    @RogersBiz I am with rogers for years now, I’ve multiple accounts with rogers, paying almost 800 dollars a month for services. I feel rogers hiring all untrained people in the world to frustrate it’s customers, when I call to solve any issue they transfer my call here to there….

    @RogersHelps Spoke to tech support over the phone. Turns out I have to piggy back off of another carrier’s tower because, surprise surprise, your useless towers aren’t cutting it. Bravo.

    Just had the most frustrating and disheartening convo with @Rogers. I'll be taking my business over to @TELUS immediately and am insulted that after being a loyal customer for 15+ all you can give me is a $25 bill credit (after spending an hour plus on chat). Thanks for nothing.
