@mwb3 @Rogers The Problem in #Canada is that we have a Duopoly. Period. There is NO competition in the telecom industry At all. @Bell is NO better. But since they know we only have 1 other choice & we move back and forth when upset.... They don’t care. They both charge exorbitant fees for BAD

@RogersHelps I spoke to someone @Rogers & did NOT fix the problem. What ever excuse you will give me through DM will be the same NOTHING we got from the obnoxious agent. ‘You have received reports of your area having issues, we HOPE to fix them by 8PM’ hope is NOT a strategy. Duopoly #Canada
