@Rogers it's so sad that your company is not even being fair to low-income earners anymore. I called to transfer my internet and told you only carry services from $99+. It's so unfair and a rip off for a service that is epileptic half the time

@RogersHelps shout-out to the poor CS reps and Social Media agents at Rogers who on behalf of their leadership team take all the abuse from ticked off customers because of the substandard service we have been receiving. Not fair on your employees! Not fair to your customers!

@RogersHelps @Rogers I contacted Rogers 3 times over the past month for this issue, and they say the credit is still being processed! If I do not hear back from Rogers in the next 2 days, I am returning the phone and cancelling my Rogers service, one less customer to disappoint for you @RogersHelps
