It's been a horrible experience so far. I'm basically paying for internet that I've not received yet, and don't know how long more I have to wait for an agent to respond.

Since @Rogers acquired Shaw the calls starting coming and wonβt stop no matter how many times I have requested them to cease. You need to lose your license!

Kelly (@AlbertanKelly) reported@DivyDex @RogersHelps Still out. Apparently a cable was inadvertantly cut by a third party construction site. 24 hours w/o internet is terrible - never had this happen before. I hope we all get discounts on our monthly bill.
