@RogersHelps Ignite TV is still really bad. Audio keeps cutting out and video quality frequently drops to 360p. Still having issues on the third day is unacceptable and a two-day credit won't cut it.

@RogersHelps @Rogers @Rogers has been ripping customers off from years and that too with a terrible customer service. And shame on our government 🇨🇦 for letting a company put peoples lives at risk by not having alternative backup plans for 911 calls. 👎🏽

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers I had a heart issue and no service to contact my cardiologist. Quarantining due to Covid was another issue that made me nervous. Terrible day for Canada. No fair compensation from a company that’s been gouging us for years!

@RogersHelps Since I don't have the three-plus hours of hold time your "Customer Care" line is promising, please advise how to get credit for days of Ignite TV not working properly, so I know what do if it ever does start working properly and I know how many days it wasn't. Thanks!

@kawstuh @Rogers Same in Aurora. They keep saying one day - this is Sunday. Day 3 plus. My Ignite freezes every 2 seconds & TV screen just shuts off? Wtf is going on?

@JacquiDelaney @Rogers Rogers will credit me for one day's lost service but how about the thousands in lost business even though they admitted it was their fault? I never thought I would switch to Bell but I'm likely going to make the switch as time consuming that will be.
