    @RogersHelps I was sent an email this morning saying my internet issues were resolved. But they are not. There is also so outage listed on your outage monitoring site. Are people still working on those or not? Be straight with people.

    @RogersHelps If there is a service outage, why doesn't Rogers send out a notification? Alternatively, Rogers can also post an outage notification on their website. Either way, this saves clients from contacting Rogers which can be time consuming.

    @Rogers …. Another evening of services down….looking at the tracker this is happening every 3 weeks. Not Canada’s most reliable service … and no compensation to customers.

    @RogersHelps I will not pay for another phone to be sent out just to end up not getting my money back for the phone I already paid for and NEVER received! Shady!!!! Won’t be getting no more of my money. Sick of this sick.
