@jessiithemama @Shannon33632558 @Rogers Im in North York too. Hotspotting was too slow, im at my neighbours using Bell to work. We were away last week during the day for March Break. Didnt notice until Sunday. So frustrating!!

When @Rogers charges you a service fee for nothing I love when a company I’ve been with for over a decade ***** me any time they can it’s incredible I’m cancelling in a world where everything is getting more expensive I’m not just going to sit here and take this!

@Rogers @jessiithemama DM has not helped, we have had no internet since midnight. And it was down yesterday until 3pm.Nobody is sending any updates. Not acceptable. We are not able to work and this is a big problem.

@Shannon33632558 @Leafs931 @Rogers Yes I’m in North York, they aren’t doing anything but saying they can only compensate for the outage time they’re aware of.. all week I havent been able to use my internet and have been hot spotting it from my phone.. this is not right !

My Internet is now completely down. You’re affecting my ability to work. This is absolutely ridiculous. I pay $200 a month for services that I have been unable to use for the last several weeks. @Rogers

@Leafs931 @Rogers @jessiithemama Are you guys in North York too? Our internet has been sporadic all week and totally down since last night at 11. I’m currently burning data to power my computer so I can actually work. I spoke to Rogers by phone and they have no idea when this “outage” will be fixed.
