    @eckoboy3 @Rogers I wasn't with Rogers until they bought up Shaw. I'm looking around, but Bell and Telus are all the same for home service. Mobile is not with any of them.

    @RogersHelps Then I do now. And I never ever had an issue with speed. And then I switched to your $34.95 package and that speed is iffy and slow quite often. And then I convert to the $14.95 package which is exactly the same SPEED pkg I used 4 9 yrs w/o issue. So what's at the bottom of that?

    @RogersHelps For the record Eric you were super wrong the agent was a great guy but as it turns out my address isn't set up for Rogers all something which could've been communicated in two minutes if you had the decency to just check what my issue was instead of doing nothing @RogersHelps
