Edith (@edpear) reported@RogersHelps I did and I talked to a Philippines who couldn't help me. Twitter is my last resort option after every oversea person I reached never understood the problem or worse thought they fixed it but didn't. They are not too smart in my experience.

bijboutique (@bijboutique1) reported@RogersHelps @TELUS sucks! Their customer support is just as bad as their services. Clueless and only concerned with selling me fiber optic.
-
Jack Carlow (@jackcarlow11) reported@Rogers @ShawDirect you guys are a disgrace. Back to back years in the Open Championship you can’t put the golf on in Canada. Embarrassing. This is not what golf fans deserve after what they pay for. Please fix
-
KilconaVC (@KilconaVC) reported@RogersHelps I’ve rebooted my router about 100 times in the past few months. These kind of issues I expected in the advent of wireless services. Not in the present day. Prior to your takeover of Shaw I had to reboot my router almost never.

Golfmulligan (@GolfMulligan) reported@RogersHelps @JayJanower Horrible screwup. Just horrible.

Arbutus Running Fox (@xuanyuanxiaohei) reported@Rogers If you're cancelling Rogers service, don't rely on a phone call alone. Make sure you get written or email confirmation of your cancellation. Otherwise, you may end up being billed for a service you already cancelled and returned the equipment for.
-
Future (@Future2025to28) reported@RogersHelps @REWoman No, they’re not answering! You guys are in the field of “Tele-communication” and I wonder how come your communication with your clients is so poor? Why can’t you attend calls from your customers? You are the boss of “Telecommunication”. Strange!!

Irene-Irka😺🇺🇦🇨🇦 (@Irene_NoKillTO) reported@RogersHelps Why can't your customer service staff provide that information. I specifically asked their manager for an alternative contact.
