Your technician lied to me and when I called them out on the lie and asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold indefinitely. It's not the first time that one of your reps has "transfered" me to speak to a supervisor and it was never actually transfered.

Mgnv7 (@rknMeGaNoVa) reported@Rogers I think it's a really poor system that when a promotion ends, the bill automatically changes to the original price of $100 without any warnings. And no, having it in the billing statement is not considered a warning. I'll be looking for other options.
