@RogersHelps Hi Rogers. Thanks for the message. I haven't had any issues today, for the 1st day, but apparently you've been sending emails to customers about the issue and I haven't received a single one. How is it I'm not getting those emails? You email when my bills are ready.

@RogersHelps The fact you needed customers to inform you that 2 days’ credit was woefully inadequate is absurd. Even 5 days is insulting. We’re not paying by the day. We pay for the assuredness that it’s a reliable ongoing service. By your standard I’ll just withhold pmt for days I’m offline.

@RogersHelps @ItsJennyJ Is it 5 days per service? So if I have 3 cells, 2 tablets, TV, internet, and phone, it 5 days for each or just the acct?

.@RogersHelps can you please tell me how big the bill credit will be for those of your clients who couldn't reach emergency services and died? What credit are their families getting? Like fifty bucks?

@AboutRogers @Rogers Im refusing the credit and signing up for the class action. They wanna buy out Shaw and can't even manage their current network. **** telecom monopoly. We need more service providers not less.

@Bob_Allan1 @AboutRogers @Rogers I had Rogers Legacy, went to Ignite and back to Legacy in 15 days. Having Bell home Phone on their legacy LAN allows you phone to work even in an electrical outage.👍 The legacy doesn't allow home phone to work in an outage at all. WIFI runs the home phone on Ignite. 👎

@Rogers sending out emails like "We know the outage was bad but please don't cancel your services, we promise this is the ninth and final time this will happen"
