After many years with @rogers, today I took my mobile business elsewhere, and took another line with me. Between the unreliability, the bad communication and the family’s behaviour, I needed a break. #telco #mobile

@DougMadory @kentikinc @Rogers Long time Fido customer in Kitchener/Waterloo (from before they were bought by Rogers) I can confirm no bars of service last Friday. IN fact there was a message "No service" on my iPhone SE in place of the bars

When companies like @Rogers make "mistakes" charge you more, add services, etc and state they can't change it they can only discount you each month, etc this can lead to jacked up service costs when the "discounts" end. This is unfair and corrupt in my opinion.

  • jeremylatham Jeremy Latham (@jeremylatham) reported

Ever since the @rogers outage last weekend, my wireless data has been crippled. When it works it’s like pre-3G speeds. This isn’t good enough.

  • DenisGGauthier Denis Gauthier (@DenisGGauthier) reported

@RogersHelps Internet in toronto down again? @TekSavvyCSR says Rogers infrastructure is down. Rogers is saying nothing.

  • sallycthomas1 @sallycthomas (@sallycthomas1) reported from Ottawa, Ontario
