@RogersHelps Believe or or not, cable is not available in every region. This means for some of us, in blackout means NO hockey at all for some Canadians. Why doesn't somebody mandate at least one game on regular tv each week?

@RogersHelps @taghollah i’ve been having issues with phone calls… i have 4 bars of service and my phone calls keep glitching out, i’ve tried taking my sim card out and restarting my phone and nothing has helped… it is getting quite frustrating

Phone wait times over three hours, live chat unavailable, social media also not possible. What exactly is your strategy for customer service @rogershelps? You continue to bill me for phones that are fully paid off- and give me no means of having the issue addressed.
