@RogersHelps I am assuming it will be 5 days per phone and tv., internet As I have 4 phones, tv and internet! So each service will be deducted 5 days?

@RogersHelps I'm getting sick and tired of the never-ending issues with Rogers. Ignite TV is doing to same crap it did during the outage and MyRogers STILL hasn't been fixed so I can't change flex channels. Troubleshooting is useless. I should get credit for July and not 5 days

@RogersHelps Yea was told this the last week and #rogers cancelled the appointment. It has never worked stable since the outage. I’ve lost faith in all Rogers says and does.

@RogersHelps The very least Rogers could do is waive the upgrade fee as Rogers once again knew there was an issue on their end and decided to not let stores know about it and have customers pay more to go to a different phone. Scam.
