@RogersHelps I have been down since 6 am. No phone, no text messages and no internet.........apologizes are not worth the paper they are written on. Where is a credit??? I am on month to month.........hey Bell here we come.

@RogersHelps Not having service is a safety risk for me personally. I have a physical disability and if I don’t have service to be able to reach out to someone in emergency it’s very dangerous.

@RogersHelps I will expect my bill this month to be waived, if this bleeds into tomorrow I am going to need a large credit applied to stay with your service. This is ridiculous. No updates, the same old "we are working on it" isn't good enough. It has been over 12 hours.

@RogersHelps Can we have an update? It's been silent all day. Any ETR? Also it's definitely not "some" customers. It is "most" customers. Even here in AB we have no service on the Rogers/Fido/Chatr network.
