@RogersHelps Looking to talk to a help agent on the phone (as it appears online help agents don't work late into the evening). Being told the wait time is 45 mins. Any chance Rogers could invest a service that allows customers to get a call back, as opposed to wait on hold?!

ok @rogershelp / @rogers where the 🤬 is my iPhone 12 Pro. It’s been a month now. An update wouldn’t be, you know, the worst customer service. Still can’t help noticing you’re charging me for a mandatory plan upgrade for a phone I haven’t received. Clever move 👍.

@Julia_Sisler @Rogers My experience has always been Telus has the best customer service. Could be worth staying with Rogers if they offer a good retention deal though. Telus offered me a $65 15GB plan with a $10/mo reoccurring credit, so $55/mo. If Rogers made a similar offer, could be worth staying.
