@pozpiggy86 @CRTCeng @Rogers oh? Is this in regards to Rogers secret cap that kicks in a secret throttle for a secret amount of days on your "unlimited" service. There is an complaint & "tariff file" on this. You should file a complaint to the CRTC & file with the CCTS. If u need a hand just drop me a DM.

@RogersHelps Saturday had to wait on the phone for 4 hours. By the time I could talk to an agent the phone call dropped. Today I waited on the line twice for one hour. Both times the phone call dropped. I’m sure there are better internet customer service out there.

@RogersHelps Please do. Customer care is lacking to say the least. I went to Roger's after Bell to compare, I didn't want to switch. But, I was ignored, treated like I was bothering them, lied to about a phone I wanted, instead of simply checking inventory. Not to mention the attitude.

@RogersHelps Our bill was increased without any warning... Our wifi extenders were never shipped out and were ordered on Nov 3rd., And service keeps dropping off

@Rogers @RogersHelps after waiting over 90m for a call back, I was connected to an agent who left me on hold for over 25 mins when all I wanted to do was add a channel. The call got disconnected and I never heard back. Horrible customer service and you can’t blame this on Covid!
