  • AlexxMorgan17 Alexx Morgan (@AlexxMorgan17) reported

@gmarie55 @RogersHelps @gmbutts I can say after calling Rogers for help and getting the message that my wait time would be 1 hr 45 min, I abandoned the call a d DM’d them and was able to address what I needed. That said, the avg consumer needs faster unfettered access.

  • hfiguiere Hubert Figuière (@hfiguiere) reported

@gmbutts @Rogers You were on the team that promised to fix it and did all the opposite move. Next ?

  • 3rdtimewalter Claire D. (@3rdtimewalter) reported

@gmbutts @Rogers I’ve been with Rogers since forever.. maybe 20 years. I think I deserve some kind of discount on my bills for being a loyal customer.

  • feedgator feedgator (@feedgator) reported

@RogersHelps Internet is out almost everywhere in Waterloo Kitchener area for many hours now. Being the monopoly ISP you are at least get your **** together and fix it. Canada has the internet rates in the world coz of these ISPs & spineless CRTC.

  • juadog Jua (@juadog) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@gmbutts @Rogers I did that once, years ago. Never again.

  • omycorey omycorey (@omycorey) reported

@gmbutts @Rogers I will never ever use Roger's again for anything. We kept increasing our package though we weren't using half of the data we were paying for. About 10 days before the end of each month they throttled our download speed. That should be illegal. Btw the CRTC needs a new Chairman.

  • DidiMiesen Didi Miesen (@DidiMiesen) reported

@gmbutts @Rogers I agree 100%. Rogers is an overpriced nightmare to deal with - just like Bell, where customers are treated like garbage. So far the best I've found is Telus.

  • jonathanblaine Jonathan Blaine (@jonathanblaine) reported

@gmbutts @Rogers Unlimited voice and SMS. 50 GB LTE free, then maybe throttled to 3G; no extra charges. $70 US. Oh, wait, that's my T-Mobile service in the US. My bad. (Gee, why didn't you do anything about Canada being the most expensive when working for Trudeau?)
