    Here we go again another day that @RogersHelps internet and tv are down. Estimated time 4-24 hours to fix. No credit, no unlimited data nothing offered. @JustinTrudeau end the monopoly bring in some competition. This is ridiculous!

    up&down service all week. 36 hours w no tv,no notice when service was restored, loss of 30$ online during an interaction when service cut, Interruption to 2 work meetings, overage on data plan bc I had to use data when I had no wifi. Rogers offer? 21$. @RogersHelps @Bell ? Hello?

    Hey @Rogers, I work from home and pay a lot for your services, and right now I'm struggling to work while tethered to my phone, because my Ignite is down...again. I love using up all my cellular data in one day because I have no choice and want to keep my job...

    @RogersHelps Hello, I have been trying to return an internet POD for few weeks now . When I call customer service , they have to transfer to customer care and then there is a wait for one hour. Then I finally got hold of someone, I did not get email instructions.Are you learning from mistake
