@tompkinstyle @Rogers Sorry to hear you've had those issues Melissa. There are still hydro related issues impacting cable infrastructure equipment through the downtown area when those are resolved, the cable infrastructure should come up shortly after that and your internet service should be restored.

Does @RogersHelps like actually help been without internet for hours. I get the power outage broke some infrastructure but come on you have got to stop telling consumer’s to PM and giving them useless reboot information or to chat with Anna and more concrete information please.

@grimsbeard @Rogers I’ll join in this thread since Rogers says to PM them but they don’t get back to the customer. No updates, no messages, no tweets. Internet, cable…. The best part is everyone is using data - will you cover that on their cellular plans?
