    2. Our @Rogers internet had been spotty recently, and they sent a tech to look into the issue. Tech proceeds to break our internet. Hands my husband a modem, and leaves before we can confirm it actually works. My husband works from home. If I wasn't on mat leave, so would I.

    @RogersHelps What the hell?! Do you not remember charging your customer a $45 fee for “reserving” a phone with you (which is refundable after i get the phone)? If your manager saw this response you are fired my friend.

    4. After literally hours on the phone with @rogers service, we're told that the best they can do is try to send someone tomorrow am, but that tech is still scheduled for 4 - 6. Hubby had to take day off work as a result. Plans to use the time to migrate all our services to Bell
