    @RogersHelps The regular Sportsnet Ont. Works fine it's my fall back because it always works. Just the 4k since we got cable is the issue. It was working fine the majority of the year but the last 2-3 weeks it's not working properly. I have had Rogers since the fall of 2020.

    @Rogers Not a good start to a new internet service st a new address! You really need to fix the antiquated back end system you use as it's complete trash!

    @RogersHelps service has been down in the M5N area code for over an hour. What’s up?!? I need to work so I can pay my exorbitantly high internet bills. I’ve been hotspotting with my phone, I expected To be reimbursed for all the data I’m using from my phone.

    @RogersHelps - Internet has now been down for 2 straight days with no update. 4 of the past 5 days. All I was told was that it was the "modems in my area" Not sure what that means. At min an ETA would be appreciated.

    @RogersHelps I wasn’t trying to be snarky — but, it’s an honest question. I’ll try to rephrase: I’ve spoken with 2 customer support reps (helpful/nice), but my account problem needs to be dealt with someone with specific expertise. Have I been shunted to an unattended line or is this normal?
