They have cemented my decision all weekend and all day today issues. Rogers @Rogers have disrespected this totally disabled MS patient for the last time. They expect me to be available to go to the gateway once every hour to read the MAC address when I can’t walk and they know it

@RogersHelps @jenniferdrader5 I phoned customer support number 4x and waa disconnected 4x. It also kicked me out of the chat queue twice after waiting more than 1 hr each time. Absolutely incompetent and atrocious customer service. The government needs to legislate you guys to have actual customer support.

@sendmegoodsongs @Rogers No Lol. Downtown is definitely not fine. I'm Downtown and there's outage here.

I don't know why @rogers is so terrible here in northern Alberta. At least once a week, my internet and phone will both become effectively unusable in spite of having strong 5G signal on both devices. I can make this post but it'll take several minutes, and I can't even watch TV.

Hopefully someone at @Rogers makes this right. Just brutal customer service.

@GunGnome @Rogers I have the same problem, except I'll be in the middle of town and it happens

@RogersHelps @FernwoodGirl I made the mistake of thinking it was on my end because your website kept saying everything was fine. I followed your AI support suggestions & now can’t even reset a password or access webmail or anything. Need a support # that doesn’t disconnect after 4 hrs of holding

WTF is going on with @Rogers - Trying to speak to someone for 6 weeks now - even if u call right when they open it says “higher than normal call volume then you wait a half hour and it hangs up. I’m paying hundreds every month to these losers and they can’t answer a phone.

@RogersHelps There isn’t a province drop down. It’s exactly what the screen shot shows.

@Bell @telus @Rogers please explain why you scam Canadians while we get the same service or better in the UK for cheap?
