@Bell @Rogers @TELUS It’s petty change for them. But because these companies are used to being the ones that charge others to use their service, they refuse to buy in when it’s the other way around. Their own greed is getting in the way of public safety.

Hey @RogersHelps why charge customers $10 to swap for an eSIM? I just rejoined your network and it’s crap like this that got me to switch providers originally. @Bell never charged me for this kind of thing. And I could switch online or over the phone too.

@Rogers What is the point? You offer 3 ways to "connect" and none of those worked! You have totally wasted my time tonight and I'm sure I wasn't the only customer you screwed over today. Take some of your billions in profit and ACTUALLY assist your clients!

@Rogers 45 mins waiting for support, a client and now I know how little they care about customers

@RogersHelps I think you can do a estimated upcoming bill check no? If so can you do that for me? My bill date is April 1 and I always try to pre pay on pay days. This bill is going to be high as we upgraded two lines and plans. And issue with trying to add a watch

@LakeErieVlogger @Rogers As a long-time Rogers customer, I agree. I’ve spent more time being disappointed with their service than anything else, and if I could’ve gone with another provider for home internet and my cellphone, man I would. I really would.
