@vote4robgill @Rogers That's literally the cost per day you spend on their service. IF Celluar/Internet is mission critical of you or your business you should have redundancy.. If you carrier is Rogers, your Home internet should be Bell/Telus. Outages happen and you should be prepared for it.

  • pessimism101 Chris Hoey (@pessimism101) reported

@RogersHelps I don't understand how it can be so difficult for Ignite TV to be restored without never-ending glitches? And don't give me that "we have now restored services to the vast majority" crap.

@RogersHelps Still getting really chunky internet, keeps cutting out, mainly DNS issues (sound familiar?) Still no home phone 😠(Newmarket Ontario)

  • 905Jatin Jatin.905 (@905Jatin) reported

@RogersHelps @CBCNews Means they can bully Canadians into thinking it's helping, but it really isn't when an employee calls my mother who is sick at 4 am that's a god damn problem. You guys couldn't handle the service traffic yet you monopolize the market with expensive rate plans CRTC should allow

@RogersHelps More than 24 hours after you claim to have restored everything my 1 Gbps internet is constantly "limited connection." It is incredibly frustrating. If this continues another 24 hours, I'll be ending my 12+ years as a Rogers customer.

  • stoicseal Andy S (@stoicseal) reported

.@RogersHelps still seeing heavy packet loss ~2%, slow pings and dropped connections with broadband in ON. Basically impossible to get work done, that's 2 days of work lost. Is there any ETA on when the service quality is restored to acceptable levels?

  • mbarnicke Michael Barnicke (@mbarnicke) reported

When will TV services be back to normal @RogersHelps ? My PVR and live broadcast are awful still.

  • bluejaystwit BlueJaysTwit (@bluejaystwit) reported

@richramos78 @RogersHelps I’m more annoyed that Rogers is gaslighting telling media everything is good now. So all of us with issues feel isolated.

  • careasab Rease (@careasab) reported

Is anyone else still having problems with their @Rogers services? I am! I can’t even listen to Spotify.

  • dweir49 dani (@dweir49) reported

With @Rogers being down nationwide for over 24 hrs yesterday, how was their helpline tweeting??? And perhaps they should rethink how they do things when 1 outage takes out the entire country's cellular, cable, internet, atms, interact, lottery machines & more..(1)
