.@Rogers I have NEVER had such terrible service in my life from any company EVER!!! Disgraceful. It's been a year and a half of BS. First with internet and then with cable. We pay our bill every month ON TIME. Going to look at transferring all our stuff elsewhere.

@RogersHelps I have decided this is the last straw with Rogers. I have never been able to complete anything online and I always wondered if it is due to bad website design or simply “by design”. Either way, it reflects poorly on Rogers in my opinion and I don’t want keep having endure this.

@meidasrosie @Rogers I called to find out why as I was told I would not get charged due to all the issues. Nope can't do a thing for me. So then they said they were sending out another HD box (this is #6 or 7). We have spent countless hours and gas $$$ running around the city trying to get one

@RogersHelps I always have full bars on my service but people can’t hear what I’m saying. I can’t have a conversation on my phone and it’s so frustrating!! They only hear every few words..
