Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MRT1N_ Martin Choquette 😷 (@MRT1N_) reported

@RogersHelps It’d be really nice if I could enjoy my Ignite TV subscription without the box disconnecting and telling me there’s a connection issue every 10-15 minutes.

  • Fffeisty Bröwn Gïrl in the Rïnk (but only when safe) (@Fffeisty) reported

@justin_sens @RogersHelps Probably because both jerseys were *terrible*

  • yerro_gassama Yerro Gassama (@yerro_gassama) reported

@RogersHelps I’ve been trying to get help over the phone and live chat for the last 3 days 😤😡

  • thaoriginalboo JMP (@thaoriginalboo) reported

One year of business with Rogers was enough to tell me that I never will do business with them again. Bumped my monthly bill up 60% and they value money over good customers. Bye! @RogersHelps

  • isolationism Kevin Williams (@isolationism) reported

How many @RogersHelps contacts does it take to resolve a bad Internet connection? 7 chats and going on 3 visits now and getting real tired of the massive waste of everyone's time.

  • FOHPhoto Bobby Singh (@FOHPhoto) reported

At my wits end with @RogersHelps - trying to get in touch with an Ignite sales rep...concierge...and have spent a total of 8 hours on hold, dropped calls, incompetent staff and still can’t BUY THE SERVICE I WANT!

  • Mnky74 Monkey 74 🐵 (@Mnky74) reported

@RogersHelps What is going on today? Terrible all day 4th time and counting Ignite just stopped working

  • LacisteChuck chuck laciste (@LacisteChuck) reported

@RogersHelps Is there internet outage at Midland and Kingston?

  • downtownBotch Patrick (@downtownBotch) reported

@xxwaspxx @TekSavvyBuzz @Rogers Why wouldn’t they ask? It’s piggybacked off of Rogers network and using Rogers technicians to install and fix any issues that arise. Why doesn’t tech savvy get their own techs then? Problem solved

  • pmunny100 pmunny (@pmunny100) reported

Want to voice my complaint about how difficult it is to unlock a phone with @Rogers. I have a phone given to me by a Rogers customer, I have their account number, but you still won't carrier unlock for me. It's anti-consumer policy. Bell and Telus make it no hassle. Be better.
