Tks @Rogers you tell me I'm eligible to add a 2nd line for my aging father. I agree & ask for my Dads number to be ported from another provider. But u start billing me before the number is even ported? Wtf? So pissed off, I cancelled the line b4 talking with @RogersHelps team! 🤬

@RogersHelps Hi, the internet is down in my area again, second time this week. I saw some communication van fixing the box across from my house and after he left, my internet is down. Can we look into it asap? I’m using my hotspot for work and it’s very inconvenient.

@RogersHelps Hi, the internet is down again in my area. I believe I saw some communication vans around my area earlier to fix something, and then my internet went out after that. Please look into it as I’m working from home.

@RogersHelps 2/ they can’t call me after 30 years? I have to call them and then sit on hold forever waiting. Last conversation was I should “reach out” to Ignite team. Really? I’m reaching out to Bell to see what they can offer. Terrible service.

@RogersHelps is this not rogers working hours? I have sent several messages regarding services in my area and have received no response. This is in the middle of my workday too and service has been spotty. I am wasting data trying to get some response

@RogersHelps all you will say is there's been no report of it our area, but I see many people complaining about no internet so its clearly a Rogers Problem... would like an update since I work from home and this is affecting me
