@heatherbambrick @Rogers I’ve been with Bell for a very long time & we’ve rarely had issues. If we do, they have been fixed quickly. Used to have Rogers for cable & they gave us endless grief. Hope it gets sorted soon.

@GuerreroGabym @RogersHelps @Fidomobile Its a real crapshoot with Rogers service techs. Most of the time you get the room temperature IQ guys who take a 5min look around, a few tests and tell you they don't know what's wrong. Occasionally you'll get one who will actually do the job well.
