@RogersHelps Our Ignite Internet has been in & out for 2 days (leaving us without internet, home alarm, TV…) and I haven’t been able to reach anyone over live chat or DMs here. I’ve restarted the Gateway several times so PLEASE don’t suggest that again. Is there any help avail?

It's another beautiful winter day, and its another internet outage in Ontario (not counting the national outage last July) sponsored by Rogers. This is the third in less than one year, lasting several days. This company is a national disgrace @RogersHelps #Canada

@RogersHelps Thanks @RogersHelps . I’m keeping faith this INTERNET *and* TV issue is resolved by 5. I know your technicians are hard at work. :/ I’m really trying to keep faith at least. But you try not being able to fulfill tasks where deadlines need to be met, and have to face this.

@Rogers keeps pedaling their ****** service to my husband and me. Phone calls, door to door sales people, mail etc. What part of no doesn't mean no? When we were with them, they pushed for us to switch our cell phones. Constant calls to get the service. I constantly refused

@RogersHelps Thanks. But it’s done now. I’m more concerned about what you’re going to do to prevent this in future. It’s a pattern. My mother’s open-heart surgery took less time than we have spent on the phone with Rogers this year, just trying to fix little things. There’s a process issue.
