@thomas_tong1 @AboutRogers @Rogers The supplier and the operator bear responsibility of this outage. Auditing their processes and systems engineering would uncover the real root cause. Not having a proper HA or testing/QA or process could be the reasons that would be discovered by my auditing.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Erricson's fault... hmmmm! Missed a doctor's appointment which I got after 2 months of wait. And missed an important virtual meeting (as not only was your wireless down - so was internet in my area L6S ) Moving my interne to another provider. What about credit to the bill now?

@rogers @RogersHelps it’s absolute BS to not let a customer change their billing date and then charge them a late fee. Your bill is my most expensive bill. And you’re shoe horning in an extra $17 monthly because I get paid on the 15th and you bill me on the 13th.ITS FRUSTRATING.
