@RogersHelps Rogers to be punished badly. Their version of communication with customers are not acceptable. I hope people should learn lesson from this issue and quit the company asap.

@THEREELBROW @RogersHelps I got to spend the entire day trying to get an e-transfer in so my car payment didn’t bounce. I’m glad that was my only issue. It is insane allowing a private company like rogers control so many fundamental services.

@RogersHelps Now here is something funny. I had someone soliciting from Rogers at my door at supper time yesterday. (I’m a Bell customer). I told them they picked a bad day to solicit and sent them on their way.

@KemekoMills @RogersHelps That is between you and teksavvy, Rogers has already said and has in the past given customer credits. Do you really think teksavvy will hand over and credit to you? You should really know who you are in bed with, with teksavvy. At least Rogers is upfront with their shadyness.
