    I spent 2 hours in a chat with an agent to be told to wait 3 minutes and the chat to time out only to never be reconnected again. This is unacceptable. @Rogers

    @Rogers just spoke with your tech support who don’t have any info as to the cause or restoration time in Stouffville. It is outrages that this continues to occur and that Rogers provides no updates. Truly considering cancelling my service as this is unacceptable.
