Why on earth did @RogersHelps make my life so difficult when I was attempting to report a payment. Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

@RogersHelps been trying for a while to get through to ROGERS and the automatic phone service, after going through several steps, just tells me it’s too busy and cuts me off. Contact me if you can help.

Is it a coincidence that in the weeks following a very direct and candid call with @RogersHelps that your products intermittently fail to work properly? It started immediately afterward.

@RogersHelps Almost 4 hours on the phone with @Rogers spoke to cancellations and they are willing to send me two pods at n/c but they had to send me back to support. Still on hold 😑 #rogerssucks

@RogersHelps My current home Wi-Fi service is really poor - it's using a wireless SIM card modem. Before I completely cancel my plan, I’d like to try switching to a regular, wired home modem to see if the connection improves. Is it possible to swap my hardware to a traditional modem setup?
