    @RogersHelps I don’t think you’re understanding me. The question is why would a file as small as a text-only imessage be slow when a video ad is not ... when using the limited portion of the unlimited data plan.

    @RogersHelps First experience..? My dad has been with @Rogers for 30 years and we've had awful service with internet. Ignite was praised as this life changing cable/internet service and right now after calling support twice, installing 2 wifi boosters and performing a system refresh, our TV

    @RogersHelps @Rogers @Rogers should be paying the bills on our next cable service provider. Customer support goes around in circles and gives me the same old run around of rebooting the modem, performing a refresh or system restart or unplugging and plugging it back in or checking for a glowing light

    @HoglineSally @leftbutton @RogersHelps In July, we had at least 15 outages that I called in for, several hours each. Both of us work from home, me doing software support. Beginning of August, we had switched to fibre from another provider.

    As an update, I was directed to DM @RogersHelps. After an intermittent 2 hour chat I was told that they could not help me online, and that I need to call again. Thanks again @Rogers
