The @RogersHelps staff went on to say that there was also no choice but to change their phone number (which they have had for 40 years) to align with this new service. This is unacceptable and shameful. I wish to speak live with someone on this matter immediately.

Dear @Netflix_CA are u daft? My home has wireless @Rogers Today my IP says i am in Acton Ont, 400 klm away. Next time it changes it could be 400km in the other direction. We pay for 2 ISP connections because i have 3 gamers. So tho we are all HERE our isp would never shown that.

@Tillwoofie @conreeaght @RogersHelps Best you can do atm is lodge a complaint with the CRTC and try tossing your number on the national DNCL. Otherwise, yeah, only other cheap option is change numbers or carrier. Other options require lawyers and lawsuits which is $$$

@TELUS home services made an account for phone protection. I’m in ON where home services aren’t even offered. Got absolutely screwed & after hours on the phone, nothing. After 10yrs of Telus I expected much better. Hello @Rogers will u at least buy me dinner before you *******?
