@RogersHelps Internet down for 2 days, project deadline approaching, so I was eager to know and after some investigation, found out Rogers ACCIDENTALLY CANCELLED AND PLACED PENALTY on my business account just because I asked how much is cancellation fee 2 days ago. WOOOW!!!

@RogersHelps this is outrageous. Just called to set my services and the only appointment they could give me was September 14th. Also they misspelled my name. Can you help me with this?
