I am actually done using @Rogers now🙏. I got transferred by 3 departments on @RogersHelps customer service and waited for over 45 min, only to know that the internet won't be fixed until 10pm coz some update in area. Why do you need to update in the peak hours(1pm-10pm)

Hey @Google having trouble with messages not going through as mms. Even if they should be sent as sms. @Rogers says it's your fault. Is this true? Or is it their network? This has been a sporadic problem on our #pixel5 phones since the Rogers crash, worse since #android13 update.

@RogersHelps Why why why would anyone do that, I've had Rogers for years, pay for cell internet, and its down more then its up. Lucky to get connected for a few hours to send emails then it craps out

@Rogers @NHL Our entire house runs on Rogers home internet and cell service. We have had speeds of less then 5 mpbs for 3 months, even though we're paying $100 a month for at least 25mbps. So I'm wondering when our service will be fully back and what will I be getting out of this.

@RogersHelps Brampton South area. Land and phone data up and down all morning. I see multiple service trucks but no progress. I don’t get paid unless I work(from home) so I will be switching services.
