@luckysean ...And yet @Rogers somehow haven't invested enough in their infrastructure to keep their network from going down for all of western Canada in the #rogersoutage today, apparently. *Just* the people I want buying out my carrier... So Reliable!

  • techlife Ryan Scullen (@techlife) reported

@Keeenss @Rogers @RogersHelps I agree that technology breaks sometimes, BUT, Canada pays one the highest cell phone rates in the world. With all the extra profit revenue the big 3 scrape in from customer, there’s zero excuse for that **** breaking. They can afford to invest in highly redundant infrastructure.

@Rogers its been almost 24 hours in Gananoque and still NO SERVICE WHAT SO EVER

  • CircularLogic89 CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported

@Moose3366 @RogersHelps Did Bell or Telus provide compensation following their massive outage Aug 2020?

  • mike7534 mike7534 (@mike7534) reported

@RogersHelps Got offered a $2.83 bill credit for the outage today (monthly bill/30). That was actually insulting. That should be offered by default to every account for services not rendered, the inconvenience/income loss is a separate issue that requires more compensation. 1/2
