Nicole (@NSegGal) reported4 hours on the phone yesterday and 2.5 hours today with @rogers and @RogersHelps snd my issue still isn’t resolved. Several technicians yesterday and I counted 8 today. So much bouncing around from dept to dept. 😳

Tharuthalai (@indian_toronto) reported@Bell Fibe Internet down since morning. Tech support asked me to change the modem which I did and the modem still cant communicate to back to mothership. Never had this problem during the 11 years I was with @Rogers 😰
