@AmandaBernardo @Rogers In Barrhaven. Drops about a minute, several times a day since the massive outage. I do nothing, there is no outward sign on the modem. Comes back on its own without intervention. Rogers says nothing. Got them coming to the house tomorrow. MASSIVE INCONVENIENCE! LOST CONFIDENCE.

@RogersHelps Technician says it’s an area outage because there’s no connection from the cable box on the street. He said ETA for maintenance would be 2-3 days which is ridiculous — how can I escalate this?

@ShameenChris13 @Rogers Dude, I got a bill for a service I don't have anymore! Their whole system is broken, that's the issue. They run everything on an old Windows 98 system.
