    @vote4robgill @Rogers The credit should cover the inconvenience, the money issues and the problems created by the issues. Calculating the credit solely on the basis of time isn't responsive to the problems customers actually faced.

    @RogersHelps. It seems there are still issues with television service in Toronto. I'm seeing choppy video & audio keeps cutting out on my ignite service. The internet is working, but streaming has some lag too. The roll out was not poorly executed! heads gotta roll.

    @RogersHelps Ignite still not working properly … intermittent TV and internet. Many tweets noting the same issue yet you claim service is restored. It’s not.

But if this had been a power outage, would you be seeking compensation from the power company? I just haven't heard of people trying to do that before... But maybe this will set the precedent.
