    @Rogers DO BETTER!This is absoloutely ridiculous!Rogers accidentally disconnected my internet while I'm in the middle of editing & sending reports for work!Called Rogers & despite it being THEIR fault,I now have to call their customer care line & wait on hold for OVER AN HOUR!!!!

    @mikeinboston @michaelgrange Basically They got the stadium for free after taxpayers had put 600 million $ ? Into it, maybe they could just build a ballpark instead of turning it into a cash grab, it’s not like @rogers can’t afford it!! Not sure how much public support a real estate play will get...

    @MollyMiksa @Rogers CSRs I've spoken to are very polite, nice people. But the system is ridiculous. Customers should be able to order the products (cable, internet, phone, etc.) online, like almost all other retailers. Contacting a CSR should be the last thing a customer needs to do, not the 1st.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps you guys totes messed up my phone upgrade situation...luckily I caught this. I had upgraded my parents phone plans but the two iphone 12 orders won't put through......I guess this is how you treat your customers that's been with you for over 18 years...🤬😠😤

    @rogershelps when your people keep failing me the problem isn't the people. You don't care about my security system but you will call every five minutes to try to sell me a new phone. What gives?

    @MollyMiksa @Rogers Handing out better rates because someone complains online doesn't seem like a transparent way to treat customers. Feels more like dealing with a shady used car dealer. I propose creating a Rogers Customers Bill of Rights and sharing. Thoughts?

    @RogersHelps I am SO disgusted by the customer service I've received so far! Can you believe that one of your managers REFUSED to speak to me???? How is that acceptable customer service????
