We were told 8 hours ago service people would look into outages in our area but so far - no improvement. This needs to be fixed promptly or we should be compensated for the lack of access.

We go down, doesn’t hook to his hearing aids, his streamer or his phone and if he loses power , no phone. Criminal

Because of this outage I have to use my cellular data for work and you guys are going to compensate one day credit based on my home internet bill. I am planning to switch to Bell after being with you for 12 yrs.
