@jfmezei @mgeist Rogers locking their retail outlets in Toronto and making customers stand outside and beg to come in to get issues resolved is not a "technical issue" though, it's very, very basic customer service. Even that they seem to have to care about. @RogersHelps

@Rogers Clearly remember this IS NOT the first time! In April or May 2021, you guys had the same issue! After a year, this time is worse! Appreciate "oh, we will give all customers two days' credit", lol, dont you feel embarrassing?
