  • J9Knott J9 (@J9Knott) reported

@RogersHelps “Upgraded” to Ignite on Sunday, constant service interruptions ever since. Technician replaced outside wiring Monday…still connectivity issues. Customer service this morning was not helpful. Pretty hard to WFH. #Rogersfail Is Bell the route we need to go?

@CLOzborne @RogersHelps Hey @TELUS we are incredibly happy with your service and plan. Maybe you can help my daughter make the switch from #rogers. I’m tired of her calls dropping from her new(ish) phone. 🤓 #momhelp

  • NSegGal Nicole (@NSegGal) reported

@rogers @RogersHelps What kind of company requires customers to phone over and over and transfers them from department to department…. Just to get a service hooked up!! I’m asking for service! Hours on the phone. Hours chatting online. Still no service!!!

  • lee_lisee Lisee Lee (@lee_lisee) reported

@JBPVFM @Rogers @RogersHelps Any update? Been down for 2 hours :( If this is maintenance related, why do this during the work day with so many working from home!

  • andrewf1986 Andrew (@andrewf1986) reported

@RogersHelps I’ve called several times the wait times are insane half an hour plus.Last time I called with this issue your technical department told me they couldn’t do anything on their end.I reboot the machine following the first Incident and it only worked few days later. Im done with this

  • DurrHurrDurr DurrHurrDurr (@DurrHurrDurr) reported

@RogersHelps This is the worst part of corporate Twitter support. Replies to a mention with "we wish we could do it quicker". No DM asking for the ticket. Didn't read the entire thread. You could fix it sooner if you didn't skimp on staff. 2+ days for provisioning is atrocious.
