@Rogers Your client services have gotten from worse to terrible. Been trying to reach customer service for past one month, logged into chat and no one responds for over an hour, same with helpline.

@daverooneyca @Rogers I'm trying a chat thing. The people are friendly once I got past the auto attendant, but I'm being bounced around, so far Toronto and Moncton. Wonder how much of my day is going to be blown on this problem caused by a company I'd rather not deal with. :(

@Rogers Customer service 101. When a tech isn’t going to make a promised window the customer should be called in the window to advise customer they may be late and if it is ok or a reschedule.

@RogersHelps Can you tell your call centres that if they're going to call a customer to make sure they're actually on the line when the customer answers the phone?

@REWoman @Rogers Funny, Rogers was good in my basement, Bell less so. After trouble shooting, it was my phone. We tested using various neighbour’s phones in my basement. Same two service providers. certain combos of phone and service provider did not work in my basement. No signal. Weird, eh?

@RogersBiz 5 minutes to update my corporate listing and email signature was much easier than spending hours on my personal phone with Rogers trying to fix my work SIM .... at least it's good practice for next time Rogers cancels my SIM without warning 😐
