Paul Alberstat (@alberstat) reported@Rogers Hey Rogers. Do you consider a customer trying to talk to technical support waiting on hold for more than 45 minutes acceptable especially when it has to do with the poor performance of your network? No one should have to wait for an hour or more to get an issue resolved!
-
Sanwin (@sanwins) reported@JayGenXer @BrendaShawPEng @Rogers They really suck even if online chat support has a 90 minute wait time.
-
Rita (@ritasummerstar) reported@RogersHelps you just disconnect calls now and tell customers to call back later? What ******** kind of customer service is that?
-
FARHANA (@Farhana27610134) reported@Zeuxis00 @Rogers Good job keep at them. You pay for a service they should charge you according!
-
The Boxing Advocate (@boxingadvocate) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers I have an issue that can’t be resolved online or by an AI assistant. I need to talk to a human. I’ve called five times and every time I’m given a message that due to “extremely high call volumes” you are unable to take my call. What am I supposed to do here?
-
Just me - Jamie (@JustMeJamie64) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers That sucks!! In spite of the wait, it was definitely worth my time…and my rate is not cheap!! So Rogers was able to retain this customer.
-
Прінсеса Саша CHECK MARK (@sasa_prinsesa) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers @Rogers has gone to the shits! My wireless home phone needs to be reset every day in order to make calls. Then the other person complains my voice is gargled!!! Dropped calls on cell and when I call for support I’m on hold for 2 hours then I give up!
-
quaffer (@quaffer) reported/2 I am locked out of paying services because no one @rogers will help. Unacceptable service. Terrible support. Useless service.
-
Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reportedHi @Grok did @Rogers Fido let fraudsters access one customer’s account 5 times, even after he added a security PIN and secret questions? And did Canada’s Privacy Commissioner find employees bypassed authentication, exposing his personal info? Why so little attention? @RogersHelps

getthememo (@getthememo85691) reported@JayGenXer @Rogers "Your wait time is longer than average" and yet its never less than average.
