@AboutRogers @Rogers I don't need compensation, I need service. Honestly, my opinion Roger's service at all levels especially customer service has nose dived in recent years. It's horrible. I wish I could share my rogers home security story.

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps No - the reason for the outage was insufficient testing by Rogers before rolling out the software update. Don’t point fingers - it is not the Ericsson network that was affected!
