Rogers has no accountability and the worst service ever! We made arrangements to have our new Ignite service installed and ready to go the day after our move.Technician came as planned, had to run a temp line and left. That was 4 days ago and still no service! @Rogers @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps @Mustang92248824 Forget the DM's. The vast majority of people who are currently expressing their displeasure in the service don't really understand how Landline Infrastructure is engineered. Concentrate on solving the issue and the DM's will sort themselves.

1. Hey @Rogers, **** you. You essentially hold a media monopoly over a large group of small communities. You force homeowners into constant upgrades, offer a lack of professional customer service, and charge people rates higher than; most car insurance and, hydro prices.

@RogersHelps I waited 3.5 hours on hold yesterday as Rogers sent my new iphone to the wrong address. Got someone on the chat that army me back to the phone # that doesn’t answer, just plays hold music of the same 4 songs repeatedly. Spoke to no one, problem still not resolved.

@RogersHelps It's been more than a day. We were suppose to have our services up and running on April 16th and we are now the 24th. We have called and spoken with so many agents and we are either hung up on or told "we don't know how to help". This is absurd.

@Rogers It isn’t bill shock. It’s illegal billing. I sign up for Service A for $100/month, you don’t send an order confirmation or a record of anything, and then decide to charge me $125/month instead when I have proof I only agreed to $100/month You guys know EXACTLY what you’re doing
