Well @Rogers is officially the WORST customer service in the country! Just spent an hour and a half on hold only to be LIED TO by 4 DIFFERENT AGENTS about what department they are in! When I asked the 4th 1 to NOTE THAT IN THE ACCOUNT before transferring me YET AGAIN, he HUNG UP!

It’s known that @Rogers bricks your modem to force a tech call / upgrade right? It happens every 2-3 years without fail. Now I'm stuck without a connection until they arrive.

Been on the phone how long wit @Rogers they call themselves Canada’s number one for everything and they service always breaking down internet everything don’t b working properly and they charging big money ridiculous

@RogersHelps Understand the return process. This solidifies the fact we made the correct choice in switching providers. If after 15+ years, you can't find any leniency or help settle for a lesser amount on the device, I will never recommend your company to anyone.
