  So, one hour ago I messaged @RogersHelps - 2 hours ago and still waiting on that silly "Live Agent", and waiting on the phone for 1 1/2 hours. The Worst CSR Award goes out to #Rogers, slightly ahead of #Bell. This is shameful. Are you really that short-staffed?

  @MrAlexBethke @Rogers I have now spent over 6 hours dealing with the same problem. Seems they just want to pass it to someone else and the next person is more incompetent than the previous on
