@Rogers worst experience ever. Moved and had my internet disconnected. New tenants came and had a different provider install internet. Now I'm told the account was sent to collections because the bill hasn't been paid for months when there's literally no service installed there.

Wow! @telusmobility can’t do address changes over the phone; waited an hour to speak with someone & told I have to do that! Can’t wait to change over to @Bell or @Rogers. “Telus’ world of technology” can’t process an address change, lol. They make you do that. #fail #servicefail

Why does Rogers Ignite suck so much. I’ve had it for two weeks now and I gotta say, it’s the worst cable service I’ve ever experienced. Do better @Rogers. For the amount of money I pay for cable, this is embarrassing for you.

@Rogers, I had an issue with my account which was your fault not mine. Took in excess of 75 min to resolve and had to explain to multiple parties as I was sent around the organization. This was a complete waste of my time and left me extremely frustrated. You need to do better
