@WWEgames cant log in to my faction cause of @Rogers internet being down so ill lose my weekly reward any way to help a guy out to get my pack

  • JustinSmith_13 Justin (@JustinSmith_13) reported

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers no it doesn't "happen" their outage showed how much control they have over Canada. Us non rogers customers were affected too. If you don't think its weird that all debit/atm machines were down across Canada because of one company then you can't be helped.

  • jresnick Jonathan Resnick (@jresnick) reported

@RogersHelps But how did this happen? Your customers deserve an explanation, and you need to figure out how to ensure this never happens again.

  • loudmouthfred Flintstone (@loudmouthfred) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps my wife has a disability, doesn't work, stays home. I leave early in morn, not realizing there was an outage. She was home all day alone w no entertainment, no TV or internet. Her cell is #Rogers and our home phone is Rogers so no communication.

  • ahrynchuk Amy Hrynchuk (@ahrynchuk) reported

@AboutRogers @RogersHelps I would like to know how you are going to credit or compensate us non Roger’s customers for this outage. We were also effected by this outage. If our banking was down and have no credit-cards we were also up a certain creek without a paddle.

  • jasonbshew Jason  (@jasonbshew) reported

@RogersHelps @Rogers How vast is your vast? Home Internet is still down over here. It’s such a shame you should have a real slow emergency response and no backup plans for failed services. E.P.I.C N.A.T.I.O.N.W.I.D.E F.I.A.S.C.O

  • GhostOf_J The Ghost of Juergen (@GhostOf_J) reported

@cco8226 @RealAndyLeeShow @RogersHelps Well, if you were a lowly paid support person in the Philippines, and your take home pay was based on how many calls you could handle in a day, wouldn't you give people the same answer? It's all about volume. Helpful advice is completely optional.

  • gastonl GastonL (@gastonl) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps I got my mobile service late yesterday night but my home internet is still down, is there any ETA for people in Etobicoke North (M9R postal code) ?

  • Bharps1 Bianca (@Bharps1) reported

@tosajohn @RogersHelps Yes, but that doesn’t help when this happens at a store. And if your landline is with Rogers, you’re no farther ahead.
