    For over two weeks, my grandmother has spoken with over 18 @Rogers representatives to access supports to aid with her visual impairment. Each has bounced her from rep to rep & supervisor to supervisor to follow up with what they promised to do to help.

    @androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.

    @RogersHelps 25 brownspring Rd. I'm sure you can see the history. Everything is connected and "working" to the modem but clearly outside connection is down. 4162923458 is home number
