@RogersHelps I am having trouble connecting to the internet from the Markham area since 4 days ago ... It has been on and off and now it doesn't even connect. Honestly how do you justify the high price you are charging with this kind of service down time?

"We are currently experiencing a higher than expected call volume" - @Rogers Yeah, probably because your internet network is low quality and is down. Yet again. And stop hawking "Anna", a programmed response thing that doesn't provide any meaningful anwsers. #HumanPlease

@RogersHelps Any update on this "network outage in your area" for Toronto (M6P)? It's been almost 2 hours and some people have work to do... and I can't even watch TV while I wait.

@RogersHelps Appreciate the quick response. Unfortunately I’ve seen this same response from Rogers for last 6+ months. This should not be this difficult - especially given that you aren’t inventing some new service here. Please prioritize the needs of your customers.

@RogersHelps I been having nonstop issues for years with your internet. 30+ techs have visited and the problem still consists. Changed to ignite hoping it could help and more problems already 24 hours in. To make it worse it affects TV as well.
