@DossierCom @peggy_blair @Rogers Maybe they applied the Microsoft service patch on all devices at the same time, without realizing that the devices needed the network in order to download the patch.

@RogersHelps I don’t think I will be a Rogers client anymore. Last year when that happened I lost money. And again yesterday I lost money. I could not get call because of no network. They won’t pay me 8 hours of work for the day. I will go back to Koodo or Telus.

  • JDTweetter Jo D (@JDTweetter) reported

@RogersHelps Does Rogers understand many people lost a day of work($$$). A month of free service isn’t going be enough to keep me. Minimum a year or I will switch.

  • PaigeVBA 🌻 Puzzled. Paige.🪆 (@PaigeVBA) reported

Anyone else still having trouble with their @Rogers service? My cable has been glitching all day. @RogersHelps #rogersoutage

When you’re trying to watch a movie on TV that you pay for from #Rogers but it freezes every 20 seconds or so & the sound drops. WTF??!! How about forgiving everyone a full month’s bill? @RogersHelps You can afford it. #dotherightthing

  • daniell70573131 danielle (@daniell70573131) reported

@RogersHelps Will this apply to Fido users as well since we’re on the same networks and lost service as well?
