    Why on earth did @RogersHelps make my life so difficult when I was attempting to report a payment. Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

    @RogersHelps Hey Eric, Last night after 8pm, I was unable to get through to technical support using that phone number. The AI agent wouldn't give me an option to "press 3 for technical support." Quite frustrating.

It very easy to understand. Its also why LIMA temporary works, importing poor to work minimum wage instead of raising salary

    @RogersHelps I have been trying for 3 days to reach customer support. The recording on every occasion indicated that Rogers is very busy and to try calling back again. This is not customer supports. It is impossible to speak to a live agent. Please help!!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the most unprofessional ways to get in contact with customer service. I need to talk to customer service to discuss a few things about my account. And they decided to hang up on me, because they said, there's high volume calls at this time.

    @Rogers has been messing me around for a month. Hours on hold only to have them drop the calls. Payment arrangement made only for them to disregard it. How can I rectify these issues if I can't get through?!
