    @RogersHelps Daughters wedding in the UK was to be watched live on-line in Tillsonburg ON. Friends did not have overseas telephone plans to offer the use of their phones. So we missed the long planned family viewing. A whole years refund could never replace our loss.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps It has been few days your infra broke but still my internet isnt working. R u guys going to fix or not as my work is suffering every passing day. Called many times and stayed on for hours with no luck with any fix. Its so frustrating I regret moving to rogers

    A final thought on the @Rogers saga: The @CCTS_CPRST can help customers resolve disputes with their carriers. Anyone impacted by the outage who isn’t able to get resolution from Rogers should reach out to them.

    @RogersHelps How does that help the millions of people who were left without debit?? How do we get credit?? I was left stranded at the gas pumps but I don't have Rogers mobile so how does that help me and anyone else like me??

    @RogersHelps You didn't care about my trust when you couldn't be bothered to work out why I had poor internet for 14 months. Until I filed a complaint with CCTS. You only "care" now because so many users were affected.
