Between their website not working, their joke of a phone system, and then reporting it via my phone browser but being told I was authorized to do that. I had words.

Being on hold literally for hours is the worst customer service ever. Customers donβt need new packages, deals offers, advertising. Investment in customer support.

Imagine you are at the grocery store or the bank and the cashier line is an hour long. Are you going to come back to that store. Are you going to be angry when itβs your turn.
