Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • ajquann2003 AJ Quann (@ajquann2003) reported

@RogersHelps Will this affect the Disney+ promo? I was told it starts as soon as my service is installed

  • allisonmacd Allison Whitney (@allisonmacd) reported

@Rogers tech messes up and knocks out our internet while working on another line in the bldg. Then cancels our service request. Schedules another for nearly a week later. Normally really like our @TekSavvyNetwork service but sometimes a 3rd party vendor is kinda the worst. (1/2)

  • robnastyyy Rob (@robnastyyy) reported

On hold for over an hour with @Rogers just to cancel my internet that hasn't worked for FOUR months, is this really the only way?? What a trash company. Once this is over with I'm literally never touching their services again

  • ZaidiSabeeh Sabeeh (@ZaidiSabeeh) reported

@RogersHelps I will, it would help though if the "email chat transcript" functionality can be fixed in the support live chat. I've tried thrice but none of the chat transcripts have been emailed to me. Now Rogers wants me to mail them a physical letter to receive the chat by mail.

@Rogers Rogers if you like Outages. Bell and Telus if you want reliable service.

  • scooper2001 Sandy Cooper (@scooper2001) reported

@Rogers @ConsumerSOS I've had no service since this afternoon. Never received a notification from Rogers about an outage. After calling was told an outage in my area. No idea when service will be restored. So, no communication from Rogers and no idea when I will have service

  • DDLCTR Pale Child (@DDLCTR) reported

@noeljuliet @RogersHelps I would recommend making the switch to Bell immediately. My landlord made the switch from Bell to Rogers last month. I never had an issue with Bell or the internet in this unit. Since the switch, I’ve lost 6 entire days of internet connectivity. Never one issue with Bell.

  • bassjay Jayne Bassett (@bassjay) reported

@RogersHelps what is happening to our service . Internet keeps dropping throughout the day.

  • AureliaCotta Aurelia Cotta (@AureliaCotta) reported

@BrianG416 @Rogers And worst of all, Rogers had provided commercial software for running the 911 phone system and other critical govt phone systems…and that failed. So even if your neighbour with a landline tried to call 911, that (depending on location) failed.

  • satyavamsireddy satyavamsireddy (@satyavamsireddy) reported

@RogersHelps Is there any outage again? My internet was unstable and we’re working from home. Omg this is ridiculous.
