    You know internet service is a monopoly based on lack of customer service. I have been trying for 6+ weeks to cancel my @Rogers internet because I was eligible for another service *with Rogers* and after several full days on hold over that period they are now double charging me🙃

    @Rogers I have a return issue...returned a rogers phone at wow mobile boutique in Regina on Dec 30 and am still getting billed...talk to customer service a couple time and they told me they will reverse it next month so don't pay...today they sent me a bill of 1570 cad and

    @RogersHelps my internet is not working. I plugged, disconnected and waited a few minutes before plugging everything back. My internet is still down. I live at 2821 Birchmount rd. Scarborough, ont Unit 810. Please help!
