I'm really not impressed with ignite TV @RogersHelps Brand new tech should not require this much trouble shooting.

So, one hour ago I messaged @RogersHelps - 2 hours ago and still waiting on that silly "Live Agent", and waiting on the phone for 1 1/2 hours. The Worst CSR Award goes out to #Rogers, slightly ahead of #Bell. This is shameful. Are you really that short-staffed?

  • torimyles Tori Myles (@torimyles) reported from Georgina, Ontario

@Bell looking to switch my 2 cell phones, ignite internet, wifi, tv and smart home monitoring over from @RogersHelps Is the customer service better?

  • datachick Karen Lopez (@datachick) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Yet again someone has let a third party link their account to my @Rogers login. Again. This time I’m going to insist on getting info how this happened.
