    @RogersHelps Or you could say what the problem is instead of making your customers waste time jumping through hoops. You know that I know that you know I am not uniquely without service but rather one of thousands experiencing the same outage for the same reason.

    What is going on with @TSN_Sports live sports on @rogers ignite. Choppy. Blurry. Audio issues. Glitches. It’s been like this for weeks for Leafs and Raptors games. Help!!!

    @RogersHelps honestly, what the hell is going on with the internet service??? For weeks I've been telling you guys about the internet dropping intermittently and I keep getting told there is no issue but the problem is getting worse!

    @RogersHelps Yes, doesn’t work, still have the issue , even after rebooting the ignite modem and tv box where has the Bluetooth connection, Ican only assume it’s a recent ignite tv upgrade that has to do with wireless Bluetooth connection ! The AirPods are Bluetooth fine with other devices .

    @RogersHelps Is there an ongoing issue with the internet in Whitby L1N? This is really unacceptable, especially for people working from home.
