    Switching to @rogers ignite has been nothing but a headache! Constant interruptions with signal going down, service reps offering ridiculous reasons as to why it’s down. “Powerful wifi”? Terrible service, not satisfied at all! 😡

    @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to get through to your phone lines for an hour because of a mistake you haven’t rectified on my bill. The automated line keeps hanging up on me due to technical difficulties. Wtf is wrong with you guys?

    Absolutely brutal customer service @Rogers. More than five hours on the phone/chat with customer service. Installers then came to the house without correct equipment. Issue still not resolved. Absolutely insane. #rogers #CustomerService

    @RogersBiz No problem. I did send a DM. All good. Pls let me know, I couldn’t watch the Grammies on Sunday as the channel wouldn’t load and nothing has been working properly since last week. A tech was out last Friday and nothing is better.
