@RogersHelps Hi, I need some help installing a new SIM card on a new device. I can't do it myself (keeps giving me an error message). I have tried logging in to chat with an assistant but the website has been giving me a login screen for 10 minutes. I'm at a bit of a loss.

  • Thomas_Howden tom howden 🇨🇦 (@Thomas_Howden) reported

@Anggie_Angus @RogersHelps Rogers has better pricing, their call centres are Canadian, and generally I've had good service from them. Rogers had to fix something on outside of home a few years ago, complete accident, tech damaged a drainpipe. Took 2 pics, sent in with estimate, cheque the next week.

  • BadAshJL Jason (@BadAshJL) reported

@rogershelps service just went down again in the middle of my workday, twice in two days. You have no outage map at all. So much for making changes after the previous debacle. 🤬
