So I ask the Rogers agent that picked up my latest call after I waited 1 hour “how long is the queue for ignite service ... not tech support” answer was 1 hour and 58 minutes. Is that not an indication that something is very wrong !!! @Rogers @RogersHelps @CRTCeng regulators?

@RogersHelps Is there some kind of maintenance going on? I'm getting intermittent service drops. Makes trying to broadcast a nightmare when I'm dropping 30% of my frames because of unexplained/unknown packet loss

@Rogers When people call me from Rogers to sell me plans and I tell them I already have a Rogers bundle, they hang up without saying Thank you. Especially the men, they just rudely hang up. Does Rogers know this?

@rogers @RogersHelps @CRTCeng I’ve spent hours trying to remedy a problem for my parents who are seniors. Stop trying to upset ignite and messing with peoples accounts and hire qualified employees that pick up the phone. #seniorabuse is rampant..... Candian telcos are a monopoly

@RogersHelps I've been on hold for 50 minutes, 90 minutes and 55 minutes (so far) without being able to get through. I'd given up and hung up my first 2 attempts. What gives? I guess I can't officially cancel if I can't speak to anyone.

@Rogers I’m a new cable/ ignite customer. On hold for over 2hrs now!!!! All my handsets died waiting to speak to someone. Called back on my cell and “Anna” your AI chat agent can’t help me. Waiting for a live agent. Why you don’t have a call back service? NOT IMPRESSED!!

@RogersHelps My internet has pretty much been down for hours. I did a live help, and got a bit of connectivity but it’s gone now. Like thousands of Ontario educators, I have to teach online in the morning. Starting to panic!
