    @RogersHelps when is the outage in Mississauga- Lorne Park area going to be resolved? 4 hours and counting! Pay a fortune for Ignite and can’t rely on being able to work from home!

    @RogersHelps Just spent hrs on the phone with ZERO results regarding my cable. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Then there's the wonderful Siam, who helped me with my cell phone. She was great!!

    Canada has highest cell phone rates in the world. Rogers/Shaw merger will exacerbate the situation. Previous Shaw plan: $35 US/Mexico roaming incl. +$45/month pkg int’l roaming. New Rogers plan: $65 Canada/US. $12/day int’l roaming. Do better @Rogers, @shawinfo. CRTC – fix this.
