@jmcahill1 @570NEWS @Rogers I do get that but if you read a lot of their messages and even the ceo yesterday, Ericsson name was dropped about 6 times. Rogers just needs to own it and they never do. I’ve had my Bill jacked 3 times in the last year. It’s to find this type of stuff. Falls on them IMO

@RogersHelps Can you please define some. I had no network & you say SOME???? Atleast acknowledge the problem for what it was. I could not reach my kids, while I was at work.

@RogersHelps so we’ve been having issues with our internet since we installed the Ignite system. We were told it would improve but it’s been nothing but horrible. Kids doing online schooling on my hotspot. $$Working from home with no connections! Guess you’re not “inthistogether”
