    @RogersHelps @Rogers One of the most unprofessional ways to get in contact with customer service. I need to talk to customer service to discuss a few things about my account. And they decided to hang up on me, because they said, there's high volume calls at this time.

    @OILanatude @Rogers Cancel them. There are WAY better and cheaper mobile options out there. Rogers has the WORST customer service in Canada.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Yes I am trying to call Rogers for days to cancel part of my plan and as soon as they hear cancel either they cut the line saying all of he agents are busy call later or keep on pushing you on to different agents, no they don’t handle cancellations you have to talk to customer se

    @MattWalshBlog Cell coverage was better in 2009. Calls drop all over now even just outside major cities. It’s terrible service in Canada and we pay the highest fees. @Rogers @Bell

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Telus is the worst, their call center is in which I would assume Mexico and they just keep bouncing you around to different departments because no one wants to help you.

    @JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Kicked Telus to the curb last week, they asked why, I told them their installers who were contracted for 2.5 hrs came and did half *** job in 30 minutes while speaking Punjabi in my house. Then upon reaching out to customer service, more foreigners. No Telus No Timmies No Thanks.

    @RogersHelps there has been internet outage for more than 12 hours in my home. Please when will this be restored as I’ve missed one day of work already?

    @RogersHelps @bpelman Your ETA for service to be restored was 11:00 pm for most of the day but then updated to 6:00 pm. Since then it has added an hour at the top of each hour and we’re back to 11:00 pm. Is this actively being worked on?
