@RogersHelps you promised regular updates? When do the regular updates begin. Lying about how bad it is and not telling any details is not regular updates FYI. We all know as soon as we pick our phones up that the service is down so regularly telling us that is a waste of time.

@canmericanized @RogersHelps At least by tomorrow it will be working. Imagine if Ford was running this company, he’d close it down for a year and still charge for services. Then he’d blame a lack of vaccines adding, we will continue to make mistakes.

@RogersHelps It’s been ALL day. Rogers going to compensate for my time catching up on missed work? Can we at least have some sort of update? It’s one thing to have an issue but another on how you handle it - I would never leave my customers hanging like this for so long it’s unbelievable.

@SamLawson1987 @Rogers @RogersHelps I couldn’t work today because the service was down as I need access to my gps through the phone and a work related app and to contact customers. I’ve lost today much more than I pay per month on this service. A free month isn’t much.

@RogersHelps Will be leaving Rogers before end of the month if they don’t provide me a decent discount. @virginmobilecan plans are at $50 right now for 10G data. I’m paying $75 for the same thing here after being a customer for 15 years
