    @RogersHelps I appreciate how busy you all must be. I am wondering why the TV and Internet were working when I went to bed, but wasn't working when I got up this morning. I just want to know if it's an issue with just my house or it's a core infrastructure thing

    @Cynnis @Rogers @RogersHelps You are not the only one. When power is restored then we will get internet and cable back. Cellular is sporadic at best because the derecho took out towers and affected service. We are all in same boat.

    @RogersHelps @NordoftheNorth That is not an update. At this point with the information given, we can only assume gross incompetence or the worse network design ever seen. The storm was not that bad. What is the real story @RogersHelps?
