    @mrjonmacdougall @Rudolph85203035 @Rogers You got some low standards if you think that its ok for a service provider to take half of the country's economy down for 24 hours because its only an annual event....you are either a paid tweet (pathetic) or a pretty simple fella.

    @Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps They expect you to pay their ludicrous prices and bills. You expect them to provide service. For the price you Canadians pay for internet you should get nothing but the best

  • ianXenc Ian Encarnacion (@ianXenc) reported

    @RogersHelps Rogers DNS servers are still down, and we have no way to manually change the DNS on the Ignite modems to something else. My devices that are unable to change the DNS are still crippled with no internet, including my work-issued laptop for remote working.

  • LivingwithStar1 LivingwithStargardt (@LivingwithStar1) reported

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Where can I find a guide of the “vast majority” of areas where the issue has been resolved? My internet is still not working. I hate you guys so much more each year.

  • NockFourSix K (@NockFourSix) reported

    @Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps You can’t be this stupid.

  • jtobinbartlett Jill Bartlett (@jtobinbartlett) reported

    @amykeoNL @RogersHelps Lucky you. My whole subdivision is still down even though others in the area are getting theirs back

  • Fahrenheit_457 Mark Morrison (@Fahrenheit_457) reported

    @RogersHelps Ignite is horrible, internet and tv still down. I'd love to switch to @Bell for tv/internet services but not possible as Rogers is the only service provider in our apt building that offers decent internet speed. @Bell please offer Fibe in my area.

  • eddisons_store +447501764275 (@eddisons_store) reported

    @Dh2410Hayes @keeptheasp @RogersHelps That's bad logic, because I pay Rogers for their reliability and stability. I can pay far less to other service providers🙃

    @Rogers have you tried unplugging power from your modem yet? A restart should fix it 🙃 #Rogers #Outage #Telus

  • 626drums 626drums (@626drums) reported

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Internet still down for 2 days. No reimbursement is honestly good enough for everyone to put up with this and no reason why. Should be giving a statement as to why people should want to continue using your service. Something drastic needs to happen.
