Hey @RogersHelps why is it that my internet constantly goes down during the day!? People work from home a lot these days this isn’t okay “a known service interruption” so why did I have to seek out that info, this is something you should be communicating when it’s identified!

@RogersHelps @dalybeauty Or, you can do the right thing from a customer service standpoint and let Jane and her daughter keep the device.

@RogersHelps You aren't addressing my concern. I activated online a promo code for Crave earlier today, setting up an account name and password via Bell Media. Then I went to Ignite TV, thinking I could sign in to Crave. I pressed a button that I believe has added Crave to my Rogers plan.

@TennisCanada @Rogers Maybe use some of that money to hire customer service staff. 30 minutes to an hour if you're lucky average hold times means you have nothing but contempt for your customers.

@bell and @RogersBiz we need to demand that our cell phones work on the subway! Especially with what has been going on lately, having access to emergency services may deter bad behaviour.
