@Rogers Just finally got functional internet back after 5 days with speeds of around 1 mbps, while paying for 500mbps. Still not getting above 200. Tech support was useless. Off to Bell!

@jjchuu @RogersHelps It's too bad that when you record a show that's already started you can't record from the start, but if you restart the program, it goes back to the beginning.

@RogersHelps NHL Live. No credit for last years abbreviated season. No price reduction for this years season despite 40% less games. Thats great concern for your customers. And that concern is why I cancelled my $400 a month cell phone service with you 6 months ago.

@jjchuu @RogersHelps Same happened to me. I recorded it as Harry Potter and the Philosopher Stone, but they aired the Sorcerers Stone instead, so the recording didn't adjust. Sucks they aren't airing the movie again. Usually they air the same movie multiple times, but this one aired once.

@rogers here I come for business internet with @bell backup. @eastlink ur done! You lost a business and home customer.....your service is complete utter garbage. I know u dont care until enough leave. I suggest everyone look elsewhere fast. The outages have become asinine

@RogersHelps I had completed the upgrade yesterday online, and when I called customer service today after receiving the email I was told it was no problem, just go into store, they can see your profile, and pick them up. It sounded easy, but after trying two stores it was not :(

Hey @Rogers and @NHL - this upcoming season has 31% less Regular Season Games than a normal year... and yet your “early bird discount” is only 11% cheaper than for #NHLLive vs. last year. You’re kidding right? That’s a shameless money-grab. You may be losing a customer...
