@Going4theGreen @Rogers I have a feeling this is happening to a lot of customers. My cable is "back" but not really functioning. I lose sound often, the picture freezes every 30 seconds and can't record. I've done the standard reboot of the devices a number of times and that doesn't work.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Service is patchy at best. When will the service actually be fully restored? Speedtest fails 50% of the time on wifi and wired connections. When will the service actually be repaired fully?

@acoyne Here's what I think @RogersHelps should do next time they're undertaking a widespread update to their core server...warn people in advance of the potential for disruption in service. It's not like they didn't know in advance they'd be running an update. At least we could prepare.

@CdnMapleV @acoyne @RogersHelps They should actually have the organizational capability to do rolling deployments with excess capacity that result in no outage, since it took them 15hrs to restore, they obviously don't have the faintest clue what they're doing though.

@RogersHelps @Rogers I still can’t log onto my @TD_Canada banking app or online banking to pay bills due last Friday. I’ve called & they use your servers so they’re still having network issues. When issuing my credit it better incl late fees & ALL days I cannot do what I need to.
