Imagine how much frustration could be alleviated on both sides if @rogers @RogersHelps PROACTIVELY COMMUNICATED service interruptions. I mean, they are a #COMMUNICATIONS company that is supposed to be #leading in the #technology space. Come on. Do better.

@sal_maybee @Rogers @RogersHelps I feel like you are treating this like a Joke. Many customers across this and other provinces are experiencing call issues. You could at least issue a PSA rather than waiting and servicing people 1 by 1 asking them do DM you.

@RogersHelps Ignite TV in Vaughan is down. All my channels and recorded programs continuously tell me ‘This channel is temporarily unavailable’. Been having TV and connectivity issues for a week. What is going on? Why is outage information not posted?
