@PdotChan @RogersHelps Checking VM either uses minutes or data on a foreign network. How can that not be considered using roaming services? You could call your mobile phone number from a different line to access VM that wzy, but it would likely be considered a long-distance call on that line.

@Rogers this is getting ridiculous! Every other day there are issues with the tv/internet working intermittently in the L6S postal code! I switched from Bell to rogers because I was having issues....now the same problem!

@Rogers @BlueJays October of 2015. 3 errors load the bases in the 7th inning of the ALDS game 5 between Texas and Toronto. 1 out in the inning. Donaldson hits a bloop FC. Then, Joey bats comes to the plate, hits a ball, sounds the home run alarm, and sends his bat to the ****** moon

Very frustrating for a 26-year customer of @Rogers to find $20 is more important than loyalty. Offering a free service over 2 years ago when I asked to cancel a service and then quietly reinstating the charge suggests they think I don’t read my bill.

one of my worse decisions in 2021 was quitting Bell to get to @Rogers ... Again several services interruptions which is not good at all when you work from home. I'm counting the months to finish my permanence and get rid of this puny service :(

  • evak73 E K (@evak73) reported

@RogersHelps being billed for a pay per view that I didn’t watch is not good customer service. Your agents are nice but couldn’t do anything for me #notimpressed

  • Haziqonfire Haziq (@Haziqonfire) reported

.@RogersHelps my internet speed has been absolutely dreadful today, are there currently service interruptions in Toronto?

  • avirajdbarot Avi (@avirajdbarot) reported

@RogersHelps Experiencing the worst ignite home internet service in Forest Manor area in this WFH culture. Every alternate day I have to call the agents for wifi interruption issue.Understand that there’s a major tech issue going in area, but for how long to resolve?A month?(1/2)

  • avirajdbarot Avi (@avirajdbarot) reported

@RogersHelps Really fed up with standardized norm of resetting modem. High time for service team to escalate it. Don’t want to leave but seems like it’s forcing to go for another provider. #JustFixIt (2/2)
