@Rogers My husband upgraded to iPhone 12 w/airpods offer on Dec 26 w/delivery yesterday. Rep arrived w/phone but no airpods + gave spiel about "while quantities last" being in the fine print. After 2+ hrs on phone w/customer service this couldn't be resolved.

@RogersHelps I have been trying to connect with Rogers to add a 2nd IgniteTV box but when I try online LiveChat it says to call & when I called I was on hold for 1.5hrs to be told the service line is closed. WTF?? Hire more people to provide adequate service!

@RogersHelps I've been with you since 2005, & I'm leaving now. Spent 10+ hours trying to get help but calls keep dropping while waiting to be connected or while talking to reps after waiting for hours. No call back, even though you have my # (@Bell/@TELUS both called back).

@Rogers After changing modem ( ignite internet) no issues at all , working perfect ( we have 15 devices at home) definitely Rogers have best internet but not cheap !!!
