@Rogers cont: I can’t even get to the manager I was on hold for 2 hours last night & even I confirmed with your CSR 5 times every time I get different answer. I am strongly considering to switch to another service provider. I always have been satisfied with the internet

@TerryCoombs @Rogers Likewise. Call got dropped after 3hrs with a message stating we’ve exceeded to maximum time for a call. Another 2h15 and the guy said call back tomorrow. Solid service. 5h15 on hold for absolutely no use.

After spending 14 combined hours on the phone with Rogers to get Ignite, the guy who came to install it got a message that the order was canceled...14 HOURS!!! We switched to Execulink and now I've been on the phone AGAIN on hold trying to cancel Rogers 😞 😒 @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the issue resolved, so I'll be switching providers. I was overcharged by $70 in December and January, and spent three hours on the phone trying to sort it out before I finally gave up. Truly terrible service.
