    A @Rogers technician came to "fix" my cable internet today. So while he was here he cut all the "bell" phonelines. Now my front door buzzer doesn't work. I can't buzz in my nurses for cancer care anymore. I genuinely didn't think I could hate rogers more than I did before. Wow.

    @SeanLockhart7 @RogersHelps It's always like that They say nothing wrong, but everything is wrong, website slow and their a.i suck. Time to switch after 16 years.

    @RogersHelps And yet the connecting families doesn't know about it because you don't report when you are starting to carry that customer with the government's connecting families program. Which is essentially illegal. Not you not Rogers. Neither have registered me and CF number

    @RogersHelps I’ve been transferred between 3 Rogers agents for hours with no resolution. My internet drops multiple times daily, I have to manually reboot the modem 4+ times/day because it won’t reconnect on its own, and it’s affecting my work from home.

    @RogersHelps @Bratt_world Sportsnet+ is complete trash. Blackouts even when not in the viewing area. Imagine now. You'll never see a dime from me or my family.
