It took me months to find someone within Rogers to help me cancel my Mom’s Rogers account after she passed. It was terribly frustrating. To boot, they wanted to charge me $1200 for the balance remaining for her iPhone. #F-Rogers

His life is in LIMBO as he cannot do Banking / Healthcare now. Tried to help him, after 2hrs on hold we could not go further. 4hrs of his day on hold, ZERO RESULTS.

I am 100% convinced now that despite that crew being told not to cancel the work order, they did anyway, so now I have to chase you guys

RockDee (@DidomizioRocco) reported@Rogers is the most incompetent and unprofessional service imaginable. Nobody returns calls, can’t get a live agent and they cut you off instead of offering a call back option. There’s the gratitude for being a loyal customer since 1974.
