I think this is my fifth cutoff in two weeks, my fault for being insane - doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Techie (@techie_in) reportedWhether AI hasn’t been implemented properly or AI adoption has failed, an increasing number of customer care services are being destroyed by a lack of care and support! This is the second day I've spent over an hour on the phone with my service provider (@Rogers) addressing call-dropping connectivity issues. No one has picked it up yet. Whereas Rogers used to have amazing customer service and calls were getting connected very fast. 😢 I request Rogers to take a look!
