@IronOmie @dm_tats @Rogers Things don't magically happen. There is a cause to what happened and more than likely, it was an innocent error that snowballed into something bad. It doesn't mean the person won't be blamed for it. Right now there's too many variables to say with certainty what happened.

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers You realize this happened because Rogers refuses to invest profits into new equipment? They made a good decision 14 years ago to go colex vs dsl. And have ran the same **** since. It happened twice this year because it’s being overloaded. This is their fault. Souly. For profits.

@RogersHelps There is no LTE available yet, calling with 3G/HSPA is available. This is not full service restoration.

@RogersHelps I have been a customer for more than 15 years. I missed a day of pay yesterday and a call that my grandmother had a serious medical emergency. I hope you actually compensate people instead of just taking a day off the bill.

@CTVMontreal weak cell signal I have here in Mtl. Before the Rogers error of shutting us all down. I always had full signal at 5 bars, now I have 1 bar or 2 at best. I do not want a small ‘credit’applied to my next bill, I want the whole month of August free. #rogershelps #rogersdown

Tweet your MP and tell them you want the @rogers buyout of @ShawInfo stopped by the @CRTCeng!!! This outage shows they dont invest enough in their own infrastructure, instead focusing on acquisitions to improve their monopoly of lacklustre service.

@RogersHelps My services are back but signal is very weak. Spotty cell service, TV and internet. Hopefully things go back to normal soon. Trying to get in touch with a delivery I was supposed to receive last night and didn't.
