I asked her what part of "I won't pay" doesn't she get? I was put on hold for 2 hours when someone finally got to me and said bc I'm a "great customer"...

    @Rogers I’m sorry I was so frustrated at your workers last night - after waiting forever on hold and passing me off to the next person. You are supposed to be cr reps - I have 3 different problems that have not been addressed even after spending 3.5 hours at store fixing probs.
