    @RogersHelps hi. I’ve been kicked out of a chat three times while waiting in the queue since last night. Can you please provide an update as to the outage in Ottawa. I use rogers ignite. I work remotely and currently cannot work as a result of the outage.

    there was no problem after several calls I was told it was cause my sisters had Iphones that I need an Iphone which I couldnt afford and it was too late to return a phone @RogersMobileCa told me I need every person I tslked to @RogersHelps gave me a different reason

    @RogersHelps But you haven't done anything, I'm on a call list for when my service comes back on. This should never take 13 hours, update your infrastructure

    @RogersHelps This is the first time in the last 5 hrs I've been able to use my data because nothing loads. New phone 5G and yet crap. I have a very sick son on chemo and need reliable service and this ain't it. Customer of 21 yrs and I'm fed up of this!! Bad enough we have no power

    @RogersHelps Why has 5G sht the bed now too? 10 years with this garbage service that doesn't ever work. I'm switching to Telus today.
