    @limitlessleanne @brittlestar @RogersHelps Same story here - we were without service for 13 days. After 12 phone calls, nearly 11 hours talking to technical resources we finally got service.

    @Rogers @JaayPersaud Everyone here is complaining because they are not having problems with the services, the sky high prices, the lack of customer support. To try and get customer service you have to get up at 6am and book the day off work because you will be transferred at least 4 times.

    After storm-July- @Rogers texted -issued me a credit. Awesome. Then got an email saying that I haven't paid... Never got bill - which to me supported the text credit. I call got no help..I wait-wait-wait - for mgr.. then mysteriously disconnected! Been a cust 20+ yrs. No more!
