@Rogers Been w/ Rogers for years w/o issues despite rogers giving me the bird on one occasion. Phone is now outdated.. I'd appreciate some love rather than having to switch to another provider before Rogers gets serious w/ loyalty on a call back.

@RogersHelps 1/2 I’ve been having an issue where I’ve been receiving bills for a duplicate service I never had. Every-time I call and use the online chat I get told I’ll be credited and don’t owe anything. Then I receive a bill the following month with a late charge.

@Rogers @BlueJays October of 2015. 3 errors load the bases in the 7th inning of the ALDS game 5 between Texas and Toronto. 1 out in the inning. Donaldson hits a bloop FC. Then, Joey bats comes to the plate, hits a ball, sounds the home run alarm, and sends his bat to the ****** moon

Again, my SIL has spoken to ~20 ppl at @RogersHelps. No one has helped. She is stressed and upset, knowing that her sick, elderly mom is siting in her wheelchair, alone, staring at the wall. This sounds like a problem with red tape at your end. Who can we contact to fix this? 2/

@RogersHelps Terrible service today Had a tech out this morning regarding intermittent issues and he assured me the issue was the modem. He also left me without wifi, (was working when he arrived) assuring me repeatedly the issue was the modem needed to be replaced. 1/2

@RogersHelps @ottawanag Just stop trying to justify TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY DOLLARS a month (20 days @ $12) for a Rogers customer to be in the States. Highway robbery. Costs you nothing like that to provide that service. I do not use my Rogers SIM when I am outside Canada, but buy a local SIM.
