@lawsylvie @christinamakar @Rogers I had same issue,went to Rogers app into my account-in tv section there is -refresh your ignite box. Clicked it -after few minutes cable is working!

@Rogers We tried. Nothing. Spent 50+ minutes on hold but finally got through to tech support. They rebooted and synched our router. It is now working. But our extenders aren't picking up the signal.

@RogersHelps Well.... my TV box turns on by itself ALL the time - at random times. It's only turned the TV on with it at the same time once that I know of. I've learned to turn the volume down to 1 before going to bed, because it's attached to my speakers. How can I make it stop?
