    @Rogers @RogersHelps @jennaamxo So useless. You keep disconnecting with me when I try to contact an agent. You do provide a timeline or any details about this issue. You also put a message in the chat operator where it says that if I don't reply back to a bot, it will disconnect me from being to connect... WTF

    @RogersHelps well, I guess we can’t buy any Rogers stock today. But we can certainly sell it if the cell service in Alberta ever comes back. Some customers? How about all of Canada!!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers This is outrageous. The service interruption has not been intermittent. I have not had any cell service since waking up this morning. This is absolutely unacceptable, @Rogers... I do hope you have a plan in compensating your valued customers when you’ve recovered your services.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers This is not an interruption, it's a consistent outage, I have has zero connectivity since I woke up this morning at 6am! Please keep us posted on the status of reconnecting.....not just lip service please

    @redcok @Rogers @Fidomobile Why do you need a phone to cre for your dog. Take it to the vet. Don’t use the outage when ppl like me and frontline workers can’t call family members to say goodbye to their loved ones
