@RogersHelps I’m not officially sure what you can do for me. We were down yesterday. We have been down 3 times for 45 mins each time today and every time it happens, I dm, only to be told there is an outage in my area with no reason given and just a bunch of platitudes and no resolution.

@RogersHelps It is… but why is it $12/day and no other options? 16 days is like $250 - that is crazy! How about some compensation for my disaster today? And helping @Rogers with another one of their big errors? I am pretty close to changing to Bell at this point! Poor choices & service.

Chose to not pay my @Rogers bill b/c of their ineptitude and poor service. I've recieved 18 automated calls about my overdue bill in the last 4 days. When we all needed @rogers a month ago we were left in the dark but if you owe @Rogers a dime they harass the **** out of you!
