Neither @rogers and @startca will get a technician here to fix my internet after a @Rogers technician disconnected my NON-direct Rogers line while hooking up another unit's internet until tomorrow morning. Both seem to think its acceptable to make us go without internet....

@RogersBiz The worst mobility service I have ever found. I am regretting now that I switched to Rogers from another best and customer valued carrier service. They are freaking charging me extra money for the services I have never used and they charged me extra 160$ for shits.

@Rogers your customer service is the worst. I waited 30 mins on the phone only to have it hung up. I then tried using the virtual assistant and after 30 mins of waiting it timed out and cut me off. I’m glad I quit my services

almost 30 days and @Rogers still don't know how should I return the old phone even tho they charged me a new phone setup fee and I paid for the remaining balance for the old phone. #poorcustomerservice I can help you @Rogers to set up a simple process.

@RogersHelps 1.Since Jan. 20th, our tv & internet have been continuously dropping. A tech came out yesterday, and now we have no tv or internet. You credited me $13 for my issues since Friday. This is ridiculous. Your tech said its the outside connector box.

@Rogers when are you going to get your customer service right. On hold for an hour finally speak to an agent and she puts me hold. 50 mins later still on hold for a total of 1.5 hrs on hold. Do you want my business?
