@Rogers Ignite is still freezing after I spoke to customer service 2 nights ago and followed their instructions. Don't worry @RogersHelps, I already DM'd you. @Bell do you guys have better cable services than Rogers Ignite we can switch to?

@RogersHelps is there a problem with channel 3 global TV? All week the picture has gone black for a second, or the sound cuts out, or the picture pixelates. Keeps happening on different shows at different times on different days but always on global.

A thread: I've been having quite possibly the worst experience trying to set up internet in my new house with @Rogers. Their customer service has been bar none the worst I've had to deal with AND IM NOT EVEN SET UP WITH THEM YET.

@RogersHelps my internet has been consistently slow I'm getting 10mbps when I should be getting 1gbps. I've reset the modem twice already today. I'm tired of using my data

@RogersHelps Sure but it's not like it will help or reduce my internet bill so it's really not worth my time. Theres a tech onsite, everything was working fine until he showed up and messed with the box and now he is just sitting in his van

@RogersHelps I've already spoken with multiple managers/tech support reps about the issue. Several technicians have been over to try and resolve the issue to no avail. Seems like @Rogers just likes to gouge their customers for money without providing any consistent service.
