@BenKlass Where is the $35 3 GB plan on the @Rogers website? Under Wireless --> Plans and add-ons --> Basic Phone Plans, the lowest plan with data is 5 GB for $50. I don't think they promote this plan at all but are mandated to offer it upon customer request. Sneaky but that's #BigTelecom!

@stevenhorgan4 @RogersBiz @RogersHelps You’ve lost a customer. That’s my friend above. We are also seriously considering changing, last two months tv has been terrible, picture goes on and off. Technician again today. Wifi signal barely carries video. And we pay a fortune each month.

@RogersHelps It’s kind of ridiculous to have intermittent service for an area for several days. Who wanted to watch World Cup or the Leafs or Raptors or use their smart home devices this week? 🙄

@Rogers has to have the WORST customer service... lets see how the rest of this phone call goes since i was on a 2hr 30min hold prior to speaking to a rep, to then be told theres a technical problem on her end in regards to my internet upgrade & i get put on hold again ..
