    @Rogers @nigelbeale Rogers, your radio ads accomplish only one thing - torture us. TV sounds like this, sounds like that..How pathetic is that?? Overpriced service along with horrific ads - enough of that. Im moving my business somewhere else. **** Rogers

    @RogersBiz i am a loyal customer to rogers but i never got proper response from any respresentative for any kind of help i need in emergency i hate this service now. I want to quit please do stay away from rogers. Thank you

    How does @RogersHelps always seem to go down?! I can't even keep track of how many times my phone says "connected without internet". My router works fine, it just never has sufficient internet to connect to!

    @Rogers certainly cared to get me back through loyalty dept offering great deal but once I was back with them, they never bothered. 20+ days +6 ph calls yet no one has solution to fix the issue of me seeing the right offer on my account which was promised while bringing me back!

    I called their customer support line a total of 4x that day, constantly being told to wait for a technician. However when finally speaking to a @Rogers manager, I was told there would be no technician and that they made an error. (I recorded all of the calls) @CP24

    @RogersHelps If @Rogers can’t give me the deal and if it is loyalty dept to look into it, why wouldn’t your customer service person know while she was processing my order? This is clearly waste of time and very poor customer service.

    Man @RogersHelps @Rogers is an absolute joke. I got a free ZTE tablet on a promotion now after several months they email me and say he we noticed we haven't been charging you for this so next month we will ....after it took several calls to fix the error in the first place
