    @RogersHelps How does one reach a human that can help with a purchased subscription that won’t log in correctly? Lots of time spent on hold. Not getting anywhere, everyone says to talk to someone else.

    @RogersHelps It's been over 15 minutes since my last DM. How do I cancel NHL Live? I only wanted Leafs games here in QC. 2 of 3 games blacked out so far. The 3rd was on CBC which I can watch for free.

    @RogersHelps That’s precisely the problem - I’ve being running into nothing but issues. I’ve been regionally blocked the entire game, nothing has changed.

    @RogersHelps I have no cable, it is why I signed up for NHL Live. Perhaps mistakenly. Is there a way for me to cancel my subscription and get a refund?
