    @gregnine1963 @Rogers @NHL Bell has customer service training but management is stupid! Lol I know I worked there! But they did teach some form of customer service! I worked at Fido and bell ! Dell ! In 3 weeks 21 customers took time to write in to thank me! Offered to teach customer service to Fido!

    @RogersHelps it's pretty crazy that in a pandemic when I need internet you can't come and fix it and I have to wait 48 hours. If there's ever been a time to switch it's because bell can have me set up in the morning and I need internet for work. Brutal.

    @RogersHelps Been doing that for years. It always says no issues and anytime I report an issue I get a response saying it's my phone.

    @Rogers We had a power outage last night and now our internet is down. Postal code L9W5A5. We have rebooted the Ignite box and still nothing. Please advise.
