    @Rogers I’ve been a customer for 5+ years always pay my bill EARLY & in excess. Upgraded my phone for a “$50 fee” despite the fact that I set up the phone myself. Zero help from customer service/OP no willingness to offer a refund for arbitrary fee :(

    @RogersHelps had issues with my TV most of the weekend and now it is extraordinary amounts of spam. Anything that can be done for this? I get about 10 spam emails for everyone that’s legitimate.

    @RogersHelps @ColinPenner I think you just need to check out the whole elm creek area service is awful there!! Got to go to the lake to make a call or get a text it seems, cottage country has way better service haha

    @curtishale @RogersHelps Must be something on my end. It’s sucks every jays game worked no problem :/ I can get it on my laptop just not my TV. Better then nothing tho

    @RogersHelps I GET A CALL SAYING THAT MY SERVICES WILL BE DISCONNECTED AND THAT MY FILE WILL GO TO COLLECTIONS. ALL BECAUSE ROGERS OPENED AN ACCOUNT UNDER MY NAME WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. WHY DO I NEED TO DEAL WITH THIS? **** YOU ROGERS

    @Rogers I’ve put in 6+ hrs wait time on 4 calls since August to update my address since I moved and fix an access issue to the Ignite Wifi app. Still not resolved and it’s beyond frustrating. I can’t believe I’m paying for this lack of service.
