Sept 23/22 No Ignite Internet services or TV services this morning at 2:03 AM. Support notified. CSR said whole area is out. Happy to report sevices have been restored. Everything working when I wake at 11 AM. @Rogers @RogersHelps

@Rogers Hire more people takes at 9-10am weekends ave of 27-58 mins to speak with someone, and when I have to get transferred cause they can't help after 40 mins, they stick me back in hold and after about 20 mins the LINE DROPS. How can a "Communications" company, be so bad at that?

@Rogers I don't understand how you aren't grasping this. There is a widespread @Rogers outage that includes #ldnont right now. Please explain how reporting the widespread Rogers outage can be addressed by @startca? Explain like I am in Kindergarten, because it doesn't make sense.

Hey @rogers @RogersHelps you cancelled all my family's phones without warning and I can't get in touch with anyone to help. I'm switching providers but I would like an explanation and a refund.
