I canceled my Internet service from Rogers and I talked with customer care to cancel it. She told me that there will be no charges on cancellation. Yesterday I got the bill of $ 691.89 + $81.09. Can someone please look into it @RogersHelps . Thankyou

@CBCNews We support this decision for the follow reason: Canada is too small a market to compete with US companies. This merger will give @Rogers a standing chance against US competitors. What that means is more money stays in the Canadian economy, instead of being transferred south.

He was just reading a script. At the end I asked for a customer service survey. He said I would get it in the email. I have still not gotten it two days later. I ended up having to pay the $600 while @RogersBiz continues fooling people. I wouldn’t have given in but
