@RogersHelps just got a confused email from elderly parent. They got an email telling them that incoming mail and outgoing mail is running out of delivery. I don't see a problem with their email when checking. Is this a scam that your customers need be aware of?? Thank!

  • SharonGrape Sharon Winchester (@SharonGrape) reported

@Bell just lost a customer to @RogersHelps because they couldn't match their deal today. Wanted me to wait until Nov 28th for the Black Friday deals cuz they're great deals. Their offer was to add $10 now and save later when big deals come out. Too late. I'll save 80 now. 😔

  • TheNobby David G (@TheNobby) reported

@RogersHelps are the issues in the L6s1z6 area resolved yet? I'd like to work from home, not a Starbucks (again) #outage #nowifi

  • adavidatkinson Andrea Atkinson (@adavidatkinson) reported

@CircularLogic89 @RogersHelps Maybe Likewize is the most trusted as they claim, I have no idea. But I signed up through Rogers so who they choose as their 3rd party supplier is not my choice. It only makes sense that they ensure that I am getting the service I am promised.

  • meilach Sam Meilach (@meilach) reported

@RogersHelps I just got my ignite tv. When I connected the TV box it's only to the TV. How does it know to connect to my internet? It never asked me for any wifi passwords. I'm wondering this thinking it can be exploited by hackers that can somehow bypass the logins verifications

  • doelsengupta Doel (@doelsengupta) reported

@RogersHelps home broadband wifi not working in Mississauga, any issue ?

  • TinaComeau123 TC (@TinaComeau123) reported

@hopplajunge @Rogers @Bell Try to call and cancel, good luck! As you move on and forget about it because you can’t get through they will automatically send you to a collections agency. It’s mind blowing how horrific their service is.

  • Jay1900000 Jay Jay (@Jay1900000) reported

@Rogers you should all be in jail for how bad kincardine cell service is despite a store in town

  • sbenisto BennyBenBen (@sbenisto) reported
