I came back home and found my @Rogers router back to factory reset!!!! What a mess @rogers sending a remote reset operation over the network. Now imagine the less tech savvy users they are still out I am sure.

@Rogers internet is still not normal. If this was a maintenance update you could roll it back. Thanks for exposing flaws in our infrastructure to foreign threat actors. The real reason the service was interrupted seems worse PR wise than they're letting on.

Back online. Rogers isn’t telling customers once back online, your settings go back to factory settings so you need a full reset of everything wifi modem everything. We are back high speeds and did it ourselves as they never answered our calls. @RogersHelps #rogersoutage @Rogers

What the hell @Rogers I'm still just randomly getting dropped from your network. What's going on? Would be nice to know you're pretty far from 100% operational before I go making plans for my weekend.

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers I will be getting rid of Rogers for all my family’s cell service, internet, tv etc. I’ve been with them for 20+ years and have had enough of their incompetence and ridiculous prices

Not an @Rogers customer (ditched mobile srvc 14 years ago, crap in BC) but all that went sideways the other day has sure brought forth and rightfully so, the conversation about deregulation and allowing others in. The @CRTCeng is complicit with these companies. #rogersoutage
