@RogersHelps @Rogers I was on a call with someone who is also with Rogers and our lines both cut out. Do not tell me this is happening again

  • kat_trell Katherine L (@kat_trell) reported

@RogersHelps Anymore recent updates? Minimal service restored here in east GTA. Shoddy TV service, no Netflix, Disney + or Prime. Still no home phone. This is seriously over the top and unacceptable, Rogers.

  • FunnySMFS 🔺Funny Family🔺 (@FunnySMFS) reported

@Invest23TELL @imgrund @RogersHelps Because the state of this world is a mess as it is, if they were hacked (since a breach was said to have happened *again*) we have a right to know how far it went this time. This caused such a disaster, and if it happens again, I bet it will be longer and cause more issues.

@RogersHelps not only did you suck, you continue to suck, and you longer suck(wink wink) the better @bell is looking to us, we already picked a bundle, we're just waiting for the mass exodus to subside. Thanks for your help making this easy. F**ck @RogersHelps. Thanks

  • NickGibson19 Nick Gibson (@NickGibson19) reported

Despite the @Rogers outages yesterday, @PCFinancial still holds the record for worst customer service for me.... once again on hold for nearly an hour (like literally every other call I have ever had with them). It is almost impressive

  • HeeeyDevon HeeeyDevon (@HeeeyDevon) reported

@MyOldSled @Nicco2288 @RogersHelps Internet and phone was down. Also the company could have been in another province looking for remote work. The outage happened at like midnight, chances are he woke up a couple hours before the interview, realized the issue an hour before, then at that point what do you do?

  • Predatrz_ Predz | #KingintheNorth #ObeyPredz (@Predatrz_) reported

  • ChuckCanuck3 Chuck Canuck (@ChuckCanuck3) reported

@kevin2m4 @googlenesthelp I got that, then only some sites/apps work. All devices say connected, no speed issue. @RogersHelps

  • MargieBader Margie Bader (@MargieBader) reported

Hey @RogersHelps , my internet is still not working. I'm in Markham. You say problem is resolved. Lucky I have cable TV and a @Bell home phone. But I can't work without internet! #leaveRogers
