    @RogersHelps last several days, Ignite recordings of SN 4K have had awful video stuttering (audio is normal). It's only recordings of SN 4K that have problem - live viewing, recordings of SN1 4K, all other 4K channels are fine. Known problem? Fix soon?

    During the time I've been on hold with @Rogers, I've baked a banana bread and a chicken pot pie. Higher wait times than normal? How about hiring more staff! There's about to be one less @rogers customer...

    @RogersHelps Are you taking advantage of senior citizens?? My elderly relative called b/c internet box not working anymore. Your rep's response was to up-sell. When the up-sell was refused, your rep said to turn off the box for the night and try it in the morning?? Come on.
