@RogersHelps The tech support person called me back, Thanks. And we set a time for a technician to come to my home. I was surprised to get a call back but pleased it happened.

@RogersHelps I have already spoken to support executive over call and also couple of times in chat . They were unable to help, the wait time to reach support also too painful hrs of waiting and each time I have to explain detail to the executive. Can someone take it seriously and fix
