@RogersHelps How about a little transparency to your millions of paying customers as to what the cause of this service outage is? Catastrophic data centre failure? Hack? Aliens? Honesty with your customer base instead of a half baked “we’re working on it, we’re sorry” goes a long way.

Many drivers and couriers could not work last 15 hours in Canada due to the your technical problem. How do you think to compensate it? @RogersHelps if you cannot fix this problem until tomorrow morning, I will transfer my wireless to another company. FYI

@RogersHelps Soooooo just going to downplay that the whole nation has been out of service all day.. Working from home and on the road has never been so lovely....
