭𝓜 █▓▒░ (@DustinMorris13) reported

@RogersHelps Why is it taking so long? These outages are getting longer and more frequent. Remember to compensate every single customer.

  • ashleystarrg Ashley Starr (@ashleystarrg) reported

@Rogers Am I going to be compensated for the service I pay for and is not working? You should credit everyone who uses Rogers. And possibly more, I have to miss two hours of work as well!

  • JenKuhnert Jen Kuhnert (@JenKuhnert) reported

@GlobalCalgary @Rogers @Jill_Croteau I’m at work and can’t check on my daughter who had surgery at home cause my phone and hers are not working

  • Jasper13271 Laura (@Jasper13271) reported

@RamKaY_ @RogersHelps Seriously? It's a network OUTAGE! For wireless ie: cell phones. That's not gonna fix it. Nice try tho

  • lbateman76 Lewis Bateman (@lbateman76) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps when are you going to get your act together! The level of costs you burden with vs the level of service don’t equate! It’s time to ask why we don’t have real competition and being protected by the CRTC...
