@RogersHelps I’m not sure intermittent means what you think it does. Based on personal experience, my phone does not work at all, according to your description, it should work at least some of the time and this is not the case. What is actually taking place is a full interruption in service.

@RogersHelps You need to fess up and tell your customers what's up. Take it seriously. I've already for 2000 people ready to file a class-action lawsuit. The premise is that your phone service is an essential service to millions of Canadians, and you are essentially lying to the public.

@jeterfan28 @RogersHelps That's awful!!! Yeah I'm finding they do less and less to try and keep their current customers. Plus we pay the most expensive plans in the world in Canada.
