Steer clear of @RogersHelps #ignite internet, bc u won’t be able to watch out an entire Netflix series, seamlessly wfh w/out hotspotting ur phone or enjoy a weekend bc they have to send technicians who spend hours only for them to send another on Sunday bc it still doesnt work

@RogersHelps let me know how I can #cancel. I DM you, you bullshit me, I call and it gets transferred to the cancellation dept and never gets answered. I have had no internet for over 12 hours after weeks of it dropping every day. I no longer want to do business with you.

Hey @RogersHelps my internet is down again. I tried calling technical support and the response I got was they can’t look at my account at the moment due to maintenance and I should call back in about 4 hours. Your reliability and customer service has done nothing but go downhill.

@bell_support confirmed 3 times w/ move valet - tech comes ystday- no install. Told priority for today. Spoke 3 times w tech told call back in 5 mins - no call. 80+ yr olds - no phone! What if there is an emergency? Should I call @rogers Monday?

@RogersHelps Yeah for a 1.5 Gb service these speeds are terrible. A tech was sent out yesterday he said he did everything he could & referee the issue to maintenance. Now they are saying the speeds are fine

@Rogers our condo was told we had to convert to IGNITE wireless and now the whole building is unable to enjoy tv! #ignitetv sucks and your support team is useless. Great way to start the year….NOT!

@RogersHelps My Yahoo Rogers email account says my account ID is invalid and I can't sign in. I've had the account for years and I am still subscribed to Rogers Internet. Trying to figure out what has happened.
