    @divergentTea @1StarAtaTyme And the worst thing is that even if they do decide to cancel, they still likely need to pay off the balance or risk having their credit history destroyed. My parents have been vigilant with money their whole lives, and all of that is in danger now because @RogersHelps messed up.

    @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Bell. Other than that outage, Rogers had been a fair provider to us (while recognizing that they are part of an oligarchy). Bell is ridiculously incompetent.

    @SylviaBury @Scott_Gilmore @RogersHelps I use e-sims when i travel abroad. I keep the Roger's phone active in case of an emergency and you can receive unlimited text for free. The data is from the second sim card. With cheap data and free wifi it's pretty useless using roam like home.

    @Rogers couldn’t tell us why there was a nationwide outage and now they’re blaming system failure after a planned maintenance update. 1+1=3 #bullshit

    Hey @RogersHelps, I need to know why you’re preying on senior citizens who have been loyal, paying customers for nearly 40 years, and forcing them to pay nearly $350 in “late fees due to partial payments” that they were never made aware of until this week, esp after the outage.

    @RogersHelps Thank you but sadly too late. I have changed as I have two high risk parents that need my help and I have to be on call at all times.
