    @RogersHelps The MyRogers online platform does not provide any options for marketing opt out, so I will keep tweeting this complaint every time I receive a call until you do something about it.

    @RogersHelps Thanks but after devoting 60 mins to a simple issue with no resolution, I am reluctant to start again from scratch. My suggestion: don't worry about the exact issue, look at the broad issue that interactions with Rogers tend to be difficult and disappointing.
