    @MattWalshBlog Cell coverage was better in 2009. Calls drop all over now even just outside major cities. It’s terrible service in Canada and we pay the highest fees. @Rogers @Bell

    So @RogersHelps From June of 2025 to August of 2026 my cell bill has had two increases each one $5.00. A so called plan rate adjustment to better improve your service. Not acceptable . Four years of no increases and wham 2 quick ones. Time to move.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the most unprofessional ways to get in contact with customer service. I need to talk to customer service to discuss a few things about my account. And they decided to hang up on me, because they said, there's high volume calls at this time.

    @georganneb @Rogers Oh, but when you’re no longer a customer they will call you endlessly with offers, sometimes I’ll get three calls in a hour. @rogers ignores CASL laws and refuses to take me off their unsolicited phone call lists. No matter how many times I ask to be taken off their list, they keep calling. If you ask to speak with a supervisor, their telemarketers, like Peter from Mumbai, just hang up.
