@CraveHelp This is likely a @RogersHelps problem as I was trying to access TLOU via the Crave channel on Rogers and it was showing last weeks (ep4) vs episode 5.

I am so fed up with @Rogers . Newsflash not everyone watches sports. I never watch sports and it will never be a selling point. Not will trying to force me to lose a ton of channels and gain only a higher bill by over $100.

@Rogers no internet again in Kitchener. Why are we paying for a service that sucks?

@Rogers come on, let's get this service fixed in Manitoba. Intermittent issues with data and connectivity again...you make billions, fix the infrastructure

Dear @Rogers: it should not take me over 90 minutes on chat + phone to cancel a service call.

@RogersHelps We were on hold for 2 hours & then Rogers hung up on us before we could speak to anyone. I guess none of the billions they're making is going to customer service.

@Rogers I've been on hold for over two hours after being transfered to "customer retention". Obviously I'm going to cancel my absurdly expensive home internet plan, but this is hilarious.

Speaking of #byebyeNetflix, we're also looking to say #byebyeRogers. I found out people at work pay less for an entire year of TVIP than what we pay for a month of @Rogers. They also get a lot more channels than we do with more reliable service. Anyone have a service they like?
