magenta72 (@valleylily56) reported@Rogers doesn't have customer service on Sundays now. Their service continues to get worse, more unsolicited scam calls, with fewer options in doing anything about these issues. Not pleased!!! @CRTCeng
-
Joey Prefontaine (@northshorejoey) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers My recent call had this woman who didn't speak English, couldn't enunciate her words and mumbled. When you take Jobs away from Canadians in Canada and move your call center to countries that pay less to save money will never have customer service.
-
Peter Carollo (@petercarollo63) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I just today switched from @Rogers after being a loyal customer for 15+ years. Their latest $5 increase scam was enough for me to move to a better carrier.
-
Barca (@BarcaRaptors) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers How is a customer service rep supposed to know the answer that you should be asking from corporate. Unreasonable thing to do to someone who doesn’t even have the authority or accurate information
-
ambam (@ItsReallyAmber) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers was one of the last of the big 3 who had all their customer service agents in Canada. Covid hit. Shaw merger happened. Ceo changed and they wanted a bigger profit so they laid off a majority of the Canadian staff in favour of the cheaper labour outside of north america

Cm (@leafsforever72) reported@OILanatude @Rogers @telusmobility Damn I was debating doing this switch Telus is absolute *** for service
-
linzypinzy (@linzypinzy2) reported@JustMeJamie64 @SecondGuerilla @Rogers Isn’t the cdn cell phone cartels one of the issues with the tariffs and trade agreements. I’d rather be annexed than deal with a country that just sent 10s of 1000s of men to invade Spain.
-
Teresa Reza (@teresa_reza) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Instead of finding a different way to install a service they butchered every single garage entryway in the neighborhood including mine which was BRAND NEW. I canceled every service I had with Rogers. At Telus, everyone you speak to is out of 🇨🇦 Next to get canceled
-
Wake Turbulence (@Airwave_1_) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers They did, they used to be 100% Canadian support and marketed it that way. They just started offloading them in the last couple years. Sorry to say you missed the boat. It’s headed the other way now.

Cristina Aiello (@caiello2) reported@Rogers Not so reliable, my cable keeps cutting out since July 24/26, 3 service calls since then but today Aug 17/26 it cut out again. Called bulk rate # 1-855-256-0052 on hold forever, finally hung up. Bulk service # 934761297. Can you help?
