    Once again @rogers tv not working in the Don Mills area again. Called to complain and “they’re working on it”. Told the guy you’ve been working on it since Oct 20! Asked for compensation, and surprise, request denied

    @FlyYYC @RogersHelps Rogers service/reception at YYCis absolutely atrocious. 1 bar of LTE in 2022 while paying hundreds of dollars for service.

    Been on hold for 1.5 hours and transferred 3 times with @RogersHelps to try and rectify an overcharge of $250. When did customer service become this poor?

    @RogersHelps And the technician tracking has been broken every time I’ve used it, it shows the incorrect address for where they’re going which prompts me to call (wait on hold) only to be told I must have an error because they’re going to my address - despite you showing me an incorrect one.

    @onesoccer has to be getting internet from @rogers. Every #CanMNT game they cover has outages and technical problems. At least we know what to expect.

    @RogersHelps Your “new” ignite sucks. Service is worse. Technician here 2+ hours and now I don’t get 40 channels I pay for? Nobody picks up phone? On hold for 35 minutes and hung up. Worst service I’ve ever seen. And YOU DONT CARE. #pathetic

    @RogersHelps Useless. But that’s what happens when there’s a monopoly. Hoping @Bell answers their phone on Monday when we ask to rip everything Rogers out of home and offices. Beyond bad service.
