Jimmy Korderas (@jimmykorderas) reportedWas on hold with @Rogers for 2 hours yesterday before getting hung up on an hour and 20 minutes today waiting to speak to a costumer representative. I don't want an AI conversation. I don't want to email anyone. I want to speak to an actual human to help me with my issue.

Sir Ahole🇨🇦🇮🇪🏴🏴 (@aarsenault72) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers Teksavvy has hreat customer service, but almost never need to call em. Maybe once in almost 2 decades. Had Teksavvy for maybe 12 or 14 years, then had to switch back to Bell for fibre ( before Bell was forced to share infrastructure), because Teksavvy was being crushed with slower speeds. I despise Bell. Their customer service is even worse then Rogers. I switched to Rogers cable high-speed because I just couldn't take Bell anymore. Rogers sucked as well. Finally, Teksavvy secured a high speed Fibre network a few years ago and I switched back.

Clint (@clintculture) reported@RogersHelps Your frontline support team already wasted 5 hours 35 minutes of my day. I have tallied all calls and AI chats and there are such long queues that end with being cut off. It is despicable disrespect for your clients’ time and lives. Your CEO made $15.45 Million last yr. HIRE MORE

Brian (@Briancobalt) reported@RogersHelps The tutorial you have online says that I should be able to do it without visiting a store. Old phone won't respond to to one... eSIMs are convenient at first but this is garbage trying to change to a new phone.
-
Richard Miller (@Millergram33) reported@RogersHelps The problem is that you don’t offer support anymore, you are NOT the same company anymore
