    @RogersHelps on call waiting for tech for 2 hours and then he puts me on hold for again saying 3 minutes. Its been 30 minutes and still on hold. If I had options of others I would go with that. Worst customer service experience award should be a thing

    @RogersHelps any idea when the outage in Ajax will be rectified. I know this storm has caused mass chaos but can’t seem to see anything but London being acknowledged. L1S is out. Many neighbours experiencing same issue. Even just an acknowledgment please. Cell service only
