    @Rogers I have had the absolute worst Rogers service that I have had in years, we have now changed all our service to Rogers and every time their system fails, I have no internet, no tv and now no home phone. I have had 7 techs come to our house, been on the phone several time no fix

    @sarahz911 Rogers told me they were upgrading equipment in my neighbourhood. To wit I said prior notification would have been appreciated. Why do I have to explain customer relations to @Rogers?

    @Rogers seems to be really hard to cancel something at rogers no matter how many time you say "CANCEL" it they try to convince you other wise glad I recorded my phone calls quite funny the excuses they come up with NOT to cancel something you don't want - and the old stay on hold

    @Rogers cheating people,I got charged 200$ something extra no proper response from call support and putting me on hold for long time,even for returned items also I got charged for 2 months @RogersHelps,nothing for network outage
