@RogersHelps So, do you have a response to my theory? You must be aware of the CONSTANT long waits (if you're not, how can you possibly maintain a working corporation), why don't you ever take any steps to try and fix the issue? Or am I right, you want people to hang up?

@RogersHelps In the L5W Mississauga area & our Internet has been cutting out all morning & now it won’t come back on. The usual reboot of the modem was done earlier, the problem persists. Is this a wide spread service interruption & if so when is it expected back? Trying to WFH!

@MarthaLRogers @elysefriedman @Rogers I have been a Rogers customer for 15 years. Spent 4 hours on hold yesterday.. no answer. After another attempt today, they were more than happy to provide me the same plan (expires December 10th) at 140% more cost lol. my plan expires in 2 days, and i am chasing them around lol

@MapleLeafs @Raptors I get you are partially owned by the same conglomerate but I wanted to make you aware that both Leafs Nation Network and Raptors TV have not been working for 3 weeks (& counting) on @Rogers...at least in dt Toronto. Unacceptable IMO. Pls help! #FrustratedFan

Oct 1, 2021 @Sportsnet launches a upgrade for its #sportsnetnow app. Dec 6, 2021 the app is still not functioning properly for tens of thousands of customers. @Rogers has done nothing to fix the issue and their employees continue to blame their customers. When will @nhl step in?
