    @RogersHelps internet down since 7am, it’s now 12am. 17 hours +. No update from Rogers and customer service sucks. People have important stuff to submit & we pay for the service. Don’t need to use 15 gb of data to get those things done. Please give some answers.

    @Rogers @Canucks Literally in the middle of the shootout your network cuts out for the 10th time today. I’ve had enough of paying $200 a month for this garbage. I want my money back. Absolute garbage. #refund @CRTCeng

    What is wrong with @Rogers . My husband called twice, was on hold for 20 minutes then you hung up. Will the 3rd time be the charm. I hate that @ShawInfo became @Rogers , terrible service

    @RogersHelps been on hold for over 40 minutes with business support. My phones are not accepting incoming calls. Rebooted the system, unplugged each line, is there an outage? Burnaby BC

    @RogersHelps No luck still. Come on guys im finding Reddit posts from years ago struggling with this. My anger isnt directed to whoevers running this account but how is your team not working on this? I’ve been blindly loyal to Roger’s this whole time for no reason it’s time to move on

    @RogersHelps I am having a problem with the transmission of the Blue Jays game. My screen keeps going black and now my box has restarted on its own. I did call in and they restarted my modem, but I’m still having the same issue. Are you aware of a problem.
