    Anyone else’s home internet / wifi still slow since the @RogersHelps outage? Firestick is constantly buffering now….before the outage…NEVER!

    @RogersHelps I also keep upgrading my internet speeds as well to see if that helps my issue but it doesn't and some of the techs that have visited blames the street lights so I'm sucking money down the drain and when I called tonight to tech support it just feels like I'm the

    @Rogers @RogersBiz @theJagmeetSingh 1- questions: Why your customer agents kept on telling me that I am being scammed by a Rogers's representative? Why your agents cannot show me a 3 years contract that I signed, and instead telling me that Rogers does it's contract verbally?

    @RogersHelps DNS is broken again. I can't resolve some sites using the Rogers servers, but if I force a different DNS server in nslookup, it resolves just fine. Usually, they end up scheduling a reboot I believe.
