    @Rogers @CTVToronto @RogersHelps #Toronto #customerservice the managers call, and says it will be done, even with the note on the file. Never gets done. That poor person waitingon TV for almost month. Ridiculous service. I'm frustrated.

    @Rogers I am now 24 hours without any internet. Work from home with deadlines I cannot meet. Technician didn’t show up because missed call. You texted my mothers cell for technician updates when I gave you my cell. Never showed even though it’s for a cut line outside.
