@RogersHelps Why do you keep telling people majority of service are up when they're clearly not in most major metropolitan areas and especially when you can't access most websites reliably? You can't say services are restored when your download ping times are 500+ms, its unusable

@RogersHelps before Rogers start to talk about credits maybe you should wait until your service is completely restored. My cell phone service came back about noon. Now I am experiencing a situation whereby some outgoing calls are being dropped after 1 or two rings.

So @Rogers's big #nointernet day yesterday was due to a 'routine update'. The one last year, before I became a reluctant customer, was a 'software update'. Do they not know how to update their systems without causing national chaos by now? WTF, Rogers?
