    @CapitaJim @Bell_Aliant @Rogers I'm really ticked off here today. They're giving my $18 + tx for 5 days without service when I moved and they won't give me my home phone which was included in a bundle last year that I never ever got due to covid. Now I have to pay $15 extra to get the phone!

    @RogersHelps so it turns out myRogers account can get blocked by their social media department. WTF this aint fair when you access the accounts properly. @rogers has terrible security precautions and wastes customer's time.

    ..this essential service. I have requested a call back from a manager. No call. I don't understand how big business can GET AWAY with this and not be held accountable. Customers obviously don't come first for @Rogers Profit over the welfare of Canadians during this time #evident

    @Rogers thanks for the reminder that my bill is due in a week on the same day it's been due every month for the last 7 years, y'all really need that $97.00 that bad to buy Shaw? I could see the random friendly text reminder if the balance on my account wasn't $0.00 lol random

    They ask you to DM... after the 7th back and forth your automatically sent a customer satisfaction survey.... they should just tell you to switch to @Rogers
