    @RogersHelps What's with your service in the Fergus Ontario area this week? All my calls have dropped this week than I can't call the numbers back for 3-5 minutes? Never had an issue before.

    @Rogers guess I have dared to take Rogers Internet.. 1st few hours after installation, modem keeps dying, and next support availability is Saturday.. looks like support is busy with sloppy internet service/device

    Spent the past 6 hours trying to get our @Rogers internet working, turns out to be the modem's busted. Support guy said we could go exchange it but the @RogersCarling REFUSED to swap it!!! #TimeToSwitchToBell #workingfromhome #RogersDoesntCare

    @RogersHelps We now have 3 chat transcripts with 3 different prices and still no idea how much anything will be and last rep hung up when we asked how to print the offer so we had a hard copy to review. Why is this such a problem for you?

    Come on @rogers been trying for 2 days to get a written quote. Been given 3 different prices , each person saying they are correct and still don't know how much it would be to switch to you. No wonder you get a bad rap

    @XboxKaneda @Rogers I wouldn't rely on your console/s to report anything close to gigabit. If a hardwired PC isn't, then you might be having issues.
