Sp), after 2 hours on hold, who said she was having trouble trying to help me, even after having me look up the package we are supposed to have in my email and tell her what it is.

Asked Thurs am for BOH to have tech go back & put cc back on-haven't heard back. She's 89, hearing probs, has cancer & Parkinson's. Can you pls help?
