    @barry416 @Rogers And unfortunately I'm not in Canada, so a @Rogers store isn't an option. By the way my issue is still not fixed.

    @RogersHelps It it doesn't work intermittently at home and several areas around Sudbury, none of which are remote or rural. It's the rogers network and im in the process of switching to another provider bc this is beyond ridiculous

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Im gonna assume you are too low IQ to get the answer yourself but maybe ur just rhethorically asking. Anyway : because canada minimum wage cost more. It very easy to understand. Its also why LIMA temporary works, importing poor to work minimum wage instead of raising salary

    Almost 2 hours and no real resolution. I. HATE. @Rogers.

    @Rogers It took over an hour, primarily on hold, to finally get only one issue resolved, i.e. the correct address. When I demanded to know what type of compensation Rogers was willing to offer me, the customer service person proceeded to argue with me, even after I demanded to speak with a manager. I will be considering different options for my cell service and I recommend that others do the same as well. I never thought that I could get worse customer service than Bell, but Rogers has exceeded that.

    @Rogers prepaid box to send my S26 phone back so my bill will go down even more because I will not be paying for the it anymore. I did say no to the phone at the moment because it sounded to go to be true. I asked for an email to confirm everything and was told I would get it with in
