    @rogers Hey, you guys apparently screwed up the labels on new shipments, so Fed Ex refused to release my phone to me, and customer service has now hung up on me twice after 4 transfers. For this I pay you a fortune every month?

    Hey @rogers @RogersHelps Stop charging me for Roam Like Home when I haven’t left Canada in over 2 years. While you’re at it, try actually staffing your Customer Service offices so that when we call or Live Chat we can actually reach someone.

    @RogersHelps y'all wanna fix our internet or nah because @cjriot and I had this problem for a month, we were told that someone was coming to fix this issue yesterday and no one showed up... If this is the promise you keep to customers, I'm disgusted.

    Man @Rogers is one disaster after another, no wonder the service is ****. Been waiting months for someone to fix their **** on our road, has anyone come? NOPE! Pay monthly for services that work less then half. Next time I call I will be demanding they pay us for our troubles!

    @RogersHelps My home internet is down for over 24 hours since Friday, I already book a technician scheduled on Monday, I want to know is there an outage in Nepean area or is it just me?
