You know who’s absolutely trash? @RogersHelps. My internet has gone down four times in the last 30 minutes. My internet goes down constantly. My neighbourhood has constant internet issues. It’s ridiculous. Get your **** together. Don’t make me send @AaronRabinovits on your asses.

@RogersHelps, it’s been 5 hours and 30 minutes today and the internet is still not working. 3 days in a row. Several over the last couple of weeks. Sounds like time for a new provider doesn’t it??? Your customer service keep saying 24 hours. Super frustrated!

@RogersHelps no Rogers doesnt. It has been a week of trying to connect Internet and no one can figure it out. Spent over 8 hours on phone with people who are as clueless as me and with no solution in sight. I have had bad experiences but talk about customer service nightmares!!!
