    @Rogers You lease your lines to SEVERAL COMPANIES. they can’t provide service as it’s on YOU. I’m with one of them. Doesn’t matter who we are with. They are your lines. And they are ******. What is going on with the timing on this fix? Or you don’t care about me because I’m with @startca

    Waited 10 days!!! to get a sim card from @Rogers Very frustrated with the amount of time invested in requesting and following up about the sim. The invoice still came with errors. Really expected a faster and better service from such a big and prestigious company. Boooo

    I can safely say @Rogers @RogersHelps is hands down the most incompetent group of collective individuals when it comes to cable TV support. 5 calls... 1 DOA box... 3 hangup... and still no service. @TedRogersFund -- Give ur reps a raise or hire people that can do the job.
