    @Rogers Had an appointment with technician from 10-12. No one has showed up yet. I work from home and the internet has been down completely since Friday. This is unacceptable.

    @Rogers Ive been waiting in there for 40mins, I need someone too help me out. @CRTCeng @fordnation shouldn't there be some credit for all the payments made for mobile data during lockdowns? I'm trying too upgrade my device but I have to have a $0 balance? I am only on odsp..someone help
