    @RogersHelps can I exchange my modem by taking it to a Rogers store or it needs a ticket? I’ve been on hold@with Rogers tech for 30 min to only be hung up on as soon as my turn came in queue and call back option not working.

    @RogersHelps our internet is still out (for over an hour now) which means I am missing meetings. I called into support and scheduled a call backX which I just received. I was put on hold, never spoke to someone live, and then was hung up on. This is service???
