Hey @Rogers @RogersHelps , my parents in St. John's, NL have been without service since yesterday. They've called for service and have gotten no satisfactory answers. Is there someone they can contact who will help them?

@RogersHelps Sitting without internet 4 over 55 hours at Islington/Finch area in Toronto. Every time I call customer support I get new ticket # with new updated fix time, so far I received 5 different fix times, I live right on finch Islington and have not seen any rogers crew nearby working
