    @RogersHelps Just to confirm, I DM'd you. I also don't know if you read the subsequent posts, but it's scary that someone came into our house that later suggested they didn't by marking their visit as a no-show. I can confirm that they said no one was home, because a support staff confirmed.

    Why does @RogersHelps pretend everything is an isolated issue (“we’ll look into that for you”) instead of just acknowledging that *gestures vaguely at all of Toronto* has no internet today.

    Man @rogers internet goes down every ******* day. I'm so tired of waiting for my connection to cycle back through. I don't have time for this ****. Three times just this morning the modem loses connection and then I have to cycle it to get the connection.
