    @RogersHelps Got excited the internet was back up briefly then went back down again. I'm appalled at the amount of connectivity issues we have considering we are in the heart of the GTA. How is this justifiable?

    Let’s start to keep track on how @The_Vianet poor customer service is on an hourly basis. @rogers and @bell - would you leave a customer without internet for over 48 hrs and refuse to send a service rep out on the weekend?

    @RogersHelps Essentially, if I put in a random port it’ll work. But as soon as I put in the actual ports I need, it says there’s a problem. Wtf
