    @rogers trying to get my business back after refusing to stop charging me for a completely paid off phone for over a year is next level funny. Dishonest, scamming companies will never get my money. Why is there no class action lawsuit over this?

    @RogersHelps Thanks. I did check the co-ax, but it won't surprise you to know that it was snug and hadn't been touched at all. I'm sure that's the result for most people with this problem. More likely the SW in the modem borked, or you were having some problems at the street layer.

    @Barnacules @linusgsebastian Ahh that sucks. Happens all the time to me because the only ISP we have here is @Rogers or as I call them the Canadian equivalent to Comcast…they even use the same equipment. Our Rogers ignite tv boxes constantly phone home to Comcast lol.

    I hate how every single time i try to see to reduce my fees with @Rogers in my online account, it says i can’t and there is an error on their end. Its been a week. Fix it.
