@RogersHelps Is there something wrong with email/yahoo? I can't access my email by webmail or iPhone but I can access it through Outlook (set up as imap). It's not my email...it's a server problem then. Any idea when this will be fixed? No email by cellphone is not convenient.

@RogersHelps Making your customers hold for up to an hour at ANY GIVEN TIME to speak with Customer Service. It’s going to be another hour to report my case is not resolved and needs to be reopened. DO BETTER LIKE YOU COMMITTED TO!!

@RogersHelps Did the bot thing online, did the human agent online, told to call tech support so I did that. Talked to TS agent who said they couldn't help but the manager could. Put me on hold for a TS manager.. 4.5 hours ago.. still on hold for said manager.

@RogersHelps I have not had TV or Internet for close to 24 hours. Used your ask Anna, who indicated there was no outage, called support, told there in fact was an outage, now I have received a text saying the issue is resolved and the case is closed ….but it is not!
