@Rogers Rogers made my life Hell. I am working from home professional. They canceled my internet service accidentally and now its been a 6 days and they haven’t fixed the issue yet. Worst customer service ever. Departments are not working in coordination. You are the worst at CS.

@Rogers This survey must have been taken before your April 19th nightmare when Rogers cellular/data service dropped right across the country for most of the day. Did you forget about that already?

@Rogers I've talked to 2 customer service agents the past 10 days. Things seem to have changed at Rogers, and not for the better. Absolutely ZERO benefits to being a long time customer.
