@rapidlytapardew @Rogers Oh really? With all the money Bell & Rogers get, how can they not make something better? Whenever I think of Crave, I remember an awful lecture during my Masters where the institution/professor was bribed into letting a Bell exec shill to us about Crave TV for over an hour...

@Rogers God had me hand the key to Hell to a chinese visitor before the pandemic. God could have destroyed imperialism. God sent a message to the rich. Stop wars, help the poor, clean the planet.

@rogers mass outage. Which means no tv, home phone or internet. Thankfully I have a decent data package & don’t have to work from home, but I know several ppl in my area that do & the fact that the outage started around 11 and they didn’t start on the issue until 3 is appalling.

@ow @Rogers Only of you think the point of eSim was to improve the customer experience. Personally I think it’s a cost saving effort for Apple and the carriers.

@RogersHelps You need to improve the knowledge of your call support staff, they’re heavily unaware of your company’s terms and conditions. I’ve been overcharged 2 months in a row for “unreturned” equipment...Which I BROUGHT outright. Expect to hear from you to figure this out.

@rogers I don't think I've ever had a good experience on your website. Something is always broken.
