@RogersHelps Service is restored but can barely connect and WiFi won't even allow a Web page to open. Extremely frustrated with lack of functionality. We will be looking into other service providers after this.

@Rogers @RogersHelps so you are blaming an update for the shutdown of the network. That's what happened a year ago. Are your techs that dumb they didn't learn from the first time? No TV, internet, or cell service because you didn't learn from the first outage to test first!?!?
