    @RogersHelps why did I have to restart my phone & internet a gazillion times, apologize to customers for not being able to make it to our scheduled phone calls, and have to Google the problem before realizing there is a nationwide issue? This is obnoxious!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Friday you sent out a "Maintenance" notice to your Corp clients about a 6 hours change window last night. Short notice, and a extended outage window. That translates to an emergency fix, and it went really bad. Am I wrong?
