@RogersHelps hey…you had a truck out slide my moms at 2pm. She’s been without service since then. I don’t appreciate them telling her to wait ten minutes and all would be fine. Treating the elderly like that is a **** look.

Wow when did the staff for @rogers become so incompetent in #winnipeg #kpmall. Took 3 people to figure out selling and setting up a watch! No idea if they get less commission when ppl buy outright or wtf but it was pretty pitiful.
