Canceled Rogers , returned all the equipment and got a bill for next month, called support and they said “just ignore it”, in 2021, you can’t toggle a switch to update my balance? If I make a payment it’s reflected in a day. What if I accidentally paid it? @RogersHelps @CRTCeng

@Rogers Decided to switch to Rogers Ignite. Received 2 TV boxes and a modem. Turned out 1 TV box was delivered in error and not set up for immediate use. Called in Friday morning. Still waiting for the fix.

@RogersHelps: It has been 2 weeks since I reported the performance issue. No update so far and no ETA provided. What's your challenge in providing updates to customer? I already spent 10+ hours talking with customer care. Unacceptable & ridiculous customer support.

Was on hold with @Rogers for 48 minutes today waiting to speak to a Manager to find out why they have left a senior without any phone for 4 days, due to their errors. Still another 48 hours & it 'may' be fixed. After 48 minutes, @Rogers hangs up the connection. Unbelievable!
