@RogersHelps But your staff are paid employees are they not? They get paid to do that job! When customers come into my business I don't charge them an additional fee to service them nor do most businesses!

@CRTCeng @RogersHelps Hi @CRTCeng enough is enough now, 4 months of trying to resolve this issue with Rogers and they keep telling me they will take care of it and it seems it’s time to file a formal complaint. These shady business practices need to end.

This is the fourth extended internet outage I've had at in the last week or so. Every time I report it, it is a "known issue in my area" and then I receive a notification saying it's fixed. I'd say the root issue has NOT been addressed. Very disappointing @RogersHelps 😐

@Ruu_TV @RogersHelps Consumer and business class internet does not come with an SLA (service level agreement) to guarantee quality or uptime. You'd have to shell out for enterprise class for that. Best thing is to have a 2nd ISP to switch to during outages. A 5G hot spot might be enough.
