It’s a busy time of year, completely understandable, but to wait 40+ mins to get a @Rogers live agent on the phone only to be transferred to another department and be told the wait time for an agent is a minimum 1hr is a bit much… worst part is, the curling game isn’t in our pkg

@Rogers poor customer service in Fairview mall Rogers. Complained to Rogers by phone on Nov 22,202. Still they didn’t address the issue. I know they have millions of customer, so it doesn’t matter if a long time customer complains or leaves them. Rogers customers!!!Any thoughts ?

@Rogers That’s funny, someone in my family was supposed to get a $300 credit when she signed on. Never got it and apparently, never will. None of us will be customers ever again

@Rogers You have blocked my MyRogers access out of “caution”. Now, your twitter channel can’t help, your store (I visited one today) can’t help, and supposedly the only way out is to call your “validation” department where the wait time is 3.5 hours! Do better folks! #worst 1/2

@RogersHelps Hi @RogersHelps , it's been more than a week: have the "stability updates" been released? I ask because the issues have not been fixed yet. Constant buffering, not staying at 60fps, stuttering etc.
