    Everytime you call @Rogers /shaw … it’s a nightmare of AI… 1-1 1/2 hr wait on hold. Worst company ever!!!!!!

    @RogersHelps Yes - the number says it’s not assigned. That has nothing to do with the phone. I worked in Telecom for a decade - this isn’t a phone issue. Why isn’t it assigned when I’m paying for the number since 2015?

    @RogersHelps I spent 2.5 hours on hold with your Accounts Payable team, only for someone to finally answer and tell me the department was closed. I’ve been trying multiple ways to resolve an issue with my account and haven’t been able to get anywhere. Can someone please help me?

    @RogersHelps Problem is the Rogers team on phone didn't know there was outage even though it apparently was reported hrs earlier. Was suggested I PAY for a tech to come out Sunday AM (in 3 days) even tho I told them 100s have no service it isn't just me. Supervisor refused to listen to logic.

    @Rogers Infuriating experience today. Firstly your payment system has issues. Your agent tried to pin this on my side and told me to contact my bank and credit card providers. No issues from that end whatsoever. Tried to contact Rogers once more but chat continuously ends.

    sweet Jesus @RogersHelps do something about the amount of spam texts on ur network! Ported from Telus a month ago never or rarely had any, since coming to Rogers that’s spiked to 30+ a day
