@Rogers @BlueJays @Sportsnet so if i may ask… why wasn’t the twenty million dollars put towards making sure 911 lines don’t go down… idk maybe a long time ago?

  • Davo9656 David Lauer (@Davo9656) reported

@RogersHelps it’s not enough that you record my calls and have a permanent record of my voice (as if some imposter is going to phone in to fix my cable). I was shocked that the tech asked me to do a video call in my home. CREEPY and unnecessary

  • SamanthaDaCos18 Sammy Huntsman (@SamanthaDaCos18) reported

@SkapeGote @Rogers Damn you @Rogers!!! Why you gotta be so bad?

  • daviol8r Lio Bartolini (@daviol8r) reported

@Rogers Rogers svc msg: Update on ticket number C181018991. There's been a delay in fixing the Ignite TV problem you told us about, but our technical teams are working on it. We're sorry it's taking so long. We will provide an update as soon as we can.2/3

  • mskatie647 Kate (@mskatie647) reported

@Stigma_Hurts @Rogers Oooh you may have to fight it a little then since they can claim you had a tech visit, regardless if you signed or not. We had an issue of a Bell technician coming out but did no install as the box was dead/gutted. Still tried to charge me for an install fee. Took months to fix

  • TheRealAgentZed Agent Zed (@TheRealAgentZed) reported

@RogersBiz @caliber_comms As long as you surveil your stuff and not mine, there will be no disruption of service.

  • bbuilder32 Mike Maillet (@bbuilder32) reported

@RogersHelps nope you've had every opportunity. I'm done. Your service is terrible

  • jvangurp John van Gurp (@jvangurp) reported

@RogersBiz @caliber_comms Please keep these damn things out of public places… no one wants to live in a surveillance state.

  • RobMurray75 Rob Murray (@RobMurray75) reported

@RogersHelps Yea I’ve been through all you “Quick Fix” solutions and they don’t work. Your whole service has been a nightmare sense you system wide outage. I call you tech department and it’s a different answer each time. Why would it be different this time
