@Rogers Reliable my ***! We have been having network problems last 2 weeks, several tickets have been opened and nothing has been done yet!

  • iontaster iontaster (@iontaster) reported

Only @RogersHelps so **** that they would cancel service for no reason. Seriously wtf.

  • pam_luvs_wine Pam Chiles (@pam_luvs_wine) reported

@LoriKilmartin @RogersHelps With so many people WFH now service standards must be at least as good as those provided for businesses!!

  • LynnMoriarity Lynn Moriarity (@LynnMoriarity) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

@Rogers Thanks for your quick reply. So if I switched to all my services from @BellAliant and ran into technical difficulty I’d be able to reach a trouble shooting call centre in NL?

  • MadonaW MadonaW (@MadonaW) reported

So, instead of just letting me cancel my services, @Rogers decided to charge me for the month AFTER I cancelled, didn't send me a bill, but sent me to collections?? How ******** is this business? This is robbery! Get at me @Rogers because no one is giving me answers when I call!

  • LynnMoriarity Lynn Moriarity (@LynnMoriarity) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

Why do I pay so much for a local provider NL @BellAliant when your technical support is based in the Philippines and useless to help here ?! Is this where the $122 million in labour pandemic support from @JustinTrudeau went?!? @Rogers are you a local provider?

  • DurrHurrDurr DurrHurrDurr (@DurrHurrDurr) reported

So. It's day 12. Here's where we are: @RogersHelps has, again, closed my tickets, saying they were unable to find the problem, but have immediately opened ANOTHER ticket, where they are going to investigate AGAIN. I just don't understand it anymore.

  • BabaInvests Baba Invests (@BabaInvests) reported

@Rogers down again. @RogersHelps service has to be the worst.

  • AkermanisJohn John Akermanis (@AkermanisJohn) reported

@Rogers Worst network in my experience, will never subscribe to any Rogers service ever. Support is total garbage. NO THANKS!

  • ajaxgolfer Roland Schlichting (@ajaxgolfer) reported from Ajax, Ontario

@RogersHelps question. If I have ignite internet and want to watch the tv using ignite smartstream, do I have to be an ignite tv customer?
