Dimitri (@dimitrigeorga) reportedAbsolutely the worst customer service experience @Rogers For what we pay you in Canada it’s ridiculous. As much as you’d like to get rid of paying people your AI “agents” are terrible. Your customer service was awful years ago and it’s gotten even worse.

LVNTHEDRM (@Adams11Colin) reportedWhy do big company’s like @Rogers @amazon have such ****** customer service… They take your $ no problem but when you have an issue or concern good luck having it resolved… Business don’t care about customers anymore it’s really sad.

🐻❄️ Dave Sandford 🦌 (@Dave_Sandford) reported@SturdyHugh @RogersHelps Spot on Hugh A communications company that makes it so frustrating to actually communicate with them. Frustrate the customer so much they just give up trying.

Chris Thorne Art (@christhorneart) reported@FierySharky @Rogers @Sportsnet Sportsnet continues to make bad after bad decisions regarding hockey and hockey coverage. Why buy the license if you are just going to kill the coverage? And in turn the fanbase?

Georgiana Balanica (@GeorgianaB83826) reportedHey @Rogers you need to do a much better job at dealing with your customers! I’ve been waiting for more than 15 minutes today to be transferred to talk to a supervisor after dealing with a customer service representative for more than 30 minutes that couldn’t understand my request for a service upgrade! You can’t put customers on hold for that long without resolution so I had to drop the call! Train your employees and train them how to properly help customers meet their needs! I know I’ve been working in this industry for over 15 years! I’ve started in customer service however it’s not what it used to be! Now it seems you want to get rid of customers as fast as possible instead of helping them and ensuring they remain loyal to your business!

Lynn Without an E (@Moon_River05) reported@blu_kryptonian It's hard wired into the cable box. @Rogers does everything in their power to make sure their customers are unhappy. It's really quite incredible. They actually have an automated message that says "We are too busy to take your call, goodbye" when you call customer service. Goodbye is right!!!
