@RogersHelps Service interruption? Our entire family here in Victoria, BC have had no service, at all, today. Can you please advise as to what the issue is & when we can expect to have the service that I am paying for on our 7 phones? A refund will be anticipated and appreciated. Thank you.

@Rogers @RogersHelps Are you guys kidding me??? Over 14hrs of no service? YOU SHOULD TELL YOUR CLIENTS WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON. Keeping quiet about the problem won't help you. Folks it's time for a mass exodus from Rogers. LEt's all move to the competition

@globalnews Yes and @Rogers in the event I decided not to pay my ridiculous family cell phone bill what would you do? I know harass me! For what we pay this is completely unacceptable- all day no home phone or cell phone. Great service🙄

@RogersHelps @Rogers This is beyond absurd. No service since I woke up here in AB. Glad I have landline from a different company, and I can still call in to meetings. How are you compensating us? This is unacceptable. Can you imagine if there was an emergency? No back up plan!

@Rogers @aredlight1 Can you stop advertising that 'Some' Canadian customers are without phone service. We are ALL experiencing it, for hours now. This has a dramatic impact on people. I'm working at a Covid clinic today and we are having major computer issues that we cant call our service desk about
