Robin Brunet (@robinandamelia) reported@RogersHelps outage with tv. System says restored. It’s not. Anna is dumb (bot) and on hold a half hour already with tech support. Unacceptable
-
May Daze (@DJMayDaze) reported@Rogers You need to stop charging people a month ahead for service they haven't even used yet, it's stupid.

🇨🇦 Peter 🇨🇦 (@peter101s) reported@alancross @Rogers That’s what’s happens when you lay off your staff and hire 3rd world countries to run your customer service. After 45 years as a customer I cancelled all my services with Roger’s over their “new” customer service

Medeiros M (@Medeiro34452245) reported@RogersHelps Everything is fine, it's your techs who don't know if they are doing, I live in the car Longwood area nothing wrong with the building it has something to do with your network, if you don't fix it soon I am cancelling rogers and going with bell

Angela F. (@RRCCowner) reported@Rogers You guys manage Fido. Go ask Terrie Tweedle. He will like this one. I use @FidoSolutions I need two phones and the weirdest payment arrangement ever I’m about to be in the news. I know. It’s ********, clutch your pearls. It’s medical and I’m an awesome person totally worthy of some support from awesome companies. Nice pearls. I need a month to pay my phone bill. TLDR Long story. Whistleblower gets fake donation that locks up my bank account from the GoFundMe. Has Parkinson’s so didn’t renew my DL. need ID to unlock bank account Oh. So not so long. Got ID but receipt from service BC isn’t enough. We need the actual ID so with my banking world disabled I’m kinda stuck. I’ll pay it but I need time to get ID. The phone thing? I hate seeing Brad frustrated because it refuses to hold a charge unless it’s perfect. Right charger. Right pressure on charger by hanging it. Waiting all night and it still has 11%. I’m new at this. But I’m all about justice. Nice to meet you.

Fresher (@FresherLT) reported@RogersHelps @RogersHelps what was the issue???
-
Michael DelPiero (@MikeDelpieroX) reportedRevenue up 8%. EBITDA up just 3%. Wireless ARPU keeps sliding. Free cash flow looks better largely because capex was cut. Rogers is running harder just to stand still—and you can only squeeze investment for so long before the bill comes due. Reason why $RCI down 4.63% @Rogers

Rick1983🇨🇦🪬🌎 (@ricksvelo) reportedIf you ever switch from @Rogers to @Bell you’ll realize how amazing Roger’s is! Bell might be the worst reception ever. I’m not sure why I even pay for it. Unreal
-
Marie Ottawa (@ottawaretail) reported@Rogers i'm trying to connect with you on the phone and it keeps telling me there too many in queue and hanging up on me that is very rude.

magenta72 (@valleylily56) reported@Rogers This is an ongoing issue. Rogers keeps raising their costs to customers but these harmful scam calls continue unabated!!! CRTC is not requiring more intervention by media companies on this issue. They should be!!!
