@RogersHelps Possibly the worst internet service I have ever experienced. Not only was there an outage for TWO DAYS STRAIGHT a few weeks ago but now my internet is turning off every 10 minutes for 1-20 minutes. This is literally unusable

@lawsylvie @RogersHelps My internet dropped a few minutes ago, and thus my ignite tv dropped too. I went at least a year without any outage, now it's at least weekly. @RogersHelps, you didn't put a credit on my last bill! How do you expect to keep anyone at all as a customer??

@RogersHelps Ignite TV and Internet for the entire month of July has been unreliable. Chatted with a customer rep and they are only willing to apply a $25 credit. Absolutely insulting. Clearly they are not listening to their customers.

Oh look. @Rogers @RogersHelps is down again. What is this Rogers Connect wifi option I see now? It wants to "set up" my router. Never easy with @Rogers.
