@Rogers your customer service is getting worse. This issue was escalated. Since then 3 people have “taken over” and I’ve had to repeat things each time. Disgusting. Who is the highest person I can speak to?

@RogersHelps @Rogers well happy Canada day to me. Sorry that being a customer for over 10 years means nothing. Not only do you not offer a good discount, you also decides to block me from accessing certain websites. Time to look for a new provider.
