    @peaspod23 @Rogers They are scam and a grift. Why is there no customer service? The contracts are a scam where if you don't renew after 2 years your bill doubles and their way to fix it is to resign up. No thanks. They are quite frankly thieves.

    @RogersHelps Your response pretty much sums up how Rogers wants to deal with customer complaints. I will pay my outstanding and port my number out. It’s extremely sad to see such customer service even for sub standard service and connectivity.

    @RogersHelps heyyy I’ve had a couple of outrages where my router is connected but the internet service is down, anything going on over there? Resets seem to work for now but I can’t keep doing that while I’m working :s

    I don't like nor trust Keith Pelley. He's a corporate yes man, MLSE and ownership is more worried about the bottom line than winning a Cup. When the company I worked for 18+ years was bought out by @Rogers it was never the same afterwards, happy I got bought out. #leafs

    @RogersHelps @allkindsXO Same here. No wireless connectivity. Your AI chatbot gaslights me and tells me there are no issues. Maybe Roger’s should posting about this so customers aren’t in the dark.
