@Rogers very poor connection this morning. We recently had maintenance done in our neighborhood L9W4K6 and since then our performance is very poor!

  • krysiescauldron Krysies (@krysiescauldron) reported

@Rogers We already called your customer service. They were no help. Told us to use our hotspots on our phones. That doesn’t work when there are servers involved that run off of the internet/wifi.

@RogersHelps And how do you try to sell 6 weeks or more and not coming up with a fix?

  • JohnBrownlow John Brownlow (@JohnBrownlow) reported

.@dropbox reporting that 2FA using my carrier (@rogers) is no longer supported. What?? Was unable to log in as a result. Managed to fix it but a scary moment of being unable to access files or support.

  • MorganPlus8 Andrew Flint (@MorganPlus8) reported

Earlier today I had an issue with @Rogers not coming through with a previous commitment, which after DM-ing with them, I believe they will fix. However, I also considered switching to @bell so... What does that actually look like for comparitive iPhone plans?

  • krysiescauldron Krysies (@krysiescauldron) reported

The last couple of days internet has been on and off here at work. Now it’s just down. @Rogers @RogersHelps this is unacceptable. It’s a busy time of year and I can barely get work done. #rogersoutage

  • LinzAyearst Lindsay_Ayearst_PhD (@LinzAyearst) reported

@RogersHelps @Bell how many days have you had interrupted service in the past 10 days? I’m at 4 days of service outages so far in the past 10 days.

  • mmeenaakshii meenakshl (@mmeenaakshii) reported

@TriciaBarker49 @RogersHelps this is what shocks you!? not the park board displacing homeless people over and over during your tenure as a commissioner?? pls get a life and keep your calls to customer service to yourself.

  • PaulCarriere77 Pauly C (@PaulCarriere77) reported from Korah, Ontario

@Rogers you’ve been calling everyday for three weeks to ask why I’ve decided to move to bell. I’ve already explained why to a representative and you’re still calling. I didn’t like the customer service provided by you guys and that’s why I decided to move. Please stop calling.
