@RogersHelps Your credit dept has cut my tv services and I a Have been trying to get through since Saturday and I can't. Thus is completely unacceptable. I spent 3hrs on the phone yesterday and still trying today. I gotten no help at all....

@DustinMorris13 @Rogers @CRTCeng I agree. It is bad news for Canadians. Rogers has money to have Buble do commercials for CHFM but keeps cutting its #yyc content and I feel will cut many more Canadian jobs.

Would be great if @rogerstv @RogersHelps could actually help resolve service and billing issues. After two separate calls, two hours from my day, and still no resolution of channels access or Internet speeds ordered back in mid-November, time to take to Twitter. #fail #EpicFail

@RogersHelps It seems there’s a widespread outage in the Mississauga area, I’m having issues with my wifi and so is my family down the street from me. Are there any updates on when this will be fixed?
