@RogersHelps When is 5G returning? You're claiming service is restored, but it's not at full speed, so this is lying to customers.

@RogersHelps Hi, Pointe-du-Chêne NB had a local power outage last night for a couple of hours. Power was restored while I slept but this AM I still have no internet - gateway device is just blinking orange, even after unplugging,replugging.

@RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 Are you kidding me!! One of the biggest companies, 2 days! I’m glad to say lm not with them. The company l am with has given me 1mth, no pymt for uTube buffering 3 nights in a row!! Tlk about being cheap especially when many ATM machines and Banks shut down for 3 days BS!!

@MjbOriginal @RogersHelps Was having same problem. Dis some googling and found that if you use the ignite hub on your phone and "restart the gateway' that seemed to help - worth a try anyway

@RogersHelps Compensating for 5 days is what is required, ideally at least a whole month of refund should be done to keep the customer, my two cents!!!
