It's ridiculous to have to wait on hold with @Rogers for hours (2+ still waiting) because they're too cheap to hire customer service people. A simple request that should take no more than 2 minutes in the real world, while Roger's acts like a hellhole government bureaucracy.

They came out and said that as soon as they knew there was a problem they could have released our carriers so we had access to Bell's cell towers for emergency calls... The intentionally did not release them and killed people by doing so.

@RogersHelps switched 3 phones over to rogers. Not 1 is connected to the network. 24 hour have past so I looked for update and was told “oh no could be 72 hours.” Now I’ve been on hold for 1:01 minutes with no help. Way to make someone instantly regret switching to rogers 🤬😩..

After storm-July- @Rogers texted -issued me a credit. Awesome. Then got an email saying that I haven't paid... Never got bill - which to me supported the text credit. I call got no help..I wait-wait-wait - for mgr.. then mysteriously disconnected! Been a cust 20+ yrs. No more!

@Rogers I have been trying to setup service for my cousin for the last 3 hours, numoerous transfers and chats later, no one can help! Other units at the same address can set up! Please reach out and help! I am beyond irritated and disappointed!
