@RogersHelps- you dug up everyone’s lawns in our midtown Toronto neighborhood to put in cable last year- could you let the public know when you will fix the damage? Spring is here and we want to start yard work but what to do with the protruding cables and unsightly gravel

@rogers is probably the worst internet service provider ever. Been without home internet for the past 2 days and there are no updates, no communication, nothing. It's like they don't learn from the past #icestorm #noservice

@lissa77 @hydroquebec @Rogers Living is Southern California I lived through multiple power outages where I had to empty a full refrigerator which naturally the power company would not reimburse. The worst was when the electric went out on a day when the temperature hit 108. Had to go to a hotel to stay cool.

  • pxlbarrel Christine Mak (@pxlbarrel) reported

@RogersHelps What a waste of my time. After an hour of DM with somebody at Rogers of which 30 minutes was waiting for a response, I got the same message from earlier and absolutely NO SOLUTION whatsoever except maybe reinstall Outlook and it'll be ready to work WHEN they find the solution.
