    @RogersBiz your service is horrific. I am a new customer. I have had three technicians at my house to tell me I have valid service coming into my home. I need a proper modem and tv box. It’s been a week. 5.5 hours on hold. Three different technicians. Currently on hold.

    Wow. @rogers really is just the worst. We never get even close to our advertised speeds and it’s always completely down or so slow and inconsistent it might as well be. I hate Canadian telecoms in general but Rogers is a higher level of suck.

    @elsaasce @RogersHelps IMO Bell is just as bad! They were really horrible providers to our family for so long, it felt amazing to leave when we finally did. Maybe Telus? Or a fourth option?

    @RogersHelps No resolution even today (The 8th day). Frustrated like hell with the incompetence Rogers tech. team who can't fix the fiber cable issue. Sr. Techs, Supervisors giving false hope and cannot deliver on their promise 😡#rogersigniteinternet

    @RogersHelps Well the technician is physically here and can’t fix it . There is no more PVR NextBox anymore so what are you going to do differently? I want the identical same channels nothing more for the same price . They are offering me $80 MORE for hundreds of less channels !!!

    @RogersHelps NextBox PVR cannot be replaced as they no longer exist . Your shady company is now making customers pay $80 MORE for less channels this is your resolution! it’s appalling what you are doing to customers especially those who have been with you for 25 consecutive years.
