banana Appleton (@appleton_banana) reported@RogersHelps No, not a review. Intrepid Critic (@Who_knewit) reported@Rogers are you guys serious? It's 2026, I'm logged into a valid account in my own home and my phone can cast to my tv, but you want me to buy another device to cast too or pay a stupid rental fee for one of your dumb boxes?!? You guys have zero respect for your customers, it's apparent or all to see.

Tyler Higgs 🇨🇦🌻 (@UberJumper) reportedAbsolutely ridiculous service from @rogers. Two plus hours on hold, 3 transfers, asked to dial a different line, transferred to a closed department and an hour and 50 minutes off and on hold. *still* not resolved. Last person at least tried to help!
