    Second month back with @Rogers and I'm already regretting it. Why have I been on hold twice for over 20 mins and can't speak to ANYONE??? So tempted to cancel my contract already.

    How is it possible to represent yourself as a communication company @rogers when you make it as difficult as possible to communicate with you. I'm now an hour and fifteen minutes and no tech yet. Please fire your head of customer service and hire any street vendor or squiggy kid.

    Wow. @RogersHelps says phone lines are closed and internet service is out everywhere across the country, good job sticking to the typical Rogers standard of **** service as always guys! Good thing I have a backup line that is Starlink, maybe I will switch over and cancel services. #rogers #shaw
