    @RogersHelps is there an ignite outage in Ottawa?? We’ve had spotty service all day today - we’ve reset the hub, and unplugged our set top box, but still the spotty service prevails - any solution??

    @RogersHelps constant intermittent Internet for days, now it's just outright down. I lost one job mid-covid because poor rogers service while working from home, will I lose another? Phone wait time is 1 hour. I don't know why I stay with Rogers sometimes

    @RogersHelps I have been on the phone for 2.5 hours just to get an appt for your premium Ignite service. 3 team members later and my issues are still to be resolved when the technician comes onsite. Thank goodness for my meditation practice!!

    @RogersHelps @RogersHelps Ottawa ignite TV not functioning. All channels freezing or going black (both Canadian and US networks). Used the ignite app to reboot. Didn’t fix it. Unplugged everything and replugged. Still not working. Internet not affected. Please fix!

    @RogersHelps Are there service interruptions in Ottawa today? My internet and cable has cut out three times today. I’ve unplugged my ignite hub, let it sit for 1 min then reconnected for 30 mins max and it cuts out again. Light on hub is either yellow or red.
