Hey @RogersHelps trying to get my moms internet speed to where it is supposed to be. It’s on par with her old Bell satellite. Getting timed out from tech support chat while they try to work on things isn’t a great way to ensure it gets fixed. 2 hours later I’m reconnecting

@Bell your Wireless Internet 25 Service has deteriorated from a good service to a horrible service in the space of 4 months. Why? They oversold the capacity of their system as confirmed by 3 techs. Switching to @RogersHelps in 1 week.

@Rogers What i meant was, with or without that “high speed” your connection still sucks. Koodo has fast connection in basement but rogers doesn’t even have a signal.
