@RogersHelps 6th day this month of no Rogers home phone, internet or tv service. Called tech support with number on file to follow-up on tickets. Why does tech support ask for my date of birth as an authentication question? No other provider or the Banks do this.

@Rogers We have been out of cable for 3 weeks because nobody will get back to us. We had an Executive friend sign us up with Rogers or else we would never have switched. We cannot get an answer from anyone and then have the nerve to raise our rates? We can't get cable for THREE WEEKS.

@RogersHelps Make it free with my Rogers cell phone plan. That would help. It doesn't matter what platform I use. Firestick, cell, tablet, Playstation the app freezes and I have to restart the game I was watching. And not being able to select my teams home feed sucks.

Is anyone else having issues with @RogersHelps wifi? Mine’s down, which means ALL of my services are down. They told me that it was a widespread outage, but a few neighbours I asked aren’t have any issues…weird.

Hey @rogers, next time you decide to replace equipment in my neighborhood and cause an all day internet outage. Have some decency and respect for your customers and give them advance notice. Now I will loose a whole day's work because of your lack or communication.
