@RogersHelps Lol, how about just fixing all of known issues logged since the ‘big’ release last fall instead of running me through the same copy/paste support script? @nhl and @Sportsnet should troubleshoot what the Dev and QA teams did, or whichever manager approved the release 🚽

@RogersHelps my friend account has been hacked and cell phones were ordered under her name. She called customer service who did nothing and gave her a number to your fraud dept that does not work. What number can she call to get immediate assistance. This is crap!
