Rogers Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • vivekdotca Vivek Krishnamurthy (@vivekdotca) reported

@Chircha2 @gmbutts @Rogers They don’t. I’m lucky that I maintain enough of a US identity to remain a customer. But Canadians are unfortunate to be saddled with some of the highest wireless service costs in the world in exchange for poor service.

  • JeremyDBradley Jeremy Bradley (@JeremyDBradley) reported

Hey @Rogers - Knockoff the payment reminder texts or just cancel my service The bill is due in 5 days, I've been an over-charged customer for 17 years, never missed a payment Don't text me and when I reply saying to get lost there's a delivery fail msg #rogers #customerservice

  • kempthead Parker Donham (@kempthead) reported

@gmbutts @Rogers That was my experience with Rogers two decades ago (and further back with Bell). I switched to Telus, and have received excellent service.

  • AlexxMorgan17 Alexx Morgan (@AlexxMorgan17) reported

@gmarie55 @RogersHelps @gmbutts I can say after calling Rogers for help and getting the message that my wait time would be 1 hr 45 min, I abandoned the call a d DM’d them and was able to address what I needed. That said, the avg consumer needs faster unfettered access.

  • dadzez Raymond (@dadzez) reported

@gmbutts @TiMoudou @Rogers Yep, 2010 came to that conclusion, then Bell 2004. Since then Telus, no issues, no drama, just good service 👍

  • senstwit twist (@senstwit) reported

@gmbutts @Rogers Two lines with Rogers but you have to want to do the yearly fight. Very happy with two other lines on fizz mobile for kids. Cheaper, best network (piggies on Rogers). If I have to call Rogers again will switch over all lines to fizz

  • feedgator feedgator (@feedgator) reported

@RogersHelps Internet is out almost everywhere in Waterloo Kitchener area for many hours now. Being the monopoly ISP you are at least get your **** together and fix it. Canada has the internet rates in the world coz of these ISPs & spineless CRTC.

@gmbutts @Rogers I have news for you -they all Suck! But @Rogers is definitely the worst.

  • Anaryss Anarys (@Anaryss) reported

@kehler_karen @gmbutts @Rogers If you like Bell's service, try Virgin Plus. If not, Koodo mobile.

  • jonathanblaine Jonathan Blaine (@jonathanblaine) reported

@gmbutts @Rogers Unlimited voice and SMS. 50 GB LTE free, then maybe throttled to 3G; no extra charges. $70 US. Oh, wait, that's my T-Mobile service in the US. My bad. (Gee, why didn't you do anything about Canada being the most expensive when working for Trudeau?)
