    The great @Rogers Ignite has gone down twice in the evening -yesterday when I was watching @netflix & now when I am grading on eClass They charge more and less reliable than cable. Tool a good 15 minutes to get back service. This is a horrible system 😠ignited

    @RogersHelps why has the wifi in my neighborhood been down for an hour + now? Especially going down during one of the most anticipated NFL games of the year. Straight up unacceptable especially for the prices you charge. Fix your ****, you guys have the money and resources

    @Rogers Oh, and no he’s not able to at least come and get our internet going. AND he has no idea when we’ll be rescheduled, but it’s closed tomorrow. HOW IS THIS KIND OF NON-SERVICE EVEN POSSIBLE? Wouldn’t be tolerated in any other business.

    @Rogers any ETA for restoring internet/tv service in Hespeler area Jan 22? 3 days of sporadic outages. Down for 3hrs so far today. Don't DM, I already called tech support, they confirmed network issues.

    @RogersHelps how do I cancel my Rogers wireless? I cancelled home phone, internet and TV April 2021 and kept mobile only but Rogers keeps billing for home phone too. I want out of Rogers!!!!!! .
