@Rogers Rogers has by far the most incompetent customer service. Since Oct.23 when I upgraded to iPhone 12 pro, they're still showing activation fees in DEC billing which were waived on Oct.23. This has impacted my credit score, yet Rogers takes no responsibility! 👎

My parents were coerced into “upgrading” their @rogers internet and it’s been nothing but issues for them ever since. Customer care said they’d have an answer in 5 business days, this was two months ago...

@Rogers Just spent 2 hours on your live chat trying to switch my cable to ignite. Accomplished nothing as I got lost in a switch. Your customer service is atrocious the second Bell fibe becomes available in my area im gone. After 17 years of loyalty I expect a lot more!!
