    @RogersHelps Love how I recorded a specific episode of First 48, went to play it and had a network problem. Restarted IPTV box and it deleted with no trace in recordings. Showed up in OnDemand list, yet it's broken showing only 14:30 of an hour-long program...like wtf I hate IPTV

    @RogersHelps Hi. I need help with my modem which is constantly giving me problems for the last 2 weeks. Poor wifi and intermittent loss of connectivity. Badly affecting my work and kids schooling. Upgraded from a Google wifi mesh to a Wifi 6 AX6000 wifi router. Still no benefit

    @RogersHelps 3 consecutive days of internet outages at home. Can't even get through to for support. Going to have to look for a more reliable provider.
