  • Diaz_OER Ed Diaz (@Diaz_OER) reported

@Rogers I see things about the wireless network, but my home internet is acting funny...certain websites arent working but work if I use my (non-Rogers) data plan. Remind me why I pay you so much money? #rogersoutage

  • cjhudson cjhudson (@cjhudson) reported

@luckysean ...And yet @Rogers somehow haven't invested enough in their infrastructure to keep their network from going down for all of western Canada in the #rogersoutage today, apparently. *Just* the people I want buying out my carrier... So Reliable!

  • mike7534 mike7534 (@mike7534) reported

@RogersHelps Got offered a $2.83 bill credit for the outage today (monthly bill/30). That was actually insulting. That should be offered by default to every account for services not rendered, the inconvenience/income loss is a separate issue that requires more compensation. 1/2

  • NotJaafar9000 Khalladi (@NotJaafar9000) reported

@Rogers any estimate on how long until SMS service is restored in Ottawa, this is causing a financial impact on your clients...

  • dj_4all DJ4ALL (@dj_4all) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I don't think your company realizes the extent of the damage you inflicted on your customers who rely on a reliable wireless network to conduct business, earn income and login to sites that require multifactor authentication

  • blownregal Joel Weibel (@blownregal) reported

@RogersHelps I still have no service. All day. I use this phone for work and I was totally screwed today.

  • DJennings2012 Dj (@DJennings2012) reported

@rogershelps Hey Rogers, you know that ppl who are trying to bank/cra etc using two factor authentication that sends a text to your phone, haven't been able to login to do their banking, taxes etc, ALL DAY. Even now CRA, National bank can't get the verification code sent! 940pm

  • Perc89 Leo (@Perc89) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Why lie, just say from the start, our software update failed and causing problems, will take 12 hours to fix. Once complete we will make it up. Not.. "intermittent problems fixed soon"

  • campinny Vinny Campinny (@campinny) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers Text with rogers and fido customer working but not with other company
