@Rogers. I have no use for this phone. If this older person had been clear on the return policy, he never would have purchased the phone so far before Xmas. The box was never opened. I don’t even know what it looks like. I feel as an older person he was taken advantage of. 2/2

@RogersHelps We had no issues with power but the cable was and still is pixelating on mostly local feeds, CTV, TSN, CBC etc. very strange.

@CP24 This is the worst decision ever. Furthering a duopoly at the cost of the consumer is not what competition Tribunals should do. Putting more control in the hands or @Rogers and @Bell clearly shows the Tribunal cares a f*$*& about the consumers. Canada should be ashamed.

@theJagmeetSingh I worked indirectly for @Rogers from 2017-2020, right after covid hit all discounts we had before were gone and prices went up, we were told to say they were paying for the higher quality service. It was complete BS, we all knew it, and we could do nothing about it
