@rogers your agents shouldn't have to resort to trash-talking your competitors either. if that's all you have, how are you the superior service? signing up with @bell was easy and their reps didn't once disparage your services. be better.

@Rogers goin through your TV packages & streaming. Prices are way off the mark, you'll never match what iptv providers can offer. The steaming options are a joke too.

@RogersHelps i did, they said to call back for an update after they send a ticket to corporate, but the last time i called for the same issue they said the same thing, and they didn’t give me any updates or additional support at all. guess i’ll just have to wait and see this time again.

@rogers has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only with this terrible third-party service you're apparently now using, but I've experienced just as bad (if not worse) service with your own customer retention department #rogers

@RogersHelps Y’all should be able to know what’s the issue without getting phone numbers or postal codes. Unless your departments don’t communicate with each other. Which seems to be the case. If Bell didn’t suck as much I’d switch. Time for CRTC to open the market up.
