@Rogers 2 straight days and hundreds of channels on my Rogers cable not working. Tech support still has not reached out to me with a resolution. Unacceptable.

@RogersHelps @AFrozenSquirrel So unacceptable... It's been almost 24 hrs and all services are down...thank god I have a cell phone on the bell network.. Please provide an update and estimated time service will be up. I live in Victoria Harbour

@RogersHelps I tried calling 3x in the last 3 weeks for tech support, can't get through. Went to Rogers store today, not able to assist w Ignite. Called # given to me at store; apparently wrong department, transfered to tech. 90 minutes later, now waiting for a technician visit. Wasted time!!
