@Rogers TV still not working. Got an obscure email about forwarding my issue to another department.

Nobody in a position of power at @Rogers @BellMediaPR or @CBC cares about what happens in the smaller centres. Heck even local fans of the Flames,Oilers, ‘Nucks, Jets and Habs have the Leafs crammed down their throats daily.

@DylanMcD8 hey that’s nothing, our proud @Rogers internet went down for 22 hours last Friday. At least 911 isn’t down!

@RogersHelps What about people who use your prepaid services? Can you add a few days until the next top-up date to credit is for services lost as well? I mean, I did pay for the service I didn’t receive.

@RogersHelps Not good enough! You aren't going to get people's trust back by a 5 day credit. You crippled an entire nation and put people's lives in danger by not being able to call 911 and much more. You need to be held accountable. Many people still don't have proper service still.

@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for 17 yrs and I'll be switching to Bell or Telus once my contract is up. TWO outages in just over a year?! That's not reliable at all, also if 5G is supposed to be the "next great thing", the latency is always over 100ms, that's bad service in modern times

@RogersHelps FYI- My Ignite TV is still spotty after the mass outage. The picture often pauses or the sound goes out. I’ve restarted my Ignite box, but it doesn’t help. I’m a customer in Hamilton, ON.

@RogersHelps Lol. Five days of service doesn't do anything about me being stranded downtown at 5 am not being able to call an Uber or cab and unable to find transportation, taking me 2 hours longer to get home...

@RogersHelps You’ve caused billions in economic damage and you think a five day credit is going to solve everything? What is wrong with you people?
