Natalie (@natalierlandry) reported@WearyKirin @RogersHelps Also, there are many things that are considered an emergency without the need for 911. If my child’s school needed to get a hold of me or a family member etc ... not to mention the amount of business people have missed with no text/call services.

Jeff W (@jeffster1970) reported@jaysfaninwhite @RogersHelps Just my 10¢ worth of opinion: get yourself a good wireless router/AP. Doesn't matter if it's Bell or Rogers or whoever, they give crappy equipment that has poor whole home coverage. I use Google and I get the advertised speeds throughout most of my home.

CG (@smil3ytweets) reported@Rogers hello, I’m having issues with internet connectivity and I have my final exam at 8am. I live in malton, Mississauga

lana lafoy (@lanalafoy) reported@Rogers Empty apologies for 12+ hours & counting of no service is not acceptable. What do you intend to do about the social impact that this #rogersoutage #rogersfail has had? Nothing..... yeah, I figured because how dare a huge monopoly take responsibility?!?!?!
