@RogersHelps so as the drama continues after I was told that this 24 hour outage would be resolved at 6 am I'm now told that they need to send in a tec to my place & that won't happen until Friday. So that'll be 3 days without internet or cable. Wow.

@RogersHelps Watching Save My Reno on Global and it no longer has automatic, unchangeable closed captioning like it did yesterday. Note that I didn't change anything from my end and didn't have to waste time calling or DMing you for it to be corrected. It was a Rogers problem not mine.

My @Rogers @RogersHelps internet is down again. Tell me HOW they're allowed to claim they're doing things to boost network stability when I experience at least 2 outrages a month. Usually for a substantial period and in the middle of a work day.
