The wait was worth it! Internet is back up - they needed to reboot the modem on their end. Yvette from @RogersHelps was super nice and quick to get the issue resolved

I'm done with @Fidomobile and @Rogers after being loyal 15 years. For the 3rd time it goes down. I'm sorry but I'm done. Good thing I never signed up again for a new phone. Sayonara. I'm going to a new network.

Hey @Rogers is down again. That was a fun like 12 hours with basic service. Whatever @RogersHelps is tweeting out is a lie. Tons of people with no service again.

@FidoSolutions @RogersHelps hello! After your services were back up and running, I started experiencing a new issue. I'm NOT getting any incoming calls. There are many people who have the same issue. Some of my friends with Fido/Rogers have same issue. Pls fix.
