@Rogers when is my cell phone going to get service back! Your intermittent sw issue has been all day and now evening.

  • LuckyRobJ Rob Jamieson (@LuckyRobJ) reported

@ambermac @RogersHelps Rogers seems to be back up and running again. That was probably the longest outage I’ve ever seen. Wonder what caused it? Hack? Major equipment failure? Will we ever find out?

  • AMarkwart ʇɹɐʍʞɹɐW sǝɹpu∀ (@AMarkwart) reported

There better be significant rebates or what not to make up for this huge outage, because we all know Rogers would pounce with charges for any tiny customer hiccup @RogersHelps This has been a huge inconvenience, and as so many of us work remotely, has cost us money #rogersdown

  • DeeGee1111 🚚📦Dani (she/her)📦🚚 (@DeeGee1111) reported

@RogersHelps @CityNews Hi- I get that **** happens, but what’s the response here? Services=not rendered, so if I went to a resto, ordered a steak, & didn’t get it, would I pay for it? Looking forward to a credit on my acct (would be gr8 if it just appeared without me calling, waiting, escalating it...)

  • AnnaGoulos banana (@AnnaGoulos) reported

@Rogers I think it’s reasonable to ask for free service for a year after today

  • Maple__Pirate Maple Pirate (@Maple__Pirate) reported

@leckie_sean @EGraziani1 @RogersHelps Actually not I. I've been with Rogers 4 weeks after being with Bell for 10. Even with today I'm still more impressed with Rogers than Bell. Rogers store service, online and phone is a phenomenal service. Speaking to Canadians in Canada. Like I said, nits more the principal.

  • ceconrad Chad Conrad (@ceconrad) reported

@leckie_sean @Maple__Pirate @RogersHelps More like $7 in the case of my family. My wife and daughter were on the road today and this outage was not only inconvenient but a safety issue. Yes, they should automatically credit everyone 1/30 of their normal monthly charges. Or give an equivalent amount after tax to charity.

  • ASpoonfuIOfDis S. 🌻 (@ASpoonfuIOfDis) reported

@205mph @RogersHelps @_phos3 Was just on with chat, the most you’ll see is $4 knocked off your bill. They really lack in superior customer service. It’s ridiculous.

  • StephCatherine3 Stephanie (@StephCatherine3) reported from Quinte West, Ontario

How do @Rogers customers get money back for the time without service? #ExpensiveForWhat

  • giroux_lorraine Lorraine Giroux (@giroux_lorraine) reported

@RogersHelps I understand that things happen but you realize that your customers have lost faith in your service over this delay. You're our line to vital communications. @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions
