@RogersHelps NHL Live. No credit for last years abbreviated season. No price reduction for this years season despite 40% less games. Thats great concern for your customers. And that concern is why I cancelled my $400 a month cell phone service with you 6 months ago.

@otosalex @Rogers If you're not on fiber, you're on coax. There is fiber servicing a system which converts it into coax, which can't handle the amount of people currently on the internet in your condo or neighborHood. Will continue to be slow the longer covid is around. Rogers will upgrade soon.

@jjchuu @RogersHelps Same happened to me. I recorded it as Harry Potter and the Philosopher Stone, but they aired the Sorcerers Stone instead, so the recording didn't adjust. Sucks they aren't airing the movie again. Usually they air the same movie multiple times, but this one aired once.

@RogersHelps Already spoke to the “Loyalty” department Bell is offering me a better deal 65/20gb and everything I have on my plan from Rogers. “Loyalty” department said this is a plan that they can’t match. So I have an appointment at 6 for a call back for bell to switch my service over.

@AboutRogers @Rogers @CWTAwireless I would LOVE to see an annual report of all the complaints you *********** get with regards to prices, and poor customer service. But you’ll never see those! My bill increased by $10 so you can do your investing!! **** you and all of your employees! I wish the worst for ya ;)

@RogersHelps Yes! I asked my rep several times what was needed for return and he never mentioned the phone needing to be in perfect condition. I would have bought a screen protector and Apple care then and there

@TheRealVinny29 @AdelNotAdele @Rogers I'm thinking I will be okay this year for the most part. Toronto/Montreal games will be national Montreal Calgary will be Local Montreal Edmonton will be local Montreal Ottawa/Winnipeg/Vancouver may be issues depending on the day. F*ck rogers.
