    What is happening with @Rogers right now? Havent been able to get through to the help desk for 10 days and log-in authentication is on a loop. Insane.

    Rogers just called me, I asked them why? They hung up instead ... great customer service you got going on @Rogers -- if you were wanting me to switch this is not the way

    @RogersHelps Your frontline support team already wasted 5 hours 35 minutes of my day. I have tallied all calls and AI chats and there are such long queues that end with being cut off. It is despicable disrespect for your clients’ time and lives. Your CEO made $15.45 Million last yr. HIRE MORE

    @Loveataurus @Rogers Drives me nuts. If I block a number why would they let it still leave a vm? Like make it make sense. So aggravating. Im thinking of changing carriers. I have 3 phones with "unlimited" data. The highest internet which seriously sucks *** goes out more than its on 1/2

    I have not been able to get to @rogers for tec support in 4 days. I hang on the phone for almost two hours on two occasions and then the call hangs up. Why should any paying customer wait 2 hours for a call to he answered? Obviously not enough people working there. 1/

    Just got annoyed by 2 @Rogers ******** who came to the door and put one of the dogs I'm housesitting into a frenzy. Like I give a **** that Rogers is doing work in the area. You couldn't have just quietly left a flyer for the homeowners to read when they return?
