    @RogersHelps Then in late June...saw several Rogers installs happening in my area. So called back and asked why I was never called. Was told that agent should never have told me I was on a waiting list. Couldn't get an appointment for over a month.

    @rogers can someone tell us when we will get internet back? We inquiry on private and get no response . Been out since outage with NB power last night at 1:44 am. Unplugged and replugged numerous times

    @RogersHelps Yeah, except that plenty of others in my area, most of whom are directly with Rogers, are also having problems. Been having issues on and off since July 8th. I love Oxio's customer service, but it might be time to switch to someone that doesn't use Rogers lines 🤷

    Get $33 in LD charges applied to my account that I never made courtesy of @Rogers. 72 Hours to make a decision on whether or not I'm lying but pay it all they say & we'll credit you the next month. Terrible way to handle long time customers @Rogers @RogersHelps

    Home internet has been cutting in and out every few minutes all day today. Another @rogers fail. Nothing like being stuck with incompetent monopolies for our communications.

    @RogersHelps I hate to sound petty but your rural broadband service needs to know that sometimes a simple apology goes a long way. 3 times in past 6 months they lose my payment, threaten disconnect, I have to prove I paid… then they text confirming payment, no sorry, no ty 👎
