    How does @RogersHelps always seem to go down?! I can't even keep track of how many times my phone says "connected without internet". My router works fine, it just never has sufficient internet to connect to!

    So tired of @Rogers @RogersHelps. We lose signal in the neighborhood at least twice a week. I called asking for a reduction in my bill and of course they transfer me to the Brainless Department.

    @RogersHelps is there an internet issue here in Toronto, east end Vic Park and Gerrard area, been down since earlier this am. How is one to work from home without service?!?! Sigh this is the 2nd time in less than a month!!!!

    I called their customer support line a total of 4x that day, constantly being told to wait for a technician. However when finally speaking to a @Rogers manager, I was told there would be no technician and that they made an error. (I recorded all of the calls) @CP24

    @RogersHelps If @Rogers can’t give me the deal and if it is loyalty dept to look into it, why wouldn’t your customer service person know while she was processing my order? This is clearly waste of time and very poor customer service.
