@RogersHelps @cho_to_doji We've both been dealing with you over Twitter and by phone. Both have been useless, and the best service I could get to deal with an INTERNET issue was to work with someone in the WIRELESS department. It's a pathetic example of customer service. Rogers should be ashamed.

@Rogers At one point Rogers cared for customers and bent over backward for them to save them money. Seems now they don’t give a damn if your with them or not 24/7 chat basically told my wife to screw off! And customer support did nothing for us at all to save money. Thanks Rogers

Hello, @Rogers @RogersHelps…I think that an internet outage due to some groundwork/maintenance work on our street (on a Saturday, at that) deserves a heads-up for your customers in the area. Thank goodness, I am not working from home today.
