    @Karen22912 I cannot wait to talk to @Rogers about my plan and see what bs excuses they give me to not lower and change it. @CRTCeng needs to step in a bring down these corrupt companies who are literally sucking us dry for something thats not a luxury or an option but a necessity now

    Been on hold @rogers for almost an hour now and still waiting! I don't know how they can ppssibly eliminate 25,000 positions. The service os already horrible as it is.

    @RogersHelps Don’t see hardware issue, checked on ur site, don’t see location issue but my neighbour also told he is facing similar problem
