How about this as a reply from @RogersHelps customer care "I'm sorry you feel that way Jeremy. If there is usage, it would be deemed as a valid and legitimate charge..." What training... to start with "I'm sorry you feel that way"? perhaps un update on training is in needed.

Hey @Sportsnet can you please fix the Now app. It’s still drops out all of the time. No other streaming service has these problems. Pretty embarrassing that the one owned by a major telco does @Rogers

Hey, @RogersHelps.... I've received 4 calls from local numbers in the last 3 hours, all hanging up, not saying anything. Call it back, and the number is not in service. ARE YOU GUYS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS???? Canadians have LOST ALL CONFIDENCE in receiving phone calls, FYI.
