    @RogersHelps on hold with Rogers billing department and expected wait time is 3 hours. How can a huge company like Rogers justify this and how can they never address this? Successful companies always aim to address their customers issues asap. I guess Rogers doesn’t feel that way

    @RogersHelps Is there an outage in Orangeville? Landline/home phone not working (my mother's, not mine). Been on hold with Rogers for 35 min, also waiting for a live chat agent. Simple question, apparently not a simple answer. Horrible customer service!!

    @RogersHelps im about to lose my job because you idiots can't fix ur internet issues. Someone cut a wire SO HOW IS IT OUR FAULT. Im cancelling my service with this garbage company. I lost my job cause the internet outage. **** you clowns

    @SoberJulie @RogersHelps Rogers keeps returning my call telling me to press 1 to speak to an agent yet they aren’t registering my pressing 1 and hang up on me.
