    @rovers_jay @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers also customer service isn't technical support. unless they merged you all into care agents now. I heard they were trying that in 2023, maybe they did it

    @RogersHelps 2+ hours on hold and the call is dropped. Called today several times and they don't even connect you due to high volume of calls. Arrangements were made but not honored. Absolute Garbage Service!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the most unprofessional ways to get in contact with customer service. I need to talk to customer service to discuss a few things about my account. And they decided to hang up on me, because they said, there's high volume calls at this time.

    @Bell has some of the most disgusting customer service in the business. They do nothing to actually work with you, even long term customers are treated like absolute dog ****. Maybe it's time to look into @Rogers.

    @georganneb @Rogers As much as I hate to admit it, Bell is far superior. It may be slightly more expensive, but their service is rock solid. YMMV.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers breaching your own contract and pinning it on customer to pay early termination fee, is just horrendous.
