Rich Murray (@richretrogamer) reported@chatrmobile how can I change my number? Your counterpart @RogersHelps keeps calling me for the previous user of my number. I’ve activated voicemail and told them wrong number before but they keep calling. Please help.

s. (@silmapps) reportedIt's hilarious that @Rogers is a communications company. The communication between departments within the company is abysmal. I'm so sick of their bs for someone who's been a client of theirs for over 20 years. They treat their loyal, never missed a payment customers like ****

Anne (@anelame) reported@RogersHelps Will open a complaint to crtc. Chat is non functional and phone line jammed.6h to try to make contact to fix a broken service I am paying for is appalling

D (@thenameisdlo) reported.@Rogers it takes your online agents to look up when my contract ends and if there is a fee that is associated to temporarily suspending my serivces? The CS has definitely gone down hill....my god.
-
🇨🇦 Budget organics (@BudgetOrganics) reported@MalaMoragain13 @TorontoPolice @Rogers Mala Roger’s does not need to be told to make a copy of your cellphone. At all times Roger’s is watching, recording and see every single thing done on the phone as long as it’s on the network. It stores years of this perpetually and it harvests your data all day every day

Lt (Retired LAPD) Frank Columbo 🏴🇨🇦 (@jsam10983741) reported@RhonaRaskin @RogersHelps @Shawhelp I feel your pain. I’ve had cell issues for some time. It’s not my phone but Roger’s. Text messages are delayed and/or I don’t receive them. And my phone defaults to Edmonton time? When I dealt with Shaw previously issues were better resolved and promptly.

Hassaan Siddiq (@Hasaan0060) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps Our home internet in Port Credit, Mississauga is completely dead — no loading, no surfing on any device. After 40+ min wait, your agent says “it’s working on our end, not our problem.” What kind of customer service is this? Absolutely pathetic support!
