    @RogersHelps Thx. Fixed by 6 p.m. Apparently someone else on my street also had internet issues. Definitely a hyperlocal outage.

    @Rogers Except having to wait over 4+ weeks for a phone supposed to be my daughters Christmas present and then asked to call and have to wait on hold for over 3 hours!! Been a customer over 15 years, this is the worst service I have received yet!!

    @RogersHelps Yo any chance your ever going to stabilize ignite in East York. I'd like to get 24 hours continuous connectivity but that seems impossible for Canadas largest most expensive service provider. Guess who doesn't have a service outage right now? @TELUS

    @RogersHelps 3+ hours to speak to a rep, live chat says try again later, and if I try to change my service in myrogers I get a technical error. This has got to be the worst customer service I have EVER experienced!
