@dogfishent @RogersHelps Bell is the worst for creeping rate hikes. Wasted 1 1/2 hours on a loyalty & retention call. Tactic is to stall with ridiculous hold times only to then dangle a $15 discount for which they need approval & put you on hold again. They never came back & now I am leaving after 20 yrs

@RogersHelps I get that. My frustration has been that I was told someone would contact me and NO ONE has. I can easily give up the new phone. that is not an issue. I gave the CSR what the competition was willing to do and was told I would be reached out to. nothing.

@RogersHelps I spent 4+ hours on phone with multiple agents and customer service. There are no eligibility requirements. I’ve checked on my offers page after clicking the “get offer online”. I can see what offers are there. If this offer was there, I wouldn’t have called or posted here.

@alancross @Rogers It's ******* insane how bad Rogers is with all the money they charge us should be a real person available to speak with 24/7

@Rogers still no resolution. Why would you email an offer $45 after autopay for 5G+ unlimited data popular high speed, and then put $50 on offer page? Yes I’ve been on phone with your customer service for 4+ hours. This is ridiculous.

@RogersHelps I have received an invoice that shows -66.88 on the account and was told I have to speak to a customer service rep to process that back onto my card

What is the next step to resolve an issue @Rogers ? I literally cant even get on hold in your queue . Is the next step filing a complaint with the CRTC ?

@RogersHelps I can watch the games on my TV, that’s not the issue. I’m just wondering why suddenly Blue Jays games are not on the Sportsnet app when they have been for the longest time. Who or what is Sportsnet+?

@ighani4 @Canucks @Rogers The current system prevents tanking from guaranteeing the top pick. A system where the high end talent automatically goes to the last placed team, simply rewards failure after failure. That should never be the case. Failure should never be the goal.
