    @erinotoole A solid chunk of customer service jobs are now being done at home. Why waste cash on physical call centers when you can just ship a computer to the employee & they set it up in their house. @Rogers does it. The company I work for does it. Erin, you're just too lazy to get it.

    @Rogers since Monday I've had issues with my internet cutting out. Its fine all day then seems to start around 9pm until at least 2am. Is anyone else having this issue? My TV tries to load and pages can't load on my phone, then it works.. then it stops again..all night.

    @RogersHelps your wait times are insane, you changed my billing info without my knowledge and now my bills aren't being paid for 2 months now Horrible service.

    @Rogers first you tell me I didn't send the phone back, which I have proof I did. And you needed 30 days to clear it up. 30 days pass.... Then when I prove I sent it back and y'all recieved it, y'all telling me you actually lost the damn device and need 5 business days!!! Ridic!
