    @Rogers @felixtennis One of our 2 TV sets has been broken for 8 months. Our internet goes done everyday for between 1 and 6 hours. I've been on hold with Rogers for 3 hours. There Chat bot can't help with anything that requires a response. How does Rogers survive?

    @RogersHelps @kellyscheft having same issues, no internet tv or phone, tv and phone isnt an issue, but now using my cell data to do work
