    @RogersHelps internet is currently out in the M6S area. I've reset the ignite modem multiple times today. The network has been very unreliable for about the last week or so. Any info. would be most appreciated

    7th Cable Disruption of the Day. Easily the 100th since December What’s happened to @Shawhelp ? They Used To Be A Reliable Company, but it’s like they’ve given up on decent service and are just killing time until the @Rogers Takeover These New Cable Boxes are a Joke 😡

    The cherry on top was Will putting the irritated -BUT NEVER RUDE- customer on hold for TEN MINUTES to “cancel” the services to just HANG UP which triggered another call where finally Nika was able to put an end to this customer service nightmare and cancel everything. @Rogers

    @Rogers @RogersInternet In call with rogers for 2hrs, getting my call transferred to multiple departments but no one is helping!!!! You're unable to provide internet or any alternative. Your team is saying it's going to take 1week. I'm WFH Need help URGENTLY!!! SUCH A SHAME!!

    Your agents NEED to take ownership of the issue and try and solve it instead of tossing the customer around for TWO hours, triggering an upset customer that decides to cancel FOUR JUICY NEW ACCOUNTS @Rogers

    First @RogersHelps increases my rates w/o warning. Then they revert the price due to not giving us proper warning, issue a credit over TWO bills (why over two?!) & NOW give us warning they’re jacking our rates - for real. So, @TekSavvyBuzz / @oxio_com , who wants my business?

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps angry customer...I was billed 64.99 for a UFC PPV. I can 100 percent guarantee this was not ordered in my household...Rogers refuses to credit...canceling service...ridiculous
