@nochnichtt @RogersHelps You left your home network (not Country). That means you're connected to their extended coverage network. You're connected to another provider's cellular tower ie Bell or Telus, etc

@accordingtomio @RogersHelps and self serve is NEVER available. Aside from printing out bills, no other self serve options ever work

Dear @Rogers I know it's Black Friday, I totally understand. But I'm a business customer who has been holding on for an hour and a quarter now. Been with you lot 2 years and was looking to upgrade for myself and my Mister and get another 2 years or more in. I'm exhausted. Deuces.

@Rogers Make an unauthorized change to an account and then after being on hold forever, hang up on me! Very poor customer service. Wonder what specials Bell is offering?

If you're wondering why @theJagmeetSingh's stream is cutting out, may I remind you that Canada has long suffered under a terrible, price-fixed telecoms duopoly between @Rogers and @Bell and it's almost certainly one of them that's to blame.

@RogersHelps not ideal? This is a 76 year old woman, in a nursing home who can barely remember what she had for lunch and Rogers solution is to bundle her with **** she can't use?

@nochnichtt @RogersHelps You are roaming on their network. Generally, with the roaming agreements, there isn't a charge but its usage should on a temporary basis. The majority would need to be on your home network

@accordingtomio @RogersHelps The inital agent indicated a $45 svc. fee for having the agent assist with the upgrade. I was like, nope. I get messages on your website saying you can't access my account info. Not paying a service fee, If self serve isn't available.

Hey, @Rogers. I've been begging ALL DAY to get help from you, over your price hike for basic TV/Phone for my mom, in a nursing home. You talk Human Connections but in few months jacked up from $77, to $96.50 to $108.22. In 2 weeks to $142.69. CSR/Loyalty say tough. What gives!
