Abysmal response & communications to customers by @Rogers given how impactful this outage has been. Longest in recent memory. Something more sinister is likely the cause.

@RogersHelps @Rogers This phone service STILL down all across Canada. Sure hope no one is waiting for a vaccine and put this number down as the contact... At least tell us what is happening as keeping people in the dark with dismissive BS is infuriating.
