Breaking radio silence. If you are calling @Rogers because of the outage BE KIND. That person you get is in a third party call centre earning minimum wage. Thankful to no longer be there.

@RogersHelps Stop with the corporate BS response. Internet still down in Oshawa & you telling me service has been restored to most is what?...supposed to make me feel better? And why do I need to send you a DM? Don't you know where service is out? Tell us when OUR service will be fixed!

@Odourboy1 @birgitomo @Rogers True but it does give "the people" an opportunity to ask questions, and actually get answers such as "what is Plan B when the network fails" , "why are there so many failures in my locality", "what is your plan for remote communities"?

@yHarassed @RogersHelps Switch out to Bell. I called them and they sent a technician out the next day and got my internet running. Happy I moved to Bell considering how some Roger's customers are still down. I really hope this doesn't happen to Bell as well.

@vote4robgill @Rogers do not have unlimited data so could at least refund all the data used during outage in addition to perhaps 1 month fee

@RogersHelps Follow up. Through this tweet a service rep was sent to my house at no cost and fixed our internet problem on Thursday. Too bad that couldn’t have been accomplished without calling out Rogers on Twitter, but we are all good now and I appreciate the great service from the tech.

During the national @Rogers outage we had to call 911 for our 3 year old. He was having trouble breathing. We couldn't make the call to 911 the first two attempts but the third attempt we could because we had Rogers cell plan. More in reply...

Literally can’t connect to any servers or stream because of this terrible internet. Thanks @Rogers @RogersHelps for having the worst service I’ve ever seen.
