This is unacceptable for a huge company like Rogers. It tells me everyone is having problems and also not enough people to answer calls.

I managed to get into chat in the app with someone whose name I don’t remember as the app crashed and erased all the chat history. Told me there was an outage in my neighbourhood. I was about to thank them when app crashed
