@Rogers Care to tell me why my entire neighbourhoods Wifi, Home Phone, Ignite Tv and Internet are out the second weekend in a row at Bur Oak/16th in Markham? They don’t know when it started or estimated time to fix. Epic fail. We pay a boatload for it.

@RogersHelps it’s been over a month since I told you that my rogers ignite tv is having issues and it still hasn’t been resolved. I got one 2 minute call from rogers barely putting effort into figuring it out and promising to call back. It’s been a month since that call

@RogersHelps I watch the same hockey game on an iPad streaming with NHL Live and at the same time on RDS on Rogers Ignite in the same room. Both are on the same wifi. So it is not a wifi problem. The latter glitches constantly today. The former is fine. Rogers has no quality monitoring.
