@ColinDMello Still without service in central Kitchener, Ontario. @RogersHelps. The mall about 1,000 metres down the street from my house has been back online all day. We've been operating on a borrowed hotspot.

@RogersHelps We may be "back online" but I can assure you the internet for most of us is no where near acceptable. Our devices can't communicate with many websites, video games or even our own hardware. Error messages, internet speed slowing down and even stopping completely.

@SamHersh01 @RogersHelps @VassyKapelos I got an email saying my internet/cable is going up by $20.00. $10.00 for each service. It is Cocego. I am so sick of being ripped off . All of them are bad and in bed together.

My @Rogers internet is still out(2nd Day). There's no way of contacting them. I was on call with customer service and they said they'd call.. They did.. But then disconnected immediately. Chat isn't available, busy.. Cell network is sh*tty slow but showing "5G".... #Rogers Help?

@RogersHelps seriously rethink the corporate strategy for informing about these outages. We’re sorry and we’re fixing it is neither acceptable nor appropriate when cell phone service to 911 is afffected @CRTCeng needs to invoke some sort of mandate and investigate independently

@RogersHelps I was told to CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! with what phone!!?? there were 2 employees there just watching TV. Why can't I just use your phone instead of telling me to go find a phone why are they there watching TV

@rogers my tv service is sporadic at best since the entire day of outage yesterday…terrible customer service when you try to engage anyone with online chat…going back to Bell
