@RogersHelps @247365awesome I reported this issues weeks ago. I was told Rogers was going to work on this through technical support. Last week they claimed my issue was resolved, and that they monitored the towers and now that students are back to school traffic has been reduced. They did nothing to fix it

I called @Rogers last Tuesday and got a deal on a two year contract. Then the phone never showed up. I called again and was told the deal didn’t go through. Called again today and I was given a whole different deal. When I asked for a manager, the agent just hung up on me. Nice..

Hey @Rogers can you explain why I can sit 10' above a WiFi extender that you provided us to address connectivity problems and still have major issues connecting to said WiFi? Does your wifi only work within 9' of a router?
