@RogersBiz @rogershelp We have a corporate acct and have been trying to to upgrade our phones. Once I got disconnected the second time I spent 3 hours and thought I finally updated my acct. I'm still waiting for my phones. Your customer service is lacking.

@RogersHelps I’m shocked this is how you treat paying customers for years. Cutting my brand new driveway for my neighbours cable even after u said no. The worst part is you said on the phone you would send out another company to see if they could dig around my driveway

@RogersHelps internet and cable down AGAIN in neighborhood. Son missed half his grad ceremony and I am wasting a half vacation day to deal with this. This is happening constantly.
