@Rogers having trouble explaining to the off shore customer service reps that I only want to speak with rogers employees who are working within the borders of Canada. I know I'm just a drop in a bucket, but I'm about to take business elsewhere.

@DeepakDeep63276 @RogersHelps Two hours on hold and Rogers still expects you to keep chasing them? Don't keep waiting. Google "CCTS complaint form" and select the first result. Rogers is required to follow up with you. Work smarter, not harder. #Rogers @Rogers

@myrnalambert @RogersHelps @Rogers If you file through the CCTS, Rogers is required to formally participate and respond to the complaint through the process. It usually also escalates it beyond frontline support, so it gets assigned and tracked instead of being bounced around. #Rogers
